The black lady here clearly doesn‘t know what she is doing. Because of her, I lost my depop business!! Just because she doesn‘t know how to stick a label, that I ALREADY printed out, onto a package.**UPDATE**Once AGAIN, a package of mine hasnt been sent!!! I had the label and package ready; I had confidence that they would’ve put the label onto the package. YET, 36 hours later my package has NOT been sent according to my depop account. Postal Annex, you‘re a disappointment. Replace the women in this BUILDING!!!!!

Very dissatisfied with the service I received from this establishment. They placed incorrect postage on a very important letter and I was told “once it leaves us there’s nothing else we can do”. If you have something important to mail out take it somewhere more trustworthy.

This Postal Annex is fantastic! It is conveniently located in the West Towne Marketplace, and I highly recommend this particular center for any of your postal needs.You will be able to select between various shipping options such as UPS, FEDEX, USPS. They have packaging services, mailbox rentals, copying, fax, and notary services, office supplies, gift items, etc.Customer service is outstanding! Cathy (the owner) and everyone who works there are amazing.....all are so “welcoming”, nice and friendly, and extremely efficient.

I wish I could give them more than 5 stars! I came in desperately because I needed to make copies of a text for a state test I have coming up. The man and woman (I wish I would have gotten their names!) Were so helpful, nice, personable and understanding. I was able to make my copies and the man binded everything together so it looked nice and neat! I cant thank them enough for allowing me to make the 100 or so copies I needed to make (I went in at 5:30pm and they close at 6pm). Thank you, thank you, thank you!

Tried renting a P.O. Box at this location and lady there said I would need to speak to the owner.She gave me the owner’s card but when I called, the same lady answered the phone.It’s almost comical 🤔
