It was better when it was privately owned. Liked to sit outside but now a homeless guy lurks around arrogantly asking patrons for a dollar. Also puts his feet up on the table. God, please help.

Everytime I come to this coffee bean I have a great experience. The staff is very friendly and kind when taking our orders. The store is always clean and they have a public restroom and will provide the key if you ask. The drinks are delicious and there is plenty of parking. I would recommend coming here!

Very welcoming and friendly staff. Because of CV19 still going on there was no seating allowed inside. This wasnt a problem either as its summer w/ lovely weather outside.

We sure dont get a doily with our coffee in New England! Food was good, nothing amazing but really good. The endless coffee and personal service made this a winner! It was very crowded, so we knew we found a good one! They have outdoor dining and tables inside.

Drinks are awesome. The cashier will not give you the advertised discounts that are way behind the bar and hard to see unless you ask, order separately etc. Baristas spend a lot of time gossiping. Bathroom key is attached to a broken measuring cup.. no seating inside and not much seating outside. There is are a few 20 minute free parking spaces that are hard to see from the street side.

Service was very quick and accurate. My order was bracing abd delicious. Highly recommended.

The barista just said I had to leave... saying there are no seats available. Its totally insane and disrespectful. It was 90 degrees out there and I cant have my croissant into the store. Aldo many franchise stores already allow customers stay inside. Unprofessional and rude.

If you want a great cup of coffee, this is the place to go. Love love love Coffee Bean! Way better than that other place on every corner. Try the White Chocolate hot latte or Dream Latte I think is what they call it. Its so good, add shot and youre good all day. Also good cinnamon rolls, chocolate brownies and all their pastries are fresh and tasty. Highly recommend and you can even do homework there or prepare for upcoming meeting or whatever. Free WiFi as well

Wonderful customer service and very polite employees. They will always get you on your way in a few minutes. They will get to know you treat you like family. Dont forget to try out the food items that they have too! Bagels, cakes, fresh fruit, sandwiches and croissants and more.

For chocoholic coffee drinkers, try the dark chocolate mocha. They have soy milk, almond milk, and coconut milk for you to customize the coffee to your health preferences.For tea drinkers, try the genmaicha which is a green tea with the flavor of toasted brown rice.Knocking off 1 star because the parking lot immediately in front is somewhat tiny and I dont want to park in a parking garage when Im going on a coffee run.

Effective immediately they, like Starbucks, are closing off their seating area. The general manager was kind enough to at least let me finish my food. Also, had issues with the WiFi, but one of their staff suggested copying and pasting the connection site to a different browser, which worked! So Im very thankful for all of that abd hopefully it can help others who may have issues with WiFi connection in the future.

I cant remember a Coffeebean n Tea Leaf that I have ever had a bad experience. Always friendly service and delicious teas. Its nice to have that consistency that I can rely on.

Convenient location if you are using businesses in the building above the CBTL! Spacious, lots of light, many tables, the usual good mix of drinks, pasteries, and sandwiches. Quite a hip crowd, probably from the ad agencies in the building. Parking in adjacent garage is paid but very convenient only 10 steps across the narrow alley walk way.

This Coffee Bean is by far my most favorite!Everyone here is super friendly and efficient. Smiles all around at all times of the day.Free wifi, several tables to work and even outdoor seating. They have a tiny lot out front but you can also park in the structure. I believe they validate up to 30 minutes!

Clean, quiet, good coffee. Bathroom key is for customers only. Parking is a bit obnoxious (lot out front is very small) but there is much larger parking structure not too far away and some side street parking.

I love that this place is so close to the freeway and on two major streets. Off of Crenshaw and 182nd st. The only thing that I know is out of the places control is that parking seems to always be an issue when I come here. Its your typical Coffee bean & Tea Leaf type of place. You can expect to get the same drinks, treats, and great service that most coffee bean locations give. The staff here has always been more then accommodating and sometimes I want to mix up my drink orders so I ask what do the recommend etc, and they usually surprise me with a specialty not on the menu drink. I love that!I tend to go towards the coffee side when I come here however I think I just might life the tea a lot more sometimes. When they have it brewed I get the peach green tea iced. Amazing, super refreshing and no sugar so you can really taste the peach in the green tea. The hours are your standard coffee shop and they have a pretty efficient drive thru. Love coffee bean.

Love the blended mocha drink. Its not too sweet, which makes it more pleasant to drink.

Spent a morning working remotely from this little gem. Its a short jaunt from the airport, has Wi-Fi, great coffees and a pretty tasty scone. Its quieter than Starbucks and isnt crawling with people so it made for an ideal workspace.

Great place to informally meet or just pick up a coffee on the way to work. The establishment is clean and the staff is extremely nice!

They never EVER get my order correct. In fact, I waited 15 minutes before I had to ask, where is... before they began my order & before I decided to never return again. The previous visit included the boy forgetting to give me my change. The staff are of low quality & need replacement ASAP!. This location is the worst I have visited in regards to service and we will not come back.

Great location if you work in either of these office buildings its located beneath. Crowd not too bad, the cashier line goes quick but expect to wait a bit for your drink.I may be a little biased since Im usually a Starbucks fan, but I did not like my iced chai tea latte. It was too watered down for my taste and the flavor was just strange.Overall this is a good location with plenty of seating both inside and out. Also, free wifi that you can connect to without a password.

I prefer this place to the starbucks down the street any day. No matter when i go or how crowded they are, the baristas and staff are a great team and it shows. Not to mention the always have dark chocolate mocha pair that with almond milk and it is so creamy and thick. Because its a mix you dont have that liqueur taste as with Starbucks and no bitter aftertaste.

Nice place to check in to if you are early for your flight. Also, a great place to wait for your loved ones flight to arrive.

Coffee Shops should be on the ground floor of every office complex. CB is delicious and convenient right off Sepulveda. Weekdays itll be crowded, but on the weekends youll have the place to yourself.

Super friendly staff. Good amount if small tables, free wifi with code on the tv, outdoor seating. Very limited amount of free parking spots. Theres free street parking too. Located under building full of workers, so patio seating gets taken up quick during lunch.

Large seating area and good coffee! The Malibu Dream smoothie is also quite a dream but watch out for those calories 💪
