Is it possible to give this company 6 stars? I import maybe one or two small shipments from Ecuador annually, nothing big. But Juanita at Team Handling makes me feel like my business is just as important as the guy bringing in a ship full of containers. Over the years there have been a few glitches (never Team Handling fault) and Juanita has shown a great willingness (and great sense of humor) to dive in, resolve the problems and get my merchandise cleared and released. Juanita consistently goes far beyond what would be expected. Put me down as a loyal customer for life. And give this woman a raise, she deserves it!
