Awesome Home Depot, great service, great lay out. Everything is easy to find. Very clean store and organized.

Homedepot is advertising items that when you pay they change the price to original price and will not honor what they advertised online.If one is looking to check the price to quote a project, better think again or check a different store because you will be short on your quote.Sorries and apologies will not change the fact that you will have to adjust your quote or eat the difference of the price, because homedepot does not want to lose money, but you can.sad for homedepot.

There was some confusion over an item we wanted to buy, it was supposed to be on clearance, but it rang up at full price. The nice cashier called someone to look into it, they said it was full price, despite being told otherwise. They took the item back and ripped off the clearance stickers.... something was strange there, someone was wrong, just dont know who. The cashier was very helpful though and we appreciate the efforts she took to help us.

I always come here but this time I had a little bit of a hard time finding what I needed, David Z. saw me looking confused and right away came to help me out with everything I needed and did a great job. If you come here ask for David Z. he does a great job with helping out.

Hector in the paint department is wonderful! He was extremely thorough in getting me what I needed even though the store was out of what I originally went in for. I have to acknowledge him for his great customer service!

RENTED A MINI EXCAVATOR! FUN TIMES Tool rental guy knew what equipment was what (great customer service) but did not know how to work it. So if your a diyer spend some time before you rent the machine going over the instruction manual. Then all you need is a steady hand! There is a learning curve

Curbside pick-up is the worst! I had to go into the store twice to get my purchases and had to wait an additional 15 minutes in a very slow moving customer service line. They should have a dedicated person assigned to curbside during this pandemic.

Good typical Home Depot. Staff are polite and friendly. Always clean. Well supplied with typical Home Depot items. If you need something non-standard or rare you may need them to specialty order it for you. Like many home depots you may have to wait a while to receive help. One tip is to search up what you need on the website if it’s an unusual item to be sure the store has it.

The staff has not been very helpful at this store and they really upset me on my last purchase. I went in to buy a zero turn lawn mower and the website showed it was in stock, but the staff kept telling me they didnt have any and tried to upsell me on a more expensive mower. The mower they were trying to sell me was previously used. They kept telling me it was brand new, I asked for a manager. When the manager arrived I flipped up the grass chute and showed him that the blades were already worn and rusted along with all of the rust on the bottom of the mower. He offered to take $60 off of the price. Thats $60 off of a $3,600 mower thats used. What a joke. I told him that was not going to happen and asked where the mower that I was looking for was since it was supposed to be in stock. Turns out they did have them, but they were not assembled yet. Employees were basically trying to get out of having to assemble a mower by telling me they didnt have them and kept trying to sell me something else.

Came in to get some baseboard. Thanks to Hugh and John for helping with the selection and cutting. These guys made the trip so quick and easy. Always a great experience when I come.

I can say a lot about home Depot, I have been shopping at multiple locations with this company for years. But, at this particular location, I feel that the staff goes out of their way to know their customers. There are two managers at this store one named David and the other Deborah who not only made me feel like I was more than just a customer - they remember who I am and what my needs were.

I like Home Depot but recently the staff is disrespectful, some girl namedAmanda stopped me Bc I had a “cart” and took it away from me, it was my an hailer and I was Like excuse me I have asma and then I died 10/10 worst experience ever

Went in to rent a truck to pick up some furniture. The entire rental process took less than 15 minutes from walking up to the counter to walking out with keys. The elderly gentleman was polite, courteous, and patient with me having a slight problem calling up my insurance details. Honestly it probably would have taken less than 10 minutes if I hadnt had to wait for an email with the insurance info.Had to drive on the highway to get to the pick up place and the flatbed truck handled wonderfully. Smooth ride, easy acceleration/deceleration. I had to keep reminding myself I was driving a rental flat bed, not my husbands Kia or my Toyota. Well see how the return process goes, but Id be surprised if there were any issues.

Went in for a carpet estimate and was extremely impressed with Maggie, in the flooring department, who took the time and went through multiple carpet options, that fit our paint colors, as well as padding options. Very thorough and detailed. Highly recommend

Do not shop here. When I went in to get a new ring camera they kept telling me that there was nothing in stock. I then seen a cashier get another customer the same cámara I was asking for. I then proceeded to ask for a manager . When I first walked into the store I had seen her sitting down in the front I was not aware she was a manager until she came up to me after 30 min of waiting named defina . She was very slow and then proceeded to insult my grandma.

Do not waste your time with this location, employees cashiers are very unresponsive, worst customer service.

Good well stocked store for many years. Need to clean parking lot regularly even the far end though, because some contractors might drop nails screws etc. hazard of the trades. Might have picked up a fastener in my new tires there.

I always buy my flowers at HOME DEPOT, they have a lot beautiful choices, n the prices very affordable...

A lot of great products available. Needs more staff though. Especially this time of the year. Has been very hard getting help from staff. So many customers and the staff is overwhelmed, not their fault.

I went and bought eight cans of paint and the service person was wonderful courteous and very knowledgeable and a young lady was so nice she helped me check out she had a wonderful personality I loved it there I felt very proud of them young people and their service

Im a woman n Im short so Im used to being ignored in a hardware store. But not in this branch. Almost everyone smiled n asked me if I needed help. What is going on?! I thought it was a prank.

Do not waste your time with this Home Depot. I spoke with the flooring department about getting carpeting installed and approx. how long it would take since I had a time frame before someone moved in. I paid to have someone come measure my house for a quote. I took time off work for him to come into my home and measure. He told me someone would get back to me in 1-2 days. Nobody got back to me. I called the store and they told me they would send the quote. Nothing. I then went into the store 2 days later and noone was in the flooring dept., so I went to customer service. They said they couldnt help and would have someone get back to me the next day. Nothing. I called 2-3 days later and customer service said they would have someone get back to me. The guy finally called me back. They said the earliest would be 3 weeks out after I came and paid for the carpeting. If they would of just told me it would take 5-6 weeks to get the carpet, I WOULD OF WALKED AWAY AND NOT WASTED MY TIME. Now, my tenant has moved in. I asked if I could get the measurements with the quote since I paid for it and they told me no, you paid for the quote, not the measurements. REALLY? I will never go back to this store. There customer service is a total joke!!

Item showed 12 in stock but there were none. Employees very unresponsive. Guess Ill order the item online.

DO NOT use The Home Depot for your kitchen remodel project.I went through the Elgin IL store to get their assistance with changing the footprint of my kitchen because I assumed they would be experts who could coordinate the various contractors involved with the project and I was willing to pay extra going through them because it would save time and hassle.Starting out with the designer, I explained that I only had the ability to go up to the maximum for their project loan to cover the cabinets, counters, construction, plumbing and electrical and only $6k outside of that for appliances, flooring, backsplash, window dressing and light fixtures. I said that I needed to know if we could do the project within that budget or if I should wait a year to save up more money. She discussed it with her construction contractor for a few days and then came back to tell me that she was happy to say we could fit it all within the budget.Construction then began, with my walls ripped open and all cabinets removed, when they told me that the order was missing $9,750 for electrical items, even though Id paid $12k already for electrical as part of the order. The things missed were all of the lighting locations and they said they needed to charge for removing existing electrical outlets in the area that the new kitchen was being installed and for adding power to the microwave they had in my floorplan. Shortly afterwards, they identified that they were missing all of the plumbing for my sink and that would be another $4k!I ended up having to put $10k on my Home Depot charge and they covered $4k for the sink, but this caused me to have an extra $500 a month in expenses for the next 2 years, if I wanted to pay that amount off with the 24 month free financing they offered. I also had no money left for all of the other things the $6k was budgeted for, including no money for a floor.Talking to store managers and the corporate resolution line, they lead me on for 2 months that they would find a way to help me and that they were working to give me money back for some of the electrical since a peer reviewer and the construction company allegedly reviewed the order before it was placed, but they were just stalling for the rest of the project to finish and then said they werent giving any compensation for anything.I also spent 40 hours of my time following up with their construction contractor trying to get things scheduled. The cabinets were installed Nov 12th, but today is January 29th and they still havent even scheduled when theyll come out to install the hardware pulls on the drawers.Another selling point the kitchen designer used was that, were not the cheapest, but were also not the most expensive and well leave your house clean after working. This couldnt be further from the truth because their contractors left all of the sawdust on my garage floor each night they left, tore open a wall in an adjacent room that wasnt part of the project because it was easier to fix their plumbing mistake and left spackle all over the floor in that room after repairing it. They put up plastic sheets around the rooms they were working in, but when they left there was a fine layer of dust over everything, including the floor and counters. I had to wipe the entire kitchen down from top to bottom after they finished installing the cabinets.Do yourself a favor and dont make the same mistake I made in trusting these guys. Try Lowes or private contractors instead.

Go there often. Usually bo problems fast checkout. But if u need help u might as well just not ask or try to find anybody. I cant seem to ever find anybody.

This afternoon, Sue and the other service desk women were very helpful. I bought a garage door opener and it didn’t include the wall control in the box. Of course, we didn’t realize till the unit was up. They allowed us to come in and they gave us the one that was suppose to be in the box.I can’t say enough good things about the curbside pickup and service desk service. They have been exceptional through this change!Thank you Home Depot!

Im sure the staff on the floor is great and very nice however the polish Human resources lady who does the interviews should really be given a different position . Extremely unprofessional, bad mouths the competition and then talked down to me re: my medical work history as if it was nothing . All I can say is placing the right people into the right positions is extremely important. Next Id like to add that apparently since her English was broken mine should have been too ( because Im from Germany) 🤭🤣... Anyways enough said I wish no bad on anyone but a little more professionalism in positions who make hiring decisions is definitely called for .

Avoid if you wish not to catch covid-19.Employees walk around wearing chin guards and customer see it and do the same. I would not be surprised to hear about an outbreak in local news soon that traces back here.

This Home Depot generally has helpful staff and is well stocked and staffed. The paint desk always seems to be super busy. There are self checkouts here for faster service although the employees will bring you over to their lane if they have no line.

I came with my baby, was carrying her and she was fast asleep, as soon as I entered, two staff welcomed me with a smile, one was willing to push the cart for me! I didnt need it since I only wanted to buy one small product. Check out was quick too. Love that they do monthly workshop for the kids. Love the staff there, they are always willing to help you, and even if you do not need them, they always have a friendly, helpful personality, love this branch, and thank you.

This Home depot isnt as busy as others and in turn you get top notch service, you need them to cut some wood?, np, you need help finding something?, someone is easily found, check out line?, never more than one person in front of you, friendly staff?, yep I go there at least 3 to 5 times a month and Im always greeted pleasantly and a few of the workers know me by face and say hello

Terrific and friendly staff. Needed some help with 2x4 studs and plywood, as well as cuts. They made sure the measurements were accurate and cut perfectly. Very friendly as well. One of the best Home Depots Ive been to.

Made an online purchase with paypal, showed them the email, had the bar code ready, couldnt return the thing, no tracking either. home depot makes it impossible to return. the shelving unit i bought was overpriced trash. mute young employees stood around doing nothing to help. the woman refused to scan the bar code. terrible experience

Not much different than other Home Depot locations, but I do find the employees very nice and helpful.NEVER BUY ANYTHING ONLINE FROM HOME DEPOT. They use a horrible carrier called NSD.home depot service is unable to help, told me that they cant issue a refund until 5 days go by.NSD never picks up the phone, then someone from a foreigh coutry tells you it will arrive in 24 hours but it never shows up.How can Home depot use such a horrible company for deliveries. Just look at the corporate location and the bad reviews everyone leaves.
