Never usually have problems with this location. Sales reps are knowledgeable and professional.Recently for whatever reason I have brought my car in 2 weeks in a row to have a screw removed (head broke off but thread still embedded). First time they didnt see anything wrong with it and sent me on my way. Second time they told me they fixed it but very clear they just replaced the stem? Why? Tire is still leaking 5+ psi per day...Very disappointed to say the least. Not sure how else I could have approached this. If I repeatedly tell you theres a screw in it why would you not check for a screw? Twice?

I just got back from Discount Tire. Had a appointment for a due tire balance and rotation. This is the best run business in America today. Their customer service reps are the best trained people Ive ever come across. They give you a estimated completion time and keep you informed through the whole process. The whole process only took a total of a half hour.When you buy your tires from Discount Tire you get free tire hazard insurance and tire rotation. Im serious Discount Tire is the best business formula around hands down.

First they mentioned that it’ll take about 30 minutes to change all 4 tires, but then it took about a little over an hour. Then I was driving home and it was making a weird noise, didn’t think too much of it but then when I got home and looked, one of the tires wasn’t on correctly. Do they not do a quick sweep to make sure everything looks good? I understand maybe I should of check myself but come on..Update: brought the tire back with my other car and they were able to fix it and refund the labor.

The place is filled with knowledgeable associates and servicemen who are skilled at each task they do. The customer service is impeccable and the efficiency is as equally impressive. This is the best place to get tire service.

Though its never nice having a blow-out or an unfixable flat, if you need to replace one tire or a whole set, this is the place to do it. Our family has 5 drivers, each with their own car. Weve been going to this location since they opened and would guess we have purchased maybe 15 sets of tires over the years. Manager Mike Fowler is a great guy, always helpful and honest with his recommendations...as are the other staff as well. A quality place and staff, selling quality products and services.

Came in to get 2 tires fixed on out Honda pilot. One was able to be patched up the other had to be replaced. They ordered the tire and were gonna call me back to get it fixed. Went home and realized they scratched our rim... they get 2 stars because the guys in the front were nice but the guys who are changing tires and patching them up should really be more careful!

I went in on a Saturday afternoon for two new tires without an appointment and still an incredible job. It was about 2 hours but for that time of day, that’s not bad at all. I was checked in quickly and they were great with my kids. I go here every time and it never disappoints.

Getting 2 tires replaced was fast and the cheapest was about $250, so not bad price.What I didnt like was the salesman tried to tell me I should replace all four wheels and all 4 rims. The wheels I can kind of understand...ALL the rims, I dont think so. I felt the upsell pressure and watched a salesman going through the sales pitch with another woman -fussy baby in her arms too, poor thing. I dont appreciate being recommended to do the maximum when not really necessary.

This location is working very efficiently. The convenience of being able to schedule an appointment ahead of time is beneficial when one has a busy schedule. Jordan was very helpful setting up my account as it was my first time at discount tire. I don’t know the technician that worked on my car but as I was sitting in front of the window i observed him working diligently at a good efficient pace. Assistant manager Drew personally retuned the keys after work was performed which I believe is a nice touch.

If your tire size is not a standard size there is nothing discount about this place. Avoid.

Terrible customer service !!!!! ordered tires a week in advance got a call at 10 o’clock in the morning to tell me my tires Where in stock. Got there at 12, Waited a half hour before I was even helped then I waited an hour and 45 minutes of them supposedly working on my car to find out that didn’t have the tires in stock so the manager said he would have to re-order the tires which would be another week went back again still don’t have my tiresI own six vehicles I’ve done business with them every year since I was 17 and the managers now there a terrible terrible customer service terrible salesmanship they just don’t care about their customers

When purchasing my tires, I was told by the sales man if I bought 4 tires I would get a $50 rebate which made it a better deal then buying just 2 tires at a time. I was told by multiple employees how easy it was to submit the rebate online. When I tried to submit the rebate following their instructions I was notified that my purchase did not qualify for the rebate. I went in for a new tire because I had a blow out on one tire. While speaking with the sales man he told me they would put the drivers side rear tire as the spare since it was in the best shape. When I got home, I realized they had put the blown out tire with a baseball size hole in the sidewall as the spare time, which is completely useless and there were 4 other better tires on the vehicle that they kept. I needed new tires for my wifes car and I took somewhere else and had a much better experience. The sales man was dishonest and the worker did unsafe incomplete work. Definitely would not recommend and would go else where for all future tire needs.

All staff is knowledgeable and super patient.One staff member in particular, Tim, showed extreme patience today. When a woman rudely bombarded the staff with snippy entitled responses, Tim kept complete composure and remained calm. He explained the process to the woman and proceeded to maintain his composure even as she continued to harass and belittle him.We could all afford to have patience in these times. I had a wonderful experience at this location. Employees were very friendly and informative. They got me in and out within 30 minutes (I had four tires installed and a new TPS sensor for one tire). Mike Fowler was very helpful at the front desk and Tim Roscher was very patient in explaining everything that was done to my vehicle (I have no clue about cars or tires lol...my husband sent me there!😂). They even pulled my car up to the front door for me! I highly recommend this business and especially this location for you car tire needs! 😉

They should not offer a service even if its free without handling it responsibly. Getting air this morning was a s#@t-show! 1.5 hours to do 7 cars. It made no sense. Poor management. They will sell NO tires to me ever.

We buy all of our tires here. Their customer service is superb. Very efficient. And.... free air checks for life!! Even in the rain - just sit in your car and they take care of everything. I returned on Tuesday 3/10/20 after having installed the summer wheels to have my TPMS system reset and again they did it at no charge. I was not expecting this level of customer service. Went to get a flat fixed and they finished a half hour early

I recently (Yesterday)bought 5 tires (Around $1600 for 5 y’all great deal!!) for my truck from here and the service was great. I dropped my truck off at 1019 am for my 10am appointment and there was no grief given for being 19 minutes late (I appreciate that very much guys). I had literally got to work and received a text saying my truck was done(1112am). Now I don’t know what kind of nascar tire changing people this place has but wow! These tires are not your normal tires, these are 35” mud tires on a Jacked up F250 ford truck that are a pain to get all done up but these guys did it in under an hour and balanced to perfection. They even tossed the spare right in in the bed without smashing my fishin poles and tackle box. I was so amazed I actually called to ensure this wasn’t a accidental notification that my truck was done. I’ll tell you what, these guys can whip some tires around. I’d recommend this place for sure and I ain’t even from around here.

I have been coming to this Discount Tire since they opened years and years ago and have never been disappointed. Ive probably purchased 5-6 sets of tires and now have my in-laws and neighbors going here. Always good selection and customer service. They have never done me wrong and always take care of my needs whether it is flats, balancing, whatever. Highly recommend them to everyone I know.

Pay attention when getting rotating and balance, on Saturday i went to get rotate and balance two guys worked on my car and both were not balancing tires they were just rotating. The one guy went as far as cleaning the old weight just to make it look new why just do your job. Made sales person inside aware he apologized and had them balance the tires. Also the wheels were put against the car paint, notice a scratch when i got home not going to deal with them about it not worth my stress. Extremely disappointed when you paid for a service and taking a short cut.

I recently stopped in to have a slow leak fixed on one of my tires. After waiting awhile I was greeted by Matel who directed me on the next steps. Matel represented the company very professionally. As I waited for him to work on my vehicle I noticed Matel went above and beyond and even crawled under my truck to check the tire pressure on my spare tire. Matel brings great value to the company and I appreciate his above and beyond work ethic!

Redeemed road hazard coverage and worked exactly as expected. Bought coverage for replacement tire because of experience. Also appointment was handled within reason since they were quite busy. Would recommend and have bought tires from there for years.

Excellent salesman and very friendly. However after having my wifes tires replaced I had to go back four times to get a slow leak fixed on one. The tire was apparently faulty and the eventually replaced it with a new one. They did me right but the fact that it took four tried cost one star. I have to be objective in my reviews I apologize. Do recommend them though you cant really beat their prices.

Update 7/20 I just returned to Discount for a set of 4 Michellin Primacy tires. Go to Discount! Dont go anywhere else. These technicians are professionals. From the manager Jeremiah, customer service writer, to Kevin who finished airing up to the correct tire pressure. I was in and out of there in less than a half hour. Great job guys!I needed two tires, Nick was very courteous n knowledgeable. The price for my tires was more than reasonable.This place was busy after the snow storm, but they seemed to be handling customers with a friendly attitude. Jeremiah was very helpful in assisting with my tire concerns.

These guys were awesome! I caught a screw in my tire, and they were able to get me back on the road in 30 minutes. This is not an advertisement. I am a real person! These guys actually managed to repair my tire that fast!

One of my wife’s tires was punctured, which was noticed on a Saturday afternoon. When we called the store we were greeted by an assistant manager who told us they were very busy, but could accommodate us. When we dropped off the car we re-iterated several times we needed the car back that day, and would bring it somewhere else if the work could not be completed prior to close. We were assured the car would be done before close and we could pick the car up that day. Come 8pm... still no call and the shop is completely closed. They had our car held hostage for the holiday weekend, which effectively cancelled our family plans. On Tuesday, my wife goes in to retrieve the car and explain the dilemma. A very rude M/W balding “assistant manager” tells her she should not have left the car there if she needed it, and should’ve called the police if she was having troubles. My wife attempted to show there was no call from the store and said assistant manager tells her they must have called because it was written on the paper as called. Again, NO CALL - NO VOICEMAIL. Our review of this place is not due to the fact it took a busy auto shop more than a few hours to fix a tire; it is based on their commitment to a service guarantee which they had no intention of fulfilling (to the cost of valuable family time) and their follow-up attitude to their failure to complete a task as promised. The assistant manager’s tone and his blame of my wife for selecting their services is despicable. I truly believe he was bullying her into leaving without complaint and would never have spoken to her like that if I were standing next her. This stores (or rather, this particular assistant manager’s) treatment of military veterans and their families is abysmal and the Discount Tire corporate office will be hearing from us.
