Inside and outside of my vehicle was detailed to perfection! Technicians were polite, respectful, helpful, knowledgeable, and did fantastic work! My vehicle looks as good as new! Exterior scratches were all buffed out. Love this place!!!!

I was recently involved in a Hit and Run accident. The entire process of working with the police, insurance, body shops, etc. has been increasingly stressful until I met Tyler.My car was at another body shop when I called Tyler to ask for an estimate. Not only did he provide me with as much help as he could over the phone, but he even offered to stay past 5pm (their closing time) to make sure I was able to drop my car off today. He was 100% honest with me about everything related to the parts and estimate, and I completely trust that this shop will get quality work done at an affordable price. Tyler spent about 30 minutes assessing the damage to the vehicle, calling shops to check on part availability, and carefully providing me with three different quotes to help factor in my budget.I have never met a more considerate, helpful, and caring employee at a car shop. Thank you Tyler for providing a little ease to my otherwise very unpleasant situation. I HIGHLY recommend stopping into this shop.

If your car is older than 10 years, they charge you $20 for the estimate. When I asked the reason for it I was told “that’s the way it is”. Mind you, my car had only a dent in the door.

I am really disappointed. I specifically searched for a shop that can repair motor cycles. Looked at reviews and thought I would receive good service here. When I called a week ago, the lady suggested I use the on line estimate tool. I took pictures and followed up the next day. I received a email confirmation that the pictures and quote would be responded to in 24 hours. Nothing. I sent an email. No response. I called and was advised I would get it the next day. Nothing. Called again and was told they are waiting for the parts person to call back but she would call me that afternoon. No call back. I called again and was promised that I would receive a response on Saturday. Nothing. Emailed. Nothing. It been a week now. Nothing. I would expect at least a courtesy call or some sort of follow up. I just got, nothing.

We brought my wife’s car for some repairs after a fender bender and was extremely pleased with the service and quality of the repair.Paid for by someone else’s insurance, they got all repairs done without any money out of pocket for us and dealt with the insurance company so we did not have to. They finished quick and even detailed the car inside and out. We were so impressed. You deal with the owners and they are great.Located on Villa Ave. in Elgin, not far from the car rental place.

First time trying this body shop, great work, decent amount of time to work on my car. Other shops wanted for me to wait 3-4 weeks to get my vehicle in. Forrest fit me in the schedule almost immediately. They even cleaned my car for me :) Great customer service.

They fixed the rusty area around my gas tank on the 2003 Bonneville; great job! You cant even tell there was ever rust. Most importantly though, they fixed it how I asked them to. I had brought in my car for a fender bender that needed to be replaced on the drivers front panel. Mike and Brett did an AWESOME job on the body work at a VERY REASONABLE PRICE!! They repaired hail-like damage from acorns that were all over my car in 2 days. The price was reasonable and cleaned up my car inside and out. It was fantastic.

This shop is straight forward. They tell you the ins and outs of the collision repair industry as displayed in their counter. Larry the estimator was very helpful . He checked my car for the damages it incurred went back to his desk and printed out a detailed list of what is to be repaired and its corresponding cost.They did the repair within the time frame they gave me and THEY SAVE ME MONEY(one item supposed to be replaced but was saved}. Larry even called after a week and checked if the car is running okay!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

While they are very friendly they are not very experienced it seems. I brought a car there with a drivers door that wouldnt open, they broke the inside panel off and said they couldnt get the door to open. Said there was no charge. But I had to now deal with not only a door that wouldnt open but a broken door panel now as well.Brought the car to another body shop, they got the door open and repaired the damage the other body shop caused.

They did fabulous work on my car I would highly recommend it to anyone.

I was hit by someone coming out of a gas station while on my way home from work; I bought this car new and had never been in an accident with it so I was upset and concerned at the same time about how my vehicle would be after the repairs, things like color match, driveability etc.Forrest Auto Body helped me through the entire process including explaining who I should talk to about diminished value, which I knew nothing about prior to this; and in the end, my car looks and drives like new, and the color match on my pearl white car is spot on and the repairs were completed in a timely manner.

The estimate was very thorough.

I would never take my vehicle there again. If you want your vehicle back i hope you have alot of time to wait. I had my vehicle towed out of there to a body shop that could handle it. All they say is its on the list umm ok or there short handed. Maybe hire people for starters
