I have been a Auto Zone customer for more years than I can remember. They are knowledgeable and very helpful... But, as I have a 1999 auto most of the young staff members are not as knowledgeable, but they do go the extra mile to help!!!! Would not go to any other auto parts but Auto Zone..

This is by far the best customer service in an establishment I have been to the manager Blanca is always nice and makes it a pleasant shopping experience.

We had such a great experience here working with Eric!! My brother and I came in for windshield wipers and left with him helping us fix two other concerns we had. He was so genuine to work with for finding sizes and price, and he even installed our wipers too! My brothers license plate had come off and he helped us figure out which items we needed to attach it, and he actually went ahead and did it for us!! He also helped us with a replacement gas cap as well. For us being rather clueless when it comes to cars, Eric was super knowledgeable about what we needed and all the products in the store. Beyond grateful for his assistance today and will be coming to this autozone for all our car needs in the future !!

Getting a ride when I can just so I can get the right part for my car when it should of been right the first time. Spending $100+ & all I get is a 10% off for a next time I go in? Like thanks... 10% really does help after I’ve already spent the money.

This location I have had pretty good success with. Not too much grief with warranty and most of the employees are knowledgeable and friendly. Not all autozones are the same lol. They all take your used oil for the most part so theres that. Its a smaller location so dont expect a ton of the usually parts store impulse buys but they have the stuff ya need to keep er Goin down the road.

Love love love this place, everytime I come here they help me replace headlight and brake bulbs. Which is awesome since I had a leak which was causing my lights to go out which I didn’t know about, thanks to erik! You guys are awesome 😎👍🏼

Went to use my rebate from Goodyear & one from Discount Tire also. I needed Brakes, Rotors & plugs for my Car. My rebate didnt work but got rotors anyway. The employee was very helpful. Saturdays are very busy there. From now on I will go during the week. If you can, go during the week. Weekends are crazy!

I had ordered parts for a truck with 10in rear drums. All I got that was correct were the drum shoes. The rest of the parts are for the 9in rear drums, hardware,drums, also the wrong side bearing and seals for the axel shafts. Over $200 later and I only have one part that is correct. Never will I ever use autozone again.

Good amount of parking, which helps because a good number of people will pop their hoods in the lot. Not an issue with me, as there is always a place to park. Quick service, once you are at the counter, but that can get long on the weekends.

Needed a check engine scan today in 0° weather. The woman who helped me was super quick, friendly, and helpful. I would highly recommend this location.

I dont leave reviews often unless I feel like they are needed .I went in to auto zone today not knowing exactly what I needed for my car . I spoke with a sales manager by the name of Ignacio. He seriously went above and beyond on helping find what I needed and a couple more things I didnt know I needed . He was so helpful I have been going to that auto zone for years now and never came across someone so willing to help & offer extra products that I might need . Definitely recommend the auto zone on McLean and speak with Ignacio, you wont regret it . & you might just leave a review because of the amazing service like ME !

Staff are clueless of whats going on

The employees at the store are great. But the online portion leaves a bit to be desired. Ordered part online by Vin# and it didnt fit. Went in and ordered another part and it didnt fit either. The in store employees fixed the problem created by the corporate folks. Wasted a week waiting for the right part that we never figured out.

Everyone is very insightfull and willing to help. Even the manager shows interest in customers issues. Thanks Again!!

If I could give no stars I would!Usually when I go in I get excellent service from Ignacio, jermain or mason. But the last few times I’ve gone I’ve gotten really bad service from Blanca. She was extremely rude. It honestly makes me not want to even go to that autozone. But its the closest one to me. If you go there AVOID her. Its actually quite disappointing that nothing has been done yet. If you dont like your job get a different one.

I have had more luck shopping here by doing my own research on their site than I have trying to get an actual employee to help me out. Their general manager I think is his title (you can recognize him because he resembles Dwight from the show The Office). I have attempted to ask for his assistance multiple times only to give up and say ok thanks for your help and then look it up for myself online. Instead I travel further to go to OReillys off McLean because Advanced Auto Parts has not been up to par either. If you go here know what you want and if they have it.

I came to this autozone to get windshield wipers put on my car that I bought from Amazon. The store worker told me that because I did not buy them from there, she will not put them on for me. I called 2 different locations and they said that they would do it. Not sure what was wrong with her, maybe she was being lazy.

Normally great service but they need to fire Blanca Guzman. I find her very rude, especially if youre not Hispanic.

Phil the manager is clueless when it comes to answering questions about the products on his shelf, and liliana was very upset that I had more than one question about what I was trying to purchase and she couldnt answer. I was very upset with the attitude they gave me and that will be the last time I shop there. Autozone may want to consider hiring people that know what an oil change consist of and not hire people based on looks or how much they can sell.

I like Autozone but I hate going to this location in particular because of Blanca, the manager who is rude and flirts with the male customers. I went in with my husband and she told him if he wanted to take a picture of her! Not professional at all. I avoid this location but I do go if needed.
