The staff is always friendly and helpful when I shop there. If they do not have what I was looking for, they always ask if I would like them to order it for me. They dont follow you around like most other beauty supplies (we know the kind) and make you feel welcome to shop.

The ladies who helped us were great! They were very helpful in our decision for what we needed. Great selection for a very fair price. We will for sure be back and would recommend to anyone. It took us days to find a shop like this and this is exactly what we were looking for.

Knowledgeable, professional, friendly and patient. LOL, patient for sure because I definitely did not know what I wanted, however they were able to pin point and direct me to what I could not actually describe verbally. All in all my hair came out great!

I have never bought extensions before and the owner was so friendly and helpful, she took time to talk to me about what I was looking for, showed me so many options until we found one that was absolutely perfect. Sandra. Is. The. Best. This is one the few times that I’ve experienced such welcoming customer service. Sandra goes out of her way for helping customers and making them feel like family even. Amazing customer service both from store owner Charles and his employee Daniela. I came in to look for specific extensions and Daniela was extremely professional and friendly. She showed me some options and gave me advice on which product would match the best with my hair. Charles also made sure that if they didnt have a product, he would make sure to order it and get what I needed. I left happy with a good product and awesome customer service. Will definitely revisit this store for future hair needs.

If I could give this store 10 stars I would. The owner was so sweet and polite and respectful and made me feel really welcome in her store like I belonged. Great variety and friendly owners

This is my go to beauty supply store, theres such a wide variety of hair, products, and make up, the choices are endless. The owners are so warm and friendly and they have gone to great lengths to ensure that I found what I was looking for, the prices are the best, I remember going to other supply stores where they wanted to charge my upwards of $50 for braiding hair, I have never returned there because I can find what I need here for around $30 (depending on what I am doin)SOMETHING TO NOTE: every time I go in there something good always happens after I leave, one of the last times Sandra informed me of a stylist position that I took a chance on and now I have a better job then i have ever had.

Not only does this store carry EVERYTHING you may need...the staff and owners were SO knowledgeable and just the sweetest people youll ever meet! They got my baby RIGHT for homecoming! And showed us the proper use and care for all of our purchases! From now on this is the ONLY spot for us!!

Just knw they will see a lot of me lol my favorite spot, customer for life. This is one of the wigs i bought, its cut short in the back and the color is a grape like purple 💜

They open at 10 & I’m here and nobody is here to open, don’t say the open time is at 10 and not have the store open.
