Always loved buying milk from here & same goes for the delicious lava cake they offer. Its well worth the 20 minute drive compared to the other dessert options nearby me.

My friend had never had Oberweis so we drove and got way more than we were expecting due to a Buy 3 get 1 free sale. He loved the ice cream. I really recommend chocolate. If you have a super sweet tooth I think youd like birthday cake cause it was way too sweet for me which is a first

Oberweis is such a MAGICAL place! My hubby & I keep forgetting to come by, and on a road trip home, he wanted ice cream and this was the first place that came to mind. Great customer service and amazing milkshakes too! Nate provided the best customer service Ive ever experienced! He went above and beyond for my family by offering to split one of the milkshakes between two cups for my little ones and even offered sprinkles. He made me and my family feel like we mattered throughout the entire process. He was kind, professional, precise when obtaining our order and ever so patient. The milkshakes ordered were phenomenal to top off our entire awesome experience. I highly recommend this Oberweis.

Portions are large and the ice cream is thick and rich. Blueberry cobbler ice cream is fantastic, but the season is too short!

Good service great ice cream

Very disappointed. I love their ice cream, but Ive ordered to go a couple of times and get home with a incomplete banana split, or missing request.

This was an experience I had hoped not to happen again this is my second time in the month to go and order and ice cream cone and have them tell me the ice cream is too soft to be eaten in the cone so they put the cone upside down in a paper cup. And hand you a spoon to eat the soft ice cream. So now I have an empty cone,a spoon, and a cup of ice cream to try and juggle. it would have been nicer if they had just said were going to put it in a cup and you dont need the phone because the ice cream wont stay in it its too soft. Or they could have given me the chance to order something different to stay in the cone.

Love to get their Lemonade and raspberry Lemonade. Great bottle return for money back.

Chocolate marshmallow ice cream in a waffle cone bowl.... hits the spot on a summer night. I had the mint chocolate chip last time, and it was just as good. Really hit the spot on a hot summer day. The drive thru was fast and easy. Ant the price isnt too bad, higher than the other places nearby, but I think its for better ingredients and higher quality, I hope at least.

Liam Ellis provided the best service to me on Tuesday. I asked for bat brew and he politely informed me they no longer served but offered other flavors I didnt know were in stock like peppermint??? Great service will come again.

Great ice cream and good service. Was disappointed that I did not receive my free quart of ice cream when I purchased three quarts and other dairy items on Saturday. I thought they may have suspended the promo but when I returned the following Monday to purchase more ice cream, I was made aware of the offer. The same young lady waited on me both days, so she may have been distracted.

Today I cant let it go by without sharing my story. Problem with freezer today so at 2pm,I said l wanted to purchase a hand packed quart of their Lemon BlackBerry which is a 5 star flavor.Since they were out of quart lids I could only buy prepackaged quarts in about 20-30 minutes due to freezer problem.How about I just take it as 2 pints and that would equal a quart I asked. After the some conversation a young woman said sure but we have to charge you for two pints which is $4.00 more than the cost of one quart.I ended up taking just a pint. Very disappointed in the leadership training provided to this young staff. Good leaders would have said give our quart customers two pints at the quart price until we are back to normal operation. Keep a stroke tally so we can identify how many pints we sold in place of quarts.Seriously the owner/operator/ manager didnt run to St.Charles and borrow some lids until their shipment came. What type of leadership training doesnt include how to manage irregular operation examples and how to correct?Yes Mr Oberweis you have a quality product however today I should have driven down to Andys. The confusion at the window was frustrating for all.

Service was prompt and pleasant. Ice cream was great. I think something that really stood out to me was that the people working there seemed to be enjoying themselves, though it didn’t seem unprofessional. Some people’s fun on the job is goofing off and not getting things done. They seemed to be working hard without being unhappy about it. Weird thing to leave on a review, but it stuck with me.

My favorite brand of ice cream!Oberweis offers tremendous value, the quality and taste is superior to anything else in a grocery store. We always take advantage of the buy three get one free on the ice cream. Nice clean store with friendly employees.People are health conscious these days and eating less sweets. Id rather have less of something better then a lot of something packed with preservatives. I might sound boring but vanilla flavor is my favorite followed by the butter pecan. If someone make a great vanilla you can judge the quality better and almost always all the other flavors are great too.If someone at Oberweis see this review please consider adding a Greek Mastiha ice cream flavor. Its something Ive tried while traveling and I think it could be a hit!

On Wednesday I was having a really bad day and so I wanted to get some ice cream and went to Oberweis. The staff there was so friendly and welcoming and made me forget I was in a bad mood. There was one blonde girl named Gracie there who was super helpful and got me all of the ice cream I wanted. She was very efficient and I could tell she was such a hard worker. 10/10 would go there again.

I did get a chocolate chip ice cream sandwich from overwise and let me tell you it tasted like it was frozen for like a year....oberweis is usually pretty good but I will never get one of those ice cream sandwich chocolate chip cookie things ever again

Im really really torn on this review. I remember coming to this Oberweis as a child with my family, and i remember the most delicious creamy ice cream in the world and loaded with flavor and cookie/ candy bits. But I stopped for a cookie dough shake today and...I dont know, man, it just didnt taste how I remember. There was way less cookie dough, and the whipped cream is different - more oily. Have the recipes changed? If so, please change them back 😕

Super good and quick ice cream with nice portion sizes. Really fun with a friend as they have board games and chess to keep you busy while you eat. Their milk is really good quality but for a price.

Theyve got the yummiest cookie dough ice cream! The vanilla us is so creamy :) I definitely would recommend people to give it a try since its real ice cream and not imitation. Oberweis is great :)

This was my first visit. Not much choice of ice creams. I would have preferred topping of various nuts. Tried Vanilla with expresso, birthday day and chocolate chips ice creams but did not like any one of them. My favourite is still Stone Cold.

My wife is a disabled veteran... she parked handicapped and upon entering the store, the employee started screaming at her that she is not disabled and how dare she park there and she is not being served till she moves.... she has handicapped plates and a placard... totally unacceptable. Then they were rude and downright disgusting in the service in which they did preform... no structure at all... just a bunch of hs kids who dont care ... no manager on site

Always clean, and friendly atmosphere. Played jenga with my son, while we ate huge ice cream cones. Quality well worth the money. Lots of family games to play while you enjoy real ice cream.
