He worked on our AC unit and furnace. Within an hour, they were both working great. Hes punctual, informative, and does an excellent job. My furnace went out on one of the coldest days this year (below zero) and had expected to have to wait for someone to either call me back & someone to come out to take a look at it and hopefully get it taken care of. I had already been without heat since the evening before & I was freezing & bundled up & hoped for the best. I left a voice message and a nice guy called me back within the hour. They were able to get someone out right away which made me happy. They scheduled a time they would be out & they were very prompt. They were able to diagnose the situation and happen to have the part in their service vehicle and my furnace was up and running with heat within the hour. CountryView has a convenient monthly payment that covers two service stops each year. They send an email letting you know it is time for your service appointment and give you times that are available. I find this helpful. I had a problem and they were at my home quickly. This led to a new furnace installation. They were reasonable, efficient and clean. I would highly recommend CountryView Heating & Cooling!

Our 35 year old furnace finally failed to a point where it no longer made sense to repair. I researched the local HVAC companies and decided to call Countryview. Brent showed up soon after I called, he ordered a furnace that we agreed on (based on his logical reasoning) and it was delivered the next morning along with all the necessary ancillary components. Jeremiah and Brent showed up very early in the morning to start work. After the original furnace was removed, Brent realized that a smaller furnace would be better suited for our application. This was due to the dimensions of the duct work that were not measurable until the old furnace was removed. The smaller version was delivered same day and installed to our complete satisfaction. The quality of work is impressive. Its nice to see craftsmanship alive and well, thank you guys for your hard work and getting my family warm and comfortable so quickly and at a very fair price!Update: A/C condenser installed by Brent and his team. Once again, couldnt be happier, nice work and thank you.

My furnace sounded like it exploded. It was a pretty scary situation. When I reached Brent on the phone I explain to him what happened. He said that he was on his way and would be there in 15 minutes, and he was.He went right to work assessing the situation. He made me feel like I was in good hands and that was quite comforting. He did a great job of explaining what the situation was and what needed to be done. The installation of the new part went very well. It was virtually painless. He did a wonderful job, I can trust him to do what he says hes going to do and that is very important to me. Hes the one I will be calling from now on for all my heating and air conditioning needs. We had a pump that was leaking over the weekend so I asked our neighbors for a recommendation. They said that they used Countryview Heating & Cooling. I called and they came out that afternoon. We decided that a new unit would be the best way to go but I didn’t feel like they were pushy at all. I purchased a house that had extremely high propane bills and electrical bills from my HVAC systems. I initially wrote it off as being due to a poorly insulated old farm house. Until my furnace failed and I called Brent at Countryview. Upon his initial evaluation he found that there was much bigger issues with the system. He did a thorough walk down of all my equipment and determined that my furnace and AC unit were way oversized for my 1200 sq ft house. All my duct work was done by an amateur who botched the job, leaving the house heated unevenly. He was very thorough in showing and explaining my problems to me. Based on my energy usage and propane costs we decided to go with a new high efficiency heat pump/AC unit and furnace as well as all new ducting. Not only was his pricing competitive but I felt as if Brent treated the job as if it was his own personal home. Heperformed all the work in the timeline he provided and did quality clean work. Brent did an excellent job in the removal and replacement of a bad heat exchanger . Furnace was out svc for about about 4 days . After having spoke with him for the the first time he came across as a confident individual who new his business about the furnace issue.
