We ordered cupcakes Frome them and it was awful. I guess by homestyle they mean a broken home. They were super dry the frosting held only the faintest flavor and it was like a solid sugar block. I only received half my order at 2 dollars a cupcake I would have expected better then something that tasted stale and store bought way over priced on the philly as well

Lunch was absolutely delicious! Husband had Keto Cheese Bread with grilled onions and bacon. I ate the Keto Club Chaffle. So wonderful to have a great place to go for a Keto menu. We ate outside on the side patio which was very inviting. The weather was perfect. Met the owner and her daughter. Good conversation. We will definitely be back and will spread the word. Thanks!

We drove all the way from Wilson and spent the night in E.C. just so we could have breakfast at Homestyle Bakery & Cafe, because I follow a Keto diet. It was SUCH a delicious breakfast and a great menu whether you have a special diet or not! I should have taken a pic of my beautiful breakfast of a keto waffle plate, eggs & bacon, but I ate it too fast! Lol! We also ordered a plain chaffle to go, which I had every intention of saving for later, but I had to eat 1/4 of it because it smelled soooo good! The owner and wait staff were wonderful and the owner even came out and said hello! We ate on the patio so our dog didnt have to wait in the car. Great little cafe! Well be back!

I had strawberry cream cheese stuffed french toast. It was awesome.

I ordered my son’s birthday cake (half yellow/half red velvet with buttercream frosting) from Genese and omg SO GOOD! I love her food and this cake did not disappoint! I would’ve given 5 stars, but I waited for 10 min at the wrong location and then had to drive somewhere else to pick up the cake, only to get there and discover his name was spelled wrong. She corrected it right away, but I should’ve received a phone call for 1) asking me the correct spelling and 2) to let me know the pick up location had changed.

Family feel, cozy environment, the BEST ketogenic friendly menu and the BEST regular food. Try the Chaffles and specialty desserts!!!!
