The customer service at this Tractor Supply is extraordinary. This extends to their phone service also, which is really helpful. I have been dealing with this store for over two years. If you get a chance, frequent this place. You will not be disappointed.

I absolutely love this store!! The only thing that frustrates me is, at times, when using the curbside pick up, it takes a very long time to have your order brought out. Usually after more than a 5 minute wait, I‘ll go inside to get my order. I must add, there is one employee I’ve dealt with twice, that has no sense of urgency whatsoever!!! She absolutely can care less about getting my item(s)......if you choose to work in a customer service area, you should be motivated even just a wee bit, to provide some kind service and maybe a kind word. But, other than this 1 employee, I LOVE this store!! The one particular employee is the only reason I won’t give a 5 star rating.

Tractor Supply is a store to come and pick up something you need without the inconvenience of waiting for an online order. They have the basics for many animals however you need the order online for more specific items as they only carry a few select brands.

Very friendly employees. Their vegetable and herb plants were well cared for and looked very health. Love the tractor supply dog food brand, 4health.

Wonder place to shop. Helpful people. Only problem is bird seed is always scarce.

Would not recommend buying chicks from here I never should have after I’d seen them take two out not that they were dead but stunned they were the tiny bantams I thought that might have gotten trampled but nope 15 mins to home and one of mine was in the same state I took them right back I was disgusted and the employees didn’t seem to care no sympathy or explanation. Feel sorry for all those left.

Its smaller than other Tractor Supply stores that Ive been to before, but its certainly better than nothing. They have most of the usual stuff that one might expect from this chain. Not bad for EC.

Amelia is always so polite and cheerful. I shop her all the time. She can make your day a little brighter. Great place to shop. Everyone that works there is extremely knowledgeable and helpful. Always have what I need.

Great staff, always willing to help. Location has items that you sometimes can only find online. If you need something and have questions someone is always available with an answer and if they dont know they look it up. Prices are reasonable. Overall its my go to store for all my poultry needs and at home vaccines for our animals.

I love this store! As an avid bird enthusiast, I buy all my supplies at Tractor Supply! The ppl are always nice and ready to help. I just wish the company would have more employees on Saturdays...but then we wouldnt want to cut into the bigwigs bonuses...etc😉

Its very clean and very well organized! Wish there was a bit more cat selection but I feel this is a Dog Lover Central, no complaints (also have a dog myself.) Had a nice time with the baby chicks, employees and fellow customers were very kind!! Highly recommend ✌️

Kind of a small location. Not much in the way of clearance prices items to choose from either. I recently visited the location in ahoskie and was much more impressed with their selection, friendly staff, and great bargain prices on some name brand tools I could not find anywhere else. This location had some things on a shelf marked clearance but no prices on the individual items to know if its really a decent discount or not. I may very well have bought more if things had been marked clearly.

Cold and uncaring. Not only is it impossible to get them to pick up the phone, I walked to request they help me by making an exception by selling me staple removers.My pet went through emergency surgery in Virginia and is due for staple removal. I have to leave town for work for a week this morning and couldn’t get him in to see a doctor so wanted to do it at home before heading to the airportThey wouldn’t even consider it. Now what am i supposed to do?!

For the area this TS should be bigger. This is no longer our go to. We travel to Chesapeake now. This tractor supply is small and never seems to have what we need. Feed is never put as they dont have enough shelf space. You always have to wait by the back and ask if they have it in stock. The manager is nice but I have had a issue with a lower manager. He said something condescending and rude. The checkers are usually friendly and chatty. Still, this is last resort for us.

Tractor Supply usually has what I need. If not, they can order it and have in for me within a few days. Employees are always very helpful in the Elizabeth City store.

Before the days of Amazon, Walmart, and Target, just before the days of J.C Penny and Sears and Roebuck. There were the time of the towns supply store, usually the trading Post. This is the Tractor Supply Company. Down home living, so for down home buying.

I have been to this location twice in the last 3 weeks. Left both times without buying anything because there were zero employees to help. The only employee on the floor was the cashier who had 4 people in line. One employee saw me and made a beeline for the back room and never came back out. If I didnt have to visit Tractor Supply, I wouldnt. Both this location and the Centreville Tpk location in Chesapeake have a severe staffing/payroll issue. There are never enough employees.

They had lots of boots to choose from. They had hunting boots and waterproof boots just what I was look for my grandsons Christmas gifts.

They have a good selection of healthy affordable cat food, and all the employees there are super friendly and very helpful! I definitely recommend going here.

For a parent and home owner, I love that they are pet friendly, and so very helpful. They got out of their way to make sure you have everything you need and answer questions.

Helpful employees. Meets my feed needs for my horses, and chickens. Occasionally doesnt have the Timothy and alfalfa mix pellets that I need. I depend on them.

This is in Elizabeth City North Carolina I would say the only issue I saw that nobody was wearing masked I guess they dont wear them there!

Had a $5 .00 off of any purchase over $25.00 ( Fund raiser for the Boy scouts, that had the $5.00 off from Tractor Supply, along with other venders . ) when I looked at receipt, after I drove away, saw that I only received $4.62 instead of $5.00 as stated on the card . Never had that happen with any other distributor .

I went to get 3 propane tanks filled and a new wheel barrow. Service at the propane refill and at check out was very pleasent. I wad asked several times if I needed help and did I find everything ok.

Joe went above and beyond to help me locate an order I had placed over a year ago so I could reorder an item off of it. Excellent customer service!!!
