Horrible customer service we were in line waiting for about 10 minutes while the cashier “Kolten” was checking out a elderly lady… she clearly could not hear well and was trying to pay with a gift card. The cashier was very impatient with her. He couldn’t get the gift card to work and was acting sooo unprofessional! He slammed down the scanner on the counter as it started to tip over because of his frustration with the lady. Very inconsiderate and horrible customer service. I ended up paying for the lady’s items and he had no problem being “professional” with me. I put the lady’s stuff in her shopping cart and told her to have a great day. As I walked off the cashier was still being rude to her and not wanting to explain anything or why her gift card wasn’t working. He called another worker up to the counter so he didn’t have to deal with it.

I love this Walgreens. Such friendly staff and a clean store. I hardly shop anywhere else because of how good it is. I’ve never seen such a large collection of wrong opinions on one place, but hey, what was I expecting?

Closed temporarily with no notice of when they will resume hours. I have a prescription that accidentally got sent there instead of Walmart, now what am I supposed to do? Its also not actually a Fed Ex place unless you already have the printed shipping label. Drop off only. They outright refuse to print labels for you. Even though Im pretty sure they advertise that they provide that service. Idk this store is always a hot mess.

This is the worst Walgreens that I have ever dealt with. For one thing the pharmacy tech I have talked to a few times is very rude and she thinks she is an MD and she doesnt know how to count. Also the history that show when last filled is what my Doctor gos off of she says that isnt the date that they were filled. When I lived inOklahoma City Oklahoma I would give them a 4 star review I never had these kind of problem until I move here from the City.Oklahoma City

The pharmacy is the worst everyone is so judgemental and rude plus its impossible for them to pick up the phone

If there was a zero star I would put that as my rating for the pharmacy, but they don’t so I give them a one. I have only lived in the area for a year and I have never had such a hard time with getting prescriptions filled. First of all they treat you like a drug addicted when you get prescriptions fill, so when you call it make you feel like it’s wrong to get it filled. They also lie through their teeth!! I’m going to stop at that because I could go on for miles with the experience I just had with them today! All I can say is I will never use them ever again and I recommend that no one ever use them!

They need to just fire everyone since no one knows how to do their job. Called to see if I can go get a passport pics taken, they said yes, got there and they said, well Idk who u talked to,but the cameras broke

This place is a very negative place to work. There are very few people that work here that are good. I would not recommend coming here. Walmart and United may be a bit father, but it’s entirely worth it for a place with a bad reputation. Please do not go to a place that treats employees like they do.

If I could give them a minus review, I would. We live an hour and a half away. I only went to this pharmacy to get my husbsnds prescriptions filled so I could bring him home from the hospital. I only had my insurance card, not my pharmacy card. So they werent going to go any extra steps, but charge me full price. I went to Wal-Mart where they were knowledgeable enough to call my insurance company, get the required information, and fill the prescriptions with my insurance card, my husbands social security number, and my id. Walgreens wiuldnt help. They have extremely poor customer service outside of the fact that they are rude, hateful people. Do Not Shop Here.

Cashier at checkout counter got obnoxious and threatening when I declined to join walgreens reward program. I was forced to declined three times. Given a choice, such arrogance and sales pressure from a company prevents me from frequenting them in the future, even if it is a national chain.

This place always has what you need and every time I go there the people are wonderful and the service is great and its pretty quick service and low prices plus I can send money and receive money at this place all the same time

Pharmacy provides poor customer service, & they tend to open later than their posted operating hours. I would suggest they treat customers with a kind heart & a little respect.

Can not load a green Dot card without drivers license. BS! Very rude.
