The staff stayed over 20 minutes past closing to help me and make sure l was set up before l walked out. I was happy 3 weeks ago when they did that. Im still happy and recommend that store to everyone looking for a good phone and customer support associates who work until the job is done. Thank you

Absolute horrible service. This is the second time it has occurred. I showed up there were 3 cars here. I called in for curbside they asked me to wait for 10 min and someone would be out to help. 25 minutes fo by and I try to call again to see if they forgot me as several new vehicles have come and gone. After another 5 minutes of calling with no answer I go inside and find other patrons also visibly disgruntled who tell me they have yet to be acknowledged. I could have driven to the Clinton store (which has much better service) in the time it took me waiting without help or acknowledgment here. Finally after 30 minutes I left without another acknowledgement, apology or attempt at help.Management needs to get in action on this store pronto!

The store is fine but I have yet to walk in there that I didnt have to wait at least 15 minutes for someone to help me. They need more employees.

I bought a new phone. Not all of my pics and phone numbers made it to my new phone. Of course I didnt realize that until I got home. I made the mistake of thinking the customer care people knew what they were doing.

Went in there because my husbands iphone wouldnt recognize his face. Those people were not very knowledgeable at all. It took 3 of them to figure out what the problem was. Thankfully it was an operator error. They thought it might be an internal problem and since we had insurance we could send it back. Sorry but if its internal and its still under warranty, the cost is on them. Not us. Our deductible is $200 with insurance. Not paying that for a flawed iphone.

Even though I had called ahead for an appointment,I had to wait before an employee could help me. However, the employee was very accommodating, knowledgeable, informative, and personable. All employees were busy and their rapport with customers was friendly. Several customers were elderly and there was great patience in serving them and the employee was in no way condescending. My experience was exceptional.

Went to the AT&T store today because my phone and Direct TV bill had increased by $60 a month. Working with Catrina and Kevin, we were able to knock about $75 a month off my monthly bill! They do a really great job and are very courteous and helpful! I always get very nice service every time I go there!!!

Always great and friendly service. Usually a reasonable wait before an employee gets to you, if its busy. If not busy, then theyll greet you at the door and take you right away. And they always walk you out.

This place is awesome! Normally when I go to phone stores, I have to wait a long time and it’s never an easy experience. We originally went in to see if we could get an iphone fixed. Our sales rep Catrina immediately took this as buying a new phone not fixing the phone. She promised to help us save money on our bill, which we only ended up saving $10.She continued to ask multiple times for us to bring in a back up phone so we could do a trade in and we told her we did not have a back up phone to trade in.We requested to turn off cellular data on our Ipad and she said we had to call to do that. When we called the rep on the phone said we could have done this is person.We just werent happy with our experience and honestly makes us dread ever having to go back in.

You almost have to set aside a whole day to get any kind of service at this store. I waited an entire hour just to purchase one simple item—a case for an iPad. This store needs some competition.

I generally dislike going into phone stores, as usually I feel like Im treated unfairly and am given a long waiting time. That wasnt the case here! The staff was really friendly, polite, and quick to boot, best experience Ive had in years. If I run into an issue, you bet Ill be back, keep up the good work!

Every time I go in, I get great customer service. Very welcoming atmosphere and a staff that knows what they’re doing!

Was not impressed! Kid just laid on the table while trying to help. Wouldnt listen ended up having my bosses phone shut off because he didnt listen to me. And I had to take a new sim card out to my bosses location to fix his phone. Not happy at all. Was just trying to get the new work phone activated.

They took care of what I needed done today in a timely manner.

We walked in and never got acknowledged by any one of the at and t workers. We sat down and waited for at least 35 mins till we finally just left. 2 workers walked in back when we came in and there were at least 3 on the floor helping other people...they could at least acknowledge and give an expected time to which youll be helped.

Not enough help. Went to at&t 3 times.....each time I had to wait. Was unwilling to go over 30 minutes the 2st 2 times. 3rd time took right at 30 minutes to be seen. This store needs more help during peak hours including lunch hour.
