Customer service was excellent especially on a busy day with it being black Friday. Best Verizon store around ! I had two of the employees working as a team on my devices very pleased with the help and customer service I received.

Slow. Waited in line for 30 minutes. When it was my turn they kept interrupting my turn by answering inbound calls. So, just call them youll get waited on. Go there in person, they wont serve you. The staff isnt knowledgeable. The first thing they wanted to do was run a credit check. All I wanted was to set up a prepaid plan for my sons old phone. Then I asked if they could just unlock the phone so I could switch to AT&A instead of Verizon and they said they couldnt unlock it. I finally had to ask for the Verizon 800 number. They 800 number was very helpful.

Walked in asking for help on my Samsung Galaxy 5 note. I made a comment that the Galxay 9 note was really expensive 988.00) was expensive just to have a pencil on board and she just blasted out, then dont buy one. I had not ment it for anything other thatn a thought out loud. She continued to be rude in answering my comments, telling me I just needed tobuy a new phone and that my phone was just onld and outdated. She would not even look at it to see if ther battery was bad of the phone.I told her that I was going to take it to a local computer store and she bad mouth them. Made negative remarks about my age (senior citizen) and my knowledge of cell phones. That is not professional to badmouth other local businesses. My visit was May 21, 2019 at 4:30. Will now do business on line or go to Altus. I have been doing business at this office for 7 years but no more.

I purchased 2 ilive hoverboards from this location and it turns out that both boards are under recall. One of the boards started malfunctioning almost from the start. The store is absolutely no help in resolving the issue. They do not order replacement batteries (which is what the recall is for), they do not refund nor can they tell you where to recycle the board (you have to do this to get a replacement through the manufacturer). I am so frustrated. Not only can my children not use their Christmas present, I am out the money I saved to buy these.

For the last time am absolutely furious with Verizon. I get my pockets dumped out every month an when there is a problem with my phone, I get sent out the damn door being told again theres nothing they can do about it. Am sitting at the elk City location now about to go in for the last time for help or will be on my way to Walmart for a new phone
