Great place to get network equipment and supplies

Spoke with Mark after about 20 rings on the phone, sounded like he was half asleep and didnt want to help. I was looking for some assistance with Cat 6A cable which is specialty but customer service wasnt his specialty. Perhaps others are top notch but my first experience tells me to look elsewhere.

If you need good service for random wiring parts this is a great place to go.

Let me the first to write an honest but negetive review..Dealing with Will Call is a nightmare and a half. Everytime I pick up equipment for my company, its a different excuse why its not in stock. Ive just had an order cancel on me because it wasnt in stock EVEN THOUGH when my boss ordered it online it said it was. Last time he ordered something it went through on his end but was sent to shipping instead of Will Call because they didnt have it in stock yet.What ever is happening with the ordering website and the warehouse inventory system needs to be fixed soon to prevent any further headaches because I think we arent the only ones in this boat....other than that, the place is clean, organized and the people at the front desks especially Tyler are nice and helpful in any situation you might be in. If you can deal with them first when picking up orders if you can. They offer trainings to learn the different equipment they have in stock or will have in stock which is really cool.

Good place to buy quality equpment with costumer support for couple years.Been doing business for years and will continue.

That my comment is worth little, I know, but how co-responsible they are in this agency, most of their employees do not cover their mouths and do not require their clients to carry one too (I am talking about COVID19)
