Great recovery after warranty claim fumble.Etymotic Beans were performing well until one malfunctioned late Feb. 2020. I returned it on warranty but nothing heard after about 9 weeks, even tho tracking showed it delivered to them. So I sent email asking for update and was told replacement would be sent. But nothing arrived after 10 days so I sent another threatening “strike three” email which got to Customer Experience Manager, Sarah, who made a very generous instantaneous fumble recovery, with a pledge to find out what went wrong so it doesn’t happen again to anyone. Shipment arrived next day.

I am so sad to write this review. What once was a top tier company both in terms of product and customer service has turned into an absolute disgrace. Absolutely zero interest in replying to emails or honouring products under warranty that go faulty.Lucid Hearing should be ashamed.Thank you for your time at the company Moe, your presence is missed.

Very good earphones. They send me free sample of eartips to me in the Netherlands. But it is hardly to email contact them, late or no response at all. That is bad. They also do not released multiple cable configurations for the ER4XR and SR. I need a Apple 3 button remote cable. Please produce it!

It looks like this company is in deep trouble right now. Based on my experience I wouldnt recommend buying anything from it.Ive the ER4XR earphones and was charged £307.41 After a few days received a message of my order being closed because the phones are out of stock. After a few more days was refunded £289.79.So I paid £17.62 for the Etymotics lack of care and responsibility,All attempts to write a review at the Etymotics own website fail because it throws an merchant does not exist error.On the website the ER4XR earphones still look like they are in stock so you can add them to basket and pay.

One of the worst places ive ever worked, upper management is a bunch robots. Henry is one of the worst people ive ever worked for, always had a 2x4 stuck in the wrong spot. the people here were nice but some of them werent, would not recommend working here or doing business with this company.
