My total experience with Quality Granite & Marble was very positive, especially since it involved a challenging 10 foot long bathroom vanity top as well as a tightly dimensioned 2 piece shower curb top. There on hand inventory was large, and they were very helpful in answering all questions and making suggestions. Delivery lead time was very good and price was competitive. I was surprised at all the details that had to be paid attention to by the installers, but everything went flawlessly. They did everything they said they would, and its obvious that they treat customer service, prompt communications and results as priorities in their business.

I had a great experience with this company, QUALITY GRANITE & MARBLE. The granite they supplied was the best that I could find after shopping at 3 different suppliers. We had originally bought our granite from Studio41 along with our cabinets, but Studio41 charged us more than market rates so I started shopping around and found this company. They also had a very professional installation team and installed 5 business days after measuring. They did great work for our kitchen!

After going to many other places for a month looking at granite countertops while in the middle of a kitchen remodel, we finally came to Quality Granite & Marble. They helped us through our selection of the granite and options (sink, edges, etc.) in a very professional way.We explained that the cabinets and island should be completed over the upcoming weekend. They told us to let them know on either Friday or Saturday and they would arrange to have someone come out and measure on Monday.Monday morning their person came out to measure and as the configuration of our new island changed we were not sure how what the shape of the top should be. He helped us with the design of the new island top. We then explained that we were without water and wondered if they could expedite the fabrication and installation. I could not believe it, they measured on Monday and installed on Friday.The install was quick and went without any issues as everything fit perfect and the craftsmanship was superb. Throughout the process there were no hidden costs, delays or problems of any kind. We are so very happy that we chose Quality Granite to do ours countertops because they truly lived up to their name.

Ive given up. I tried three times to make an appointment. I received the same response every time; I was told a technician would reach out to me later that day. It never happened, so Im taking my business elsewhere.
