Take your money to somewhere else! They are extremely rude and they really dont care about their customers. Went there to purchase plywood the other day. After we picked what we wanted and purchased them, a guy came up and literally started yelling at us saying I cant make my guy wait 20mins here even though we already checked the material, approved, purchased and about to leave. So it is not our problem, not our fault either. We never told him to wait or anything. Even then, why would a manager come up to his customers and start yelling? We wanted to give you guys a try after all those bad comments but didnt take too long to realize it was a mistake. Hope you guys work on how to treat your customers ASAP!

I have been here in the past, and had a great time, but the last time I stopped by, it was very different. First of all, the girl who works the will call counter was wonderful, even making small talk while getting my paperwork, and verifying that all the info on it was correct. The guys working in the warehouse were a completely different story. The younger guy helping load the plywood in my truck seemed to be having a bad day, and was almost yanking the sheets out of my hands in a rush to rudely throw them in my truck. When we got to a few sheets that looked very different, I wanted to know if it was the same wood, because I needed it to look the same for what I was using it for. Well, the young guy didnt know, so he called over the supervisor, and his response was of the attitude that he didnt care whatsoever. He said: Yeah, thats all the same stuff, we just opened the bunk, you can see its still wrapped at the bottom. What do you expect for the cheapest Chinese sh*t? (Btw, the edges of the boards were stamped made in Indonesia ) So I asked if I could pick thru, and get matching boards, and he said: If you want to sift through it, go ahead. So I had to pick through the sheets with the younger guy, who became increasingly agitated. Overall, I would rather go to Menards, the service is much better, even if the material choices arent the best.
