Staff was very friendly was greeted right when I parked. The wait was not too bad only about a little over an hour much better than other places I tried to go. The wait room was very clean and I had the choice of either waiting outside which they also provided chairs for or stay inside. I even got my wiper blades changed for half the price, they were on sale.

Took two of my vehicles in today for oil changesHad plenty of time left to enjoy my dayAnd plenty of cash leftover to make it even more enjoyableTHATS VALUE

Felt that the employees were trying to discourage customers from waiting. Two other customers left while I waited. Multiple employees not appear to be doing anything but milling around. Was not greeted for almost 10 minutes. Took longer then it should have for 1:30 in the afternoon. I have been to this location in the past and they were very friendly, professional, and efficient. They respected the customers time and appreciated that they chose this location. There has obviously been a management change and I will not be returning to this location.

Even though this is closer to my home I have tried on three occasions to get my oil changed. Theres always an excuse today I was told that they close at 5:30 unfortunately I received that information at 4:45 they mentioned that since there was only 45 minutes left they couldnt do my car I had no idea it took them 45 minutes to do two cars before me last time I was here they didnt have enough employees. So on three occasions now Im forced to drive an additional 4 miles to their other location. Absolutely moronic management

I had a great experience and saved few bucks...

50 minutes for 7 quarts of oil and a filter only one car in the bay in front of us, told the 8 person crew multiple times just the oil and filter don’t check lights tires nothing else had to keep reminding them.. one employ which I assume was on break actually chuckled because I had to tell them so many times. There were at least 3 people standing still or bsing at any given time. It was about 100 degrees out and the only person sweeting was the guy under the truck draining the oil.. what happened to hard work and work ethic.. and cost just over $100

I was able get a tap off after I was informed the machine that could perform the work my order transmission needed was broken.

Not only did they change the oil in my Jaguar, they were so neat about it. As I watch the young man with the beard open my engine bay, he was careful not to drop and oil anywhere in my engine bay. Then when he filled my washer fluid he was ever so careful not to drop any water anywhere on my car. I felt like royalty. I appreciate someone who appreciates their automobile! Thanks jiffy lube!! I’ll definitely be back and you’ve certainly earned my money!!!

It wasn’t very Jiffy. I was in for an oil change, but was there over 2 hours. The girl at the counter was very nice and apologetic, though. She’s the only reason I’m giving 2 stars.

The staff were very informative and professional.

Great customer service. They are very fast and thorough about inspecting your car. They even make sure to torque the oil drain plug correctly to make sure not to strip the oil pan or have an oil leak.

This was my second time using this location and again I’m impressed. I never have any issues stoping in and getting my car taken care of quickly and efficiently. I enjoy the calm relaxing environment and can get in and out in under an hour. I find it very comforting knowing that I won’t have to spend a long period waiting. Thanks again to the team for working quickly to get my car completed. I was even sent a coupon that was able to save me extra money. Always love a good deal.

The workers are little bit careless than the other companies, the services are not reflected on Carfax, which is a big downside. I changed the engine oil in so called not famous drive through oil changer the service was perfect and the service was reflected on carfax. I asked the worker of Jiffy Lube lube that why the services are not written on Carfax, he told me it is expensive:).

Went in for a brake fluid change, service and staff are fine, but I have to wait for 2 hours when there are barely any other customers around.

I had a terrible experience during this service. I have gone to this jiffy lube many times and Ive always gotten good service. This time I was told it would take 45 minutes. The mechanic came to me to say it would be ready in 5 more minutes. After 5 minutes he came to me to say a worker dropped a tool into my differential and they would have to take it apart, remove the tool and put it back together. In all, this visit was 2 hours and 40 minutes. I was supposed to be happy with a $20 discount!

Poor customer service.The knowledgeable, informative interaction I am used to when I visit Jiffy Lube for my signature service was missing. I also did mit get notified of any thing that needed to be adjusted or fixed, which I appreciate.Not visiting that location again.

With Jiffy Lube they got a bunch of young kids working there I just got a double checked it almost took the wrong filter in our truck they also have to double-check make sure all cap on there no oil leakage everywhere

They said come in for free vehicle inspection which is awesome. because Uber is to cheap and lazy and charged $20 bucks last year for inspection and discontinued inspecting there own hub thank u so much

This jiffy lube is by far the best place Ive been to for oil change. I had accidentally overfilled my engine and my car was shaking violently while idling and I came when they were almost closed and explained what was going on and the manager took care of me. He lowered the oil to safe levels and had me come back this morning to finish taking care of my car. Im very grateful to the crew here.

I remember the days when service at Jiffy Lube was in and out in about 20 minutes. But that seems to be long past. They do provide good services but much to slow.

The only reason I am giving a low review for my last visit (3/26/20) is mostly because the lack of communication and willingness to deal with customers. I went in for my regular oil change and the guy that helped me was not very helpful. I had my check engine light on an I asked if he could also check to see why. His immediate response was I dont know what any of those codes mean. I would have understood if he wasnt able to assist me due to high customer traffic but at the time of my arrival and departure, I was the only customer in their premises. In general, he didnt seem to want to assist me with any of the additional issues other than what I went in for.

Im not really happy with the service I got today. I dont normally post negative posts. I normally only do extremely good ones. But unfortunately I am hurt and upset that I would be taken advantage of.I always use JiffyLube for all my maintenance; and yes they always give us new issues to buy with our vehicles. I always give them the benefit of the doubt.Well today, they said I need a new serpentine belt.I asked if they can show me the belt afterwards to see its cracks and wear and tear.Well ladies and gentlemen, after I paid for a serpentine belt replacement along with my $100 oil change; my old belt looks immaculate. The belt they said was old and cracking, is brand new.

The greeted me quickly. They were very polite. They were very fast.

Everyone was nice and respectful and they even gave me a $20 discount when the total price was out if my budget. I didnt like the fact that they no longer vacuumed the car. I look forward to going to jiffy because they do small touches like vacuuming but they didnt. Especially since it wasnt that busy due to the quarantine they had the time to do so but didnt.

I have gone here several times, quick and efficient staff lobby is cool and they have cold water and they remain honest the entire time!

My experience was great. I was quoted an hour wait and the oil change, wiper change, filter change were finished in 45 minutes. The staff was kind and professional.

I change oil for my car and I payed for air filter to change it but they dont change it already gat payed for it this is my experience I gat from this Jeffy lube from this location please when you go to for oil change check everything we want to change before you leave they are a kind of thief.

I have never had a long wait. They have done a great job inspecting my car and helping me keep it maintained. The other day, my engine light came on and they ran a diagnostic for me at no cost. Its also nice to know that if I need oil or other fluids between oil changes, they have me covered!

No complaints! I have been taking my car here for oil change for the past 2 years and my previous car a year prior. Their customer service is good and they inform me of possible future issues without pushing the repair or other sales on me. I also got my headlights cleaned here which was a major inprovement to the look of my car as well as improving the light output at night.

They are very professional, courteous and they are fast. I needed an oil top off and even though they were busy, they managed to get me out of there in 30 minutes.

Do not go to Jiffy Lube. I went here for an oil change based on the good reviews and it was a mistake. Getting the oil change alone took them about 2 hours. And then they came in and told me a bunch of things that were in dire need of attention. So I had two of my belts replaced. It cost me $150 and another hour of my time. Obviously I know the con auto shops do on women. However, I saw that the belts were in bad shape. My problem isnt that they conned me, its that they used a faulty part that broke two months later and caused my power steering to go out and my alternator to break which in turn made my battery go out. Jiffy Lube is not a trustworthy mechanic and you cant trust that theyre giving you the best service. Go somewhere else.Update: just took it into a trusted mechanic and he told me that not only was it a used part, but that it is also a bad quality belt that auto shops wont even supply because its so bad.

Cool environment and honest. What I appreciated the most was the honesty. I really only needed a oil change. But Im very picky about everything. Im glad he brought the air filter etc to my attention. It was still in good condition but like I said. I am very picky. The best part was the wait time. At the dealer. Ill be waiting 2 hrs. I got out of this place in a jiffy. This will be my go to.

I have been coming to Juffy Lube for quite a few years and I love how easy it is going and having things done for my automotives. If thing are needed like air filter change or rotating my tires I can have it done while my oil is being change. Very convenient for me. Better then going to a dealership and wait for a few hours to get my car back. The techs are very nice, explaining what needs to be done.

My go to place to get serviced. I had a review earlier but guess it got deleted. Experience is always great here. Doug is a honest guy and not pushy. Before you go into any service just make sure you know what your getting. Some things you dont entirely need but regardless any worker is going to recommend other services. Their just doing their job. I love this spot because theyll recommend something but if you say no, they move on. Anywho I would recommend this place. 3rd time here.

This is a great place to do business. They treat you fairly and kindly. Today, they were shorthanded and said so, and gave me an honest (and accurate)time estimate. Even shorthanded, they were calm and thorough, a sign of a well run business from the top down.

Great service every time I go there. I recently went to the location at Sheldon and Center, I think this will be my preferred location now. Had several women working there and they really knew what they were doing.

Been here quite a few times. Used to frequent the San Ramon location when I lived in the Tri-Valley and visit this location now for all my oil changing needs. I usually try to go early to avoid the line, but it can get busy. However, I’m willing to wait because they always do a good job on my car and they never try to upsell me on crazy things I don’t need. For me, this is everything in anything involving my car. I do wish there was more than a gas station next door so I had something to do while I wait but they can’t help their location.

The time and headache she saved me is priceless ! Thank you...... I have been going there for awhile I do not go anywhere else for my oil change.

They were slow. Only 2-3 employees working and they spent more time standing around talking both in the little office area and the bay where the cars were. It was 1 hour just for an oil change.

Great service, quick process all together great experience

This is the first review I have ever done on Google. I got my oil change done at this Jiffy Lube on 8/17/17 in the afternoon. There was a car in front of me getting some work done as well, Im not sure if it was an oil change or not, but it was a young lady (driver) and I believe either her father or grandfather in the passenger seat. Unfortunately it looked like he was having a bit of trouble getting out of the car, it seemed like it was too warm out for him. The representative that helped me was Alexa and she was absolutely amazing!!!! But I also wanted to recognize the guys in the shop that helped the young lady with her father/grandfather. I wasnt able to see their names on their shirts so Im not sure who they were but they were very kind and seemed very concerned with making sure that her father/grandfather was ok. They brought him out little cold towels and water to put on him to keep him cool and they let him stay in the car while they did the service. They did a good job with my oil change and with explaining what my car needed to have done but what sticks out the most is how they took care of the young lady and her father/grandfather. That was the first time Ive ever been there so they have definitely earned my business!

Worst experience ever had in this jiffy lube center. Very rude people and unprofessional and I made an official complain through business bureau.I went there for oil change but they charge me and never changed the oil my transmission damaged.

Do not go to this place, the mechanics are lazy scam artists!!! I had the exact same experience as another reviewer on Google. I took my new car to have it inspected. They did not inspect it! They somehow missed a seriously frayed belt that was clearly visible (luckily I already knew about and called them out when they said all belts were fine.) They did change the oil, but then they put the cap on wrong or the filter in wrong and it immediately started leaking like crazy.I went the next and they fobbed me off with some bull story and fixed it then told me that the oil was still full. Well guess what? Not a single drop of oil spilt after that, but two weeks later my oil light came on and when I had it checked out the oil was very low!!! Their mistake drained my oil, then when they fixed it they did not replace the oil!!! No inspection, no oil, lazy scam artists!

Very good service from knowledgeable car people, efficient and hassle-free. Comfy seating area with TV and view of your car and compliment water/coffee. Totally recommended.

Job well done. Im not a big fan of Jiffy Lube, however I do use them occasionally. This location has brought it up to a new level. The crew that was working that day was very professional, helpful, and knowledgeable. They were very thorough in every aspect. However, they are NOT certified mechanics. Im sure that the employees here are more than qualified to do auto maintenance. However, misdiagnosis with todays vehicles can be very spendy.

Fast service, cleaned up slightly your vehicle, and informed me of other issues I might have. Only problem I had was that it can get quite expensive for a quick stop. Be careful and review what you need, that way you dont get sold things you do that really need.

Only place I get oil changes, employees are the friendliest and dont lollygag around they get their job done and your car out quick, very conscientious about why your vehicle is there. They do some auto repair also.
