I really want to like this place. But Everytime I go the workers just play on their phones instead of greeting me and making polite conversation or asking if I need assistance. Kinda get rude vibes every time I go, sadly. Also, is the name ironic? Because its the smallest pop shop in the area Ive been to! Misleading.

New spot, awesome place. Owner is great guy, very informative. I came in not knowing much of Funko and talked a good about it. Fun hobby if your into collecting collectibles. Varieties from movies to animation to just interesting figures in general they even got iconic brands like caption crunch! Lol. Anyways, looking for new fun collectable stuff funko is for you. These were unveiled since 2010 and still going.

This place is awesome. I just went there for my first time - there is currently a sale for buy three get one free, and each common Pop is $10. Friendly staff, good with making sure I knew about deals. Definitely will be back!

Order # 7322. Ordered a set of friends Funko POP back in Nov 2018. Box came smashed up 1 pop came damaged. Contacted them through instagram messages asking if the package was insured. I was advised that the package was insured. They asked me what was damaged, and that theyll order boxes. I provided photo of the damages. I was under the impression Id either get a replacement box or a replacement pop. Didnt hear back for a few months. Contacted them March 25th 2019. Didnt hear back. Contacted again on July 29th 2019. Didnt hear back. Its October 2020 and this company still did not make things right. Long story short they dont make things right. Package was insured.

I knew what to get my nephew but not so much my niece probably going back again. Didnt know they made Friends Pops might have to get that for my sister. Not a good experience buying a mystery box from them, it was my very first one and thanks to them probably the last one from anybody else, but good luck for the rest since not all of us had the same experience

Do not buy mystery boxes from this company. Bought 1 and not buying anymore as I spent 15$ and received a 7$ Pop. I highly doubt that they even have most of the prizes they put up. No way they always have a majin vegeta, eccc pops, NYCC pops, and more. They are most likely advertising these “prizes” to get more people to buy them. They are just trying to get rid of pops they can’t sell wether it is a trash exclusive or a common. There ok in store but way overpriced. Charged 35 for a ssj2 Gohan Pop with no sticker. Do not buy the mystery boxes and if you wanna go in the store go a head but do not buy exclusives, your best bet is just to get a common from them, that’s the only thing that has a reasonable price on it.

Bought a few Ben Roethlisberger funko pops on a Friday. Now this particular pop has been going for a few more bucks than normal on auction sites, so upon seeing that they had him for normal pricing i decided id grab a couple for me and my Co worker who also collects. Was very happy to secure at the price its SUPPOSED to be sold at. Its now Tuesday eveing and my order hasnt had any movement. Ive sent emails,facebook msgs, and even called the shop! No answer. I decided to try messaging on FB again and behold a response after 4 days of holding my money. The response I got is they were mistakenly up on the site. That doesnt excuse the 3 days it took to tell me and ignoring my msgs. Plus I only got a answer because I pressed the situation! Now this product wasnt only up as a single pop, they also had him up in a bundle package. So to say he was mistakenly up smells like BS to me. You mistakenly put him up in a Pittsburgh Steelers bundle that said 6 championships with Terry Bradshaw and Antonio Brown!!!?? Ok maybe thats possible but HIGHLY doubtful! I believe they realized that the price of this figure was higher then what they were selling him for and gave me a line of BS! Could have simply said we only have 1 and at least honored your price for 1 of them. Either way here ladies n gents, even if it was a mistake,that it was up on the site by accident, you STILL dont take 4 days to respond to the order and only then when a reply is forced out of you. This isnt the 1st bad thing ive heard about their online ordering. Maybe the shop is great to stop in but I would highly suggest staying away from ordeing ANYTHING online with these ppl. Awful business practices and teetering on dishonesty! Look elsewhere online plenty of better places to buy your funko pops. Good day to them!

Worst customer service and sold me a broken fake Pop! Preordered the Werewolf from the Nightmare Before Christmas anniversary series in June and I JUST RECEIVED IT TODAY, broken. The stand is not issued by Funko and the sticker indicating it is a Specialty Series from Funko was I. The wrong place on the box! This is a complete fake. Do not do business with this company at all.
