Ive been a patient of Dr. McKnight for almost 10 years. Shes kind, she listens, and provides the most knowledgeable answers to my questions, than any of my other doctors. Her staff is great as well, and will provide every piece of information I need to get the best out of my insurance. My husband is also a patient and Ill be making an appointment for my 5 yr daughter soon. I highly recommend them!

It was a very easy and friendly visit. My first eye exam went great and I was able to find out what my needs are. Highly recommend this place. Staff is super friendly and very respectful as well. The only down side is it will take forever to choose what frame you want since there is too much variety haha!

It was my first visit to Crystal View. They were able to set me an appointment a few days after contacting them. The staff was very nice and welcoming. They went over my coverage and showed me a few thing I didnt actually know (like how I qualify for new lenses every year!). I enjoyed my first visit and am excited to work with the Crystal View team and Dr. McKnight in the future!

Came in to get a new pair of sunglasses and they helped get me what I was looking for! I always enjoy coming in here... the staff is very friendly and super helpful when it comes to helping me with my eyes and glasses. I always get great feedback when I ask for their personal opinions on the different frames. Dr. McKnight is wonderful!

They quoted me for the wrong brand of contacts so I was shocked when I was told how much I actually had to pay when I went to pick them up/ they gave me defective glasses then had me wait 2plus week to pick them up again after being sent back to get “fixed”When I finally did get them my “new glasses” they barley fit in the frame and falls out all the time - I need new exams etc so the only reason why I’ll go back is bc of it being convenient for me. Oh yeah and they always try to get me to pay for things that I know for a fact my insurance covers.

They were awesome and friendly. Especially Ms.Trina. I really like how she helps with the glasses and going into details. The doctor is amazing, she knows what she is doing and looking for. I would highly recommend my friends and family.

My family loves Dr. Holcomb and her staff. Everyone is very friendly and helpful. My daughter, who is attending college in Southern California, can call from college and order her contacts. The staff has been very flexible and works around her school schedule. I also love the fact that Dr. Holcombs staff has never been pushy about selling us products. Her staff respects our budget and works within our vision plan.

AMAZING staff. First of off the wait was not too long at all, about 5 min. And the optometrist was soooo nice. She was very kind hearted and made sure the procedure went correctly and Swiftly. Then after I was met with the nicest, warm hearted woman to help me with which frames I should choose. Not kidding I took half an hour to pick 3 frames out of 7 that I chose. A very patient women. Sadly i forgot her name. Amazing around really. I will be coming here every year for as long as they are open.

Been going to Crystal View Opt. for years, even when they were at their previous location. Ive always had good service. Ive never been surprised by the price Ive had to pay for glasses / services. They make it simple and lay it all out for you. The staff has always been very kind.I was surprised during my recent appointment when they me asked if I was still interested in contacts. I had forgotten that I inquired about them last year, which lets me know they keep good records for their clients.They also do text alerts when your new glasses are available for pick up & for appointment confirmations, which is great because I dont answer my phone haha.

This is a place where the entire staff, no matter what their job title, were warm, friendly, knowledgeable, and extremely helpful. I didn’t have a long wait, and I never had to ask for help, it was offered to me. They were patient, nice, and I appreciated the fact that they sanitized their equipment in front of me before doing my eye exam. Very nice experience!

We used to go to a super expensive eye place. The only reason we visited Crystal View was because a friend worked there. We love her! Dr. Holcomb is so sweet and down to earth. Her staff is very helpful too. Best part is that she doesnt charge an arm and a leg.

I couldnt ask for a better Optometry center. I have never worn contacts and had to take a training, they are so patient and gave me several tricks to try and WHOLA, I can now wear them. They have helped me pick out glasses, because i have to ask everyone if they like them, and answer all of my questions. They remind me of warranties so i dont miss out and are always pleasant.

Most efficient, meticulous eye examination I have ever had, and I have had quite a few being 75 years old. Also, five stars for the young ladies in the office who were very friendly and proficient and more than happy to answer any questions that I had about insurance, the eye glasses, etc. Outstanding customer service all around, which is not all that easy to find nowadays.

I was not comfortable with my frame and used it for less than a month. I approached the lady at the reception, i was not able to get her name but she is asian. I explained to her how uncomfortable me eyeglasses is but she was so rude. She doesnt listen to my explaination and keep on insisting on upgrading my lenses and pay some more. I told her i just need a lighter frame for my frame was heavy. She is asking me a lot of questions as if i am in court. She should have said no if she doesnt want to change it rather than being rude to me. Lastly, i decided on not changing my frame and left their shop because of the bad treatment.

Weeks ago I requested an appointment on the 9th of April at 9am. They did not have any openings, so they sent me an email back rescheduling my appointment for April 16th, I thought great fabulous. Well today I got a call with them trying to reschedule on a day I am not available and she said it didnt look like I had an appointment set up. Really you guys sent me the email with a rescheduled appointment. She tried saying that iant what the email said. The best part is the rescheduled on a day nobody would be there to help me. Fantastic! It will be almost another month until I can get in. I explained that this is extremely unprofessional and I will just need to find another location. She said ok sorry about that . No lets try to squeeze you in nothing .. customer service lacks some training and you appointment coordinator lacks proper training. Oh and yes I did forward the email back to them that they sent. Thank you for calling me a liar!

The Dr was awesome.She geniunely cares for her patients. Wish my primary dr was like her. I have been to many eye drs in my lifetime and have never recieved the outstanding services I have recieved from her office. I finally got glasses I am happy with.(the lenses) she gave me what I wanted glasses for the computer and glasses to drive with. Definitely telling all my friends n family. Shes got my like on FB. She fixed glasses everyone else said they couldnt fix. Go to her you will leave her office pleased that you went!. I tip my hat to you Dr!
