Dr. Ha is knowledgeable and very personable. And the customer service is outstanding as well. When I recently had glasses made for reading and wasnt happy with the lens (they had added an area for computer viewing to the prescription that I didnt want), they re-made the lens for me at no cost. Highly recommend.

I had left my previous optometry over ten years ago and has been here since. I just thought that after ten years, I needed to give my feedback. Besides that, I wanted to share how much I love my blue-light glasses. Even though I havent warn glasses over 18 years since I had my lasik surgery, I love how stylish these look. Thats one of the reasons I love this place because of the wide selection and the choices in names brands. The staff at VisionCare has always been respectful and helpful. They always made sure I got what I needed and only gave suggestions for glasses when I asked. I love the previous location and love this new location even more with the improvement and spaciousness. I especially love the shields made into a pair of glasses. Everyone in the office takes precaution and follows all procedures and protocols to prevent the spread of Covid-19. This makes me feel comfort in knowing I am in a welcoming and safe space. I recommend this place to all my family and friends and they also love it.I am in love with these new sunglasses today (1/16/21). I have been waiting for all this fog to go away and the Cali sun to come out to test these Versace sunglasses. They just fit so perfectly and I love the style. Thank you Dr. Ha!

First, I normally do not write negative reviews, (Check It) this one cannot be avoided. I went to VisionCare and saw Dr. Ha, who was pleasant. I ordered my glasses and explained to Tiffany, the manager that I was going on vacation and would like to have them before my trip. The response was, should not be a problem, she would put a rush on the order, and to contact the office by Friday. I contacted the office on Friday prior to my vacation and the receptionist stated all she knew was that the glasses were at the lab. I explained my urgency and conversation with Tiffany, which I was told Tiffany does not work on Fridays. The receptionist stated she would talk with Dr. Ha and text me letting me know the status. My overall feeling from this conversation was that I was out of luck. I purchased another pair of quality sun glasses and went on my trip. When I returned from my vacation, I received a voicemail stating my glasses were ready, ( a full week after I was expecting them) and that I need to make an appointment to try them on. I have to say, I was not happy about this at all.I decided to just go in and get the glasses. I was respectful and wore my mask and social distanced when I entered. The receptionist provided me the glasses and offered me to sit down to try them on. I really just wanted to leave, so I said, Is it all right for me to just take them and go, which she replied, Yes. I thanked her and stated I would not be returning and left.As I drove off, I opened up the glass case and noticed the glasses were dark and not transitioning ( I thought I ordered transitioning glasses) so I waited, no change. When I put them on the prescription was completely off. I turned around and returned to VisionCare. I went up to the receptionist and told her the glasses were wrong and that I did not want to do business with them and if I could just get a refund. Tiffany immediately came around the back corner and asked what the issue was. I started to explain my frustration regarding the tardiness of the glasses and she immediately interrupted me to interject how she had called on these glasses on three separate occasions. I attempted to continue with my issue and she again interrupt me to defend a point. I told her to please just let me explain why Im not happy and she immediately and rudely stated that I was being rude and she did not have time for this and would just refund my money.I stepped back away to the front of the office and waited a moment while listening to Tiffany mutter how she had check on these and that it wasnt their fault. I calmly told her I was trying to explain why I was upset but she would not allow me to complete my thought. Tiffany apologized and stated she would listen. I asked for her name to get it correct and told her I would write it in my review of this business. I went on to say that she rudely cut me off while I attempted to explain my irritation and still has absolutely no idea why Im upset. I told her she needs to work on her Active Listening Skills. By calling me, The Customer rude without give me a minute of time to explain, was just wrong. The conversation went on but is short she stated she had a bad morning and she did not mean to be short with me and a customer cannot act however they want which was a surprising statement. At the end Tiffany refunded me the cost of my glasses and even went as far to give me a Starbucks card which I declined.Heres my point I want to get out after this. Where have we gone with the customer is always right? Honestly, the customer is NOT always right, but they are the customer and you should treat them with dignity. I have found that a lot of businesses out there know little or do not care about customer service. If your having a bad day and take it out on the next customer with an issue, maybe you need to re-think your career path.Dr Ha, sorry Im writing this about your business, but you walked in and immediately walked out as this was happening. Dr. Ha is very personable and thorough. She always takes the time to listen to my concerns and I have never left her office feeling like my vision concerns were not addressed. I have gone back year after year and I am very happy with her service.

If I can give them zero stars I would. Snotty staff, overpriced and disorganized. Promise to have glasses in by Monday, finally called Friday at 4:30 and was told had not arrived. Received an email literally 10 minutes later saying the glasses were in stock. They closed at 5 so I spent a week in San Diego without my $500 sunglasses. Alerted office manager, never got apology or even a response!

Feel I get a comprehensive exam with Dr. Thuy Ha. She spent time with me to discuss options for my prescription. I have always been happy with the service I receive.
