I was able to find everything I needed in stock today, and it wasnt too hard to navigate the store. The employees are friendly and helpful here.

Great place if you do t need to use the tools a lot

Cool place to get bargain tools. You really need to know what you are buying and what the life expectancy vs price trade-off needs to be.Ive had good luck with socket holders, hose/cord hangers, tarps, box openers, gloves, sawz-all and tie wraps.

I have made a lot of purchases at this harbor freight. I have to say theyve had some staff changes, floor layout changes but it only enhanced their store. I cant give it more than three stars. But I have faith that theyll continue to do better. I would say some of the people that were knowledgeable I dont see anymore. Not sure why I did not inquire. But if you know what you need then you should have no problems. Still very helpful but some are still learning so give him a break. Remember by asking questions they dont have answers to teachs them to get those answers for us. So next time we come in or the next person theyll be able to help.

Great prices on tools that get the job done. They may not be Snap-On but when it comes to customer service helping you find what you need within your budget they are snap on!

Employees at this location are so nice. I bought the wrong item, a huge box with a pressure washer...they helped me load it in my car, then unload it 5 mins later when I realized I got wrong model. No complaining, no attitude, they were kind and polite exchanging boxes, reversing the transaction and loading new box. I was so grateful that they were so helpful and not judgemental at my error. Manager, cash register gal and employee who loaded my box twice...all A+ !!

They wanted you to buy a membership to get the sale price and for me I dont use harbor that much to make it worth spending another 20 bucks.

Front row parking, helpful staff. Good prices. My one complaint? So many good deals that i always wind up buying way more than what i originally intended to! Lol

Ive been in a few different harbor freight stores. And this 1 has the best customer service.

Excellent service and a great selection. Im also very happy that they were cleaning the cash register stations after every customer.

The checkout clerk was allowing a customer to go through the store picking up additional items while making me stand and wait for him. He was shopping for 8 minutes while I was made to wait. Poor service.

Well organized and clean and stocked.

Glad they practice social distancing and request that you wear a mask. Doorman had excellent people skills and knew catch words to use when communicating with customers. Atmosphere was nice, the employees acted like they wanted your business. Kudos to the young woman at the counter who took the time to scrub the counter after so many customers had passed through.

Best employees to date. They all asked if we needed help and when my phone died in the middle of checking out they took care of the coupons. (She had already seen them in my ap). We definitely return to this Harbor Freight store

Harbor Freight. Great place for odds and ends. Occasionally great place for major purchases. I really like my Hercules 10 table saw and my Yukon work bench with sliding drawer.At other times, you kind of get what you pay for... Drill and driver bits are only so-so. Hand tools not much to write home aboutHowever, their staff seems to care more about customer service than the bigger stores. And they seem to dig tools and knowing about tools and helping customers out.

This place is awesome. great selection and good prices. staff is always friendly and helpful. i go here instead of home depot or lowes for tools and such. home depot and lowes did not have the tarp i wanted in store but these guys had a wall of them.

Great prices and selection for the many tool oriented things you need and want. You can spend more for more brand name tools but there are good, better and better still ranges of tools here that will satisfy most folks at much lower cost. Great coupons are icing on the cake. For a handy person it is fun just looking around. Has some special tools for car repair, painting, crafts, storage, and more. If you have never been here, take a peek, find something, and you will likely come back for more.

They were cool. Although they didnt have what I really wanted, I found something comparable. I can appreciate how they have you six feet and after each customer, they whip down the area before they call you up. I didnt even touch anything and the girl still came around the counter whipped it down. They have so many things and always a deal on whatever you buy. I dont think I have ever played full price for anything. The only down fall they have is never enough registers. I do wait in line for quite some time. This was before the Pandemic. Tuesday was even longer. But they will still have me as a customer.

They have some good tools and general utility equipment. Some really good hand tools. The Honda knock off engines are pretty good. Snap-on style rachets are very nice at a even nicer price. I would not have said that 25 years ago. They have caught up with the rest of the world.

Manager at the Elk Grove location was awesome. He worked with me un holding an item that was out of stock everywhere else. And he made his staff aware of what item was being held for me, so when I went to pick up the item I was in and out!!!

The store was closed for covid cleaning without a date for reopening. Lame. Fruitridge location is better

They have a wide selection of products with wide-varying degrees of quality. The staff is very helpful, even when busy! The only draw back is store organization as it can be challenging to find certain things. Overall, a very good store.

My first time in a Harbor Freight... They didnt have everything I needed, but they had everything I expected them to have.The cashier made my visit a success. I have a bad knee and was having trouble walking so she got me a stool to sit on and got my items for me. Thats the kind of individual customer service that makes a fantastic impression!

It was a very well organized store and the liquidation sale was killer. I have half a mind to work there its just so lovely there. I feel like a kid in the candy store every time I go there. I would like to get a coupon that offers a discount on my entire purchase and not just one item because I havent seen one in a long time. I got a mini tourch for the wife because shes really into toasting fluffy egg whites right now. I got myself a wood burner for an art project. I highly recommend this store because I think most of the crew know where your future tools are stored which is hard to do.

Nice little hardware/tool store with plenty of off brand merchandise. You can get nuts, bolts, gloves, drill bits, power tools and more. The tools will do their job just know that they wont be premium quality and may not put up with abuse the same way as an expensive equivalent. Theyre starting to grow their tool line up but because of price they still dont match up to high end brands that can afford to put in extra features or tougher parts. Get what you pay for is true here but I have used several of their tools without any problems for years. Check the reviews on their website to know what you can expect from an an item.

Usually great store experience each time. Store must have been short handed when I got in line to pay. Only one clerk and 5 people in line. No one came to open another register.

They are second to none when it comes to customer service and returns ! Due to the nature of my visit today it was necessary for two of H.F. ladies to help me with a few returns I had brought back no box,papers and used, what i felt was deemed for a nightmare turned out just the opposite Zoe W. and Cindy couldnt of handled it better if they tried, they kept a pleasant energy the entire time and were very helpful making the two a class act in my book ! Thank you both, your a great part of what makes this company so great !

Store is clean but i feel like Im much more welcomed at the other stores in Sacramento, even in the ones in the rougher parts of town. Alot of times when I check out or need to speak with someone i pick up that that person feels annoyed they have to deal with me.

Great place to find an assortment of cheap tools. Some items arent worthy, yet some are diamonds in the rough. This particular location is the best Harbor Freight Ive ever visited.

I had taken the generator 5 days ago, it got spoiled. Sala did not run for 2 days, so they did not return. I was also forced to give 1 year warranty.
