Was able to blend in the repair on just the door where other shops said they needed to paint the whole side of the car, rear bumper and into the rear pillar. Kudos to the paint guy! I had my Mazda CX-5 repaired here after getting rear-ended. The replaced bumper looks brand new and the whole process was wonderful. I was kept informed on my vehicle throughout the repair, including when additional damage was found which caused a delay in pick up. Following the estimate Abra was able to quickly schedule the repair work which was completed ahead of the time frame quoted at the time of the estimate. Our repair manager kept us informed of the project status regularly. At pickup we noticed a misalignment in the bumper and fender which the team took back to the shop and adjusted it within twenty minutes. The paint was a good color match. Abra did a nice job, treated us well and we would recommend them.

The staff I have trusted in the past because they are always friendly and professional. They work closely with my insurance and took all of the pain out of the process. Shout out to all of those who helped cut 1/2 the time out of the quoted time to repair. So happy with speed and quality. I would definitely work with them again.

Was given Abra as a recommendation to bring my boat in for some gel-coat repairs.Wanted to keep the repairs close to home, not break and bank and most of all not sit waiting to get done for months.Abra was able to take in the boat, turn around a quote in less than an hour and got all the repairs done in a timely fashion.The boat turned out amazing, almost looks brand new for a 17 year old boat.thanks again!

Abra did a very good job. They kept me well informed and I was able to call and ask questions any time. They got my car done on time. I paid for the repair ahead of time as I had to pick my car up on the weekend and they were accommodating to that as well. My only complaint was when I went to pick up my car, the battery was dead. The battery was cheaper and was a reasonable age to be dead, it just surprised me at the time. I have no means to say it had anything to do with Abra so it isnt effecting my star rating.

She got me scheduled for the same day and took care of setting up my claim with my insurance company while I was on the phone. Hunter and Nate came out to my house and replaced my windshield. They were professional and courteous. They made sure everything was back in place and cleaned the dash when they were done. This was as smooth and effortless on my end as I could have imagined.

The work was done without a hitch, but the drivers compartment was left with some form of a gray substance on the floor mat, carpet,door entry plate,lower door panel,and the driver side entry chrome tube also was messed up with the same stuff! I have brought my Honda CRV for a wide range of exterior repairs, painting and bodywork in the past few months. When they have my car, I can expect them to communicate with me about what is happening to my vehicle, they are great with status updates and almost always on time with their repairs (if not early)! I never feel like I’m getting taken advantage of, and they go out of the way to stand behind the integrity of the parts and work they do. Plus, everyone is really nice. It’s always been a good experience.

I went in with a power window that fell off of the track, they were able to put it on the track and get me on the road again within 30 minutes! I found out that my regulator was bad, and they gave me the estimate for repairs. The service was fast, they gave me updates every 5 minutes as to what was going on, and they were more courteous than any other shop I’ve ever been to. I’m definitely going back to Abra Elk River, MN again!

I had recently gotten into an accident, now while my car was considered a ‘total loss’ by my insurance-Abra was so nice, caring and empathetic with me and my situation! Wonderful customer service, would definitely recommend!!

I went in after my husband hit a cone and my dealership was a week out to even look at my car. After explaining my issue, they stopped me. They did not try to sell me anything because there were only very minor things they could do for me. Knowing I needed to get my car looked at, they made a phone call to someone else and sent me to precision auto where they were able to get me in and look at my car that day. Thank you once again for all the help.

I’ve had to pay for a rental for over two weeks and don’t have my car back, after an accident. I took my car in on Tuesday the 17th after a car accident and my insurance doesn’t cover the rental. The car hasn’t been ready today as of the 1st of December.

I had hail damage repair. I appreciated the drop off process, the text updates and the pick up process. The hail dents were fixed better than I anticipated. Defiantly will use Abra, Elk River again.

Service took a little longer, but this was due to extra testing to verify the problem was resolved.

During our recent car damage, Abra fixed the repair and even completed it earlier than scheduled with great quality. Highly recommended.

Collision damage

I had my car taken in after a lady backed into me. They replaced my METAL rim with a plastic one. The alignment is way off, it pulls hard to the left. DONT WASTE YOUR TIME WITH THIS COMPANY.Edit: I did call and complain. It took a week for my new rim to come in, and 5 hours to change the rim, and balance the tire. At least this time the tire was balanced correctly.

My had to have his car towed there after he had an accident I was at a different one 2 yrs ago

Do you want your car totaled? Because this is how you get your vehicle totaled.Seriously, learn from my mistakes! This Abra shop does NOT want your business. Boy did it take ma a long time to realize that.I took my FOURTH car in today for an estimate (someone hit me - not my fault) and they told me they were writing it off as a total loss..! They said if the repair cost exceeded 70-some percent of the total value it was a total loss. I asked them what value they were using to be sure the % was 70+% and they said that they didnt know what that value was. When I asked them Then how can you tell me my cars repair is over 70% of a value that you dont know..? They said its up to the insurance company to decide the total value.Slowly but surely...it finally dawned on me that if Abra cant get the $60,000 F250 or late model Tesla, they just dont want that business. If they cant pocket 5 figures on the repairs youre wasting their time. They let you know that youre waisting their time too. When I said that I love my car and I want it repaired and that I was frustrated that every time I bring a car in with any level of damage they total it, Mike quipped, Sounds like you already made up your mind...Yes, Mike. I finally came to my senses and realized if I actually want a car repaired, your place is NOT the place to bring it. Because you do not want my business.I have a car that I love. It has damage on the door and rear quarter panel (they probably have to be replaced - maybe 400 for the door and 250 for the rear 1/4 panel) and they are willing to write it off as a total loss? This is the 4th time this has happened to me. And every time we come out on the losing end - even when we are not at fault.Of course I will buy the car back...but thats another kick in the pants. Its worth very little when they decide if they are going to repair it...but it has SO much value when you want to buy it back.So, bottom line, I get a SALVAGE title, maybe 1500 in cash back, and a car I have to repair myself. Just the salvage title cuts the resale value in half - no matter how well you took care of your vehicle....Take your car somewhere you trust to get it evaluated. If you want to keep it.If you want to have just about anything considered totaled, then this is your scammer-center right here man. I would NOT be surprised if they had ownership in salvage businesses.Abra...never again.

I had to get my windshield replaced and Im so happy I contacted Abra! I originally contacted Safelite and they quoted me at $450, not including the disposal fee or taxes. Abra did it for HALF the price! Not only did I save a ton of money but every point of contact I had with an Abra employee was great! Plus, the technician came to me and replaced the windshield in under 45 minutes. The whole experience was positive and I definitely recommend Abra.
