There’s a good reason Ric’s business is growing and why they are expanding to an even bigger shop. He’s a genuine guy that doesn’t sugar coat things, and gives it to you straight. His staff is very accommodating and responsive, too. The bumper and fender on my 2015 4Runner came out perfectly! And as a nice little bonus, they gave me a jar of touch-up paint. Definitely will need that for my black truck!Also, a shout-out to Enterprise car rental in Elk River. They were kind enough to let me leave their rental at Auto Rec after hours, and they picked it up the next day. Saved me some hassle!

I went to two other places first and they gave me quotes. I found this place on google maps because I wanted to get a third quote. Called him up and he told me to come by right away. His quote was way lower than the other two places. Ric fixed my car a few days later and did a great job. He is also one of the nicest guys I’ve ever met.

We also bought a vehicle from him. You couldnt meet a nicer guy who will go out of his way to help you out. AND who gives out loaners these days without charging you anything for them? Cheaper and much better quality than any chain company as far as Auto body and painting goes. Very helpful service makes dealing with insurance companies easy.
