Jessica is beyond amazing! She answered a billion questions, was patient and kind and went way out of her way to help me. I am beyond grateful to her for her expertise and patience in answering questions related to my specific situation and guiding me with what questions to ask care providers to avoid delays in the future.I truly cannot thank her enough! I am hoping I dont have any other snafus in the future but I am confident Jessica will be able to help me navigate any issues if they arise.Thank you so much for all of your time and effort in getting me squared away, it is appreciated more than you know! :-)

Always great customer service. Friendly and efficient. Today was no different. Becky was at front register and photo department had few people in line including my husband and myself. She came to check if she could help out. That’s when she realized there was nobody working at the photo counter. They probably stepped away for quick moment. No big deal this happens. What was so impressive is how Becky was so on top of it and willing to help out. She not only was quick, efficient and Curtiss. She went to extra mile to check my account to make sure I got all my photo orders. So awesome she did this. Last time one order got missed. She also apologized for the wait and thanked me for being patient! Really impressed. Thanks for being such a great employee keep up the great work Becky!!!!

I went there to get both of my Covid-Moderna vaccines.To spite the fact that they were very busy wait times were short (maybe a half hour at most) Staff was very professional and friendly. I would definitely recommend!

Really, two and a half hours for a prescription. I could have driven to Canada in that amount of time.

Kaylee rocked. So did the pharmacy tech!! I was looking for liquid iron supplements and the pharmacy tech helped me find some infant liquid iron which is easier on adult tummies! Kristi and the Pharmacist are Amazing and so polite! I had an emergency and I’m in Aww of the kindness shown towards me today! I’m a year that’s been horrible it’s so heartwarming to know kind people like Kristi care and go above and beyond the call of duty to help a stranger out. Thank you Walgreens and Kristi!!

Everytime I go thru the drive they never ..never have my prescription ready. Today I gave them 45 lead time thinking this one time it would be ready. Nope still waiting and its been 20 mins. So if you need your scripts fast GO SOMEWERE ELSE THERE SLOW AS TAR HERE.please give a thumbs up if you agree

The Walgreens in Elk River MN has the best photo department I’ve ever dealt with. All employees are helpful but Taylor stands out. She is patient and extremely helpful. Had Terrible service in the pharmacy, Going on Vacation as I do every year. Had the approval from my Doctor and insurance company to pick up my scrip 3 days early. SAME AS LAST YEAR !! AND THE YEAR BEFORE ! They ran my scrip, charged my insurance, I called my insurance and it went through, no problem. But the girl at WALGREENS knows better then my Doctor, and Insurance company. Then tried to count what I was given for the last 7 MONTHS. She has no idea what has happened over the last several months. ITS NONE OF HER BUSNEISS WHAT HAPPENS BETWEEN ME AND MY DOCTOR. TAKE YOUR BUSNEISS SOMEWHERE ELSE....

Called me and said prescriptions are ready for pick up, came back next day to pick up and 2 out of 2 were not ready. Waste of time!

I needed my prescription refilled but didn’t have the number so I called and Kristin was so helpful and had it ready In 15 minutes! When i went to pick it up she was so friendly and helpful.. Thank you!

Im only giving one star because the parking lot is so icy and dangerous to walk in. There is no excuse for a business to have a parking lot like that. There are a lot of seniors that go to Walgreens. Fix it before someone falls.

I normally never have an issue but I just called to see if an RX was ready that I get every month and the guy I spoke too, Brad, was really rude & interrupted me whenever I was speaking and never let me get full sentences or concerns out. He also informed me my insurance wasnt processing in an extremely rude tone of voice and I was confused because I wasnt having any issues with anything else regarding my insurance so I was nicely wondering what error he was receiving and what he had to say was well idk what to tell you obviously something has changed so I cant help you, its not my insurance

I always forget this is the worlds slowest pharmacy until I pull up. Then there is the brief moment of optimism that things will be different. The Walgreens in Rogers is awesome. This one not so much. They dont even start making a prescription until they see the whites of your eyes so it isnt uncommon to get in line, let them know you are there and then wait 15 minutes to find out they dont have the prescription or understand what the dr wants. I must remember not to come here...note to self.

Excellent service with quick turnaround on my medications when I need them asap! Been using this location for nearly 10 years and I am always very satisfied!

Worst customer service EVER at the pharmacy! Weve had lots of prescriptions lately in our family and there is a problem every single time. Prices are very high and the staff is argument happy and dont listen. The actual pharmacist is nice but the rest are NOT!

They staff here are very nice and helpful everytime i come in.The prices are a bit expensive.The parking is suficiant.The store is kept clean.They do have decent sales.They keep everything well stocked.A bit of a pain to get into though from the driving perspective,the stop light takes forever you have to approach it from the south headed east.

Worst pharmacy ever. I’ll be switching and not going back. My son’s medication is never available on time. This time it was ordered on Thursday and won’t be available until Tuesday, and no one could let me know until I got there to pick it up on Saturday, and the pharmacist was extremely rude. Don’t waste your time with this place.

The pharmacist here are always rude. I have always had issues... I called in a prescription early morning, went to pick it up when they said it would be ready at 2:00pm and when I showed up they told me that I needed to get the prescription renewed from the doctor. WHY WOULDNT YOU CALL AND TELL ME THAT BEFORE I DROVE IN TO PICK IT UP. I wish there was another option in elk river for a drive through pharmacy. I would almost drive 15 mins out of my way to not go here.

The slowest pharmacy ever. Always a looooong wait. Photo or Rx i always end up in a line waiting over 10min

Sooooo, slow and always a line. They refused to refund $52 back to me after they messed up my prescription order. We moved to Walmart after 13+ years with them.

Worst slowest service. Usually under staffed. Nothing is every ready when its supposed to be. Long lines and waits. Poor service. The front of the store is great, just The pharmacy sucks.

This place is terrible. Their equipment is decades old and their work space is just as cluttered and disorganized as they are. Just own up when you make a mistake and stop accusing the prescriber. Takes forever to fill a prescription. Even when they do, its wrong every time because they dont notify or call to confirm when things dont look right. Same issues repeatedly. Feels like an assembly line of emotionless robots. Id rather stand in line forever at the dmv than return to this place....

Never has prescriptions ready. Multiple trips there every song time. This time it’s asthma medication that’s needed ASAP for my child. Now it’s turned into 5 hours! This is insane!
