We love shopping at the Elk River MN Walmart! They do misprice items regularly and, unless you catch it at the register, they over charge you. They do not give the lower price they advertise even if they admit the discrepancy. Other than this its a good store, just need to watch them closely.

I brought my bike into C&M cycle to have an oil leak fixed, they did an amazing job and I also had my clutches replaced and the tires done. Would definitely recommend anyone to go there.

Were on vacation and my sons swimsuit was just to small to have fun in so head over the Walmart in the Dells and hooked him up with a new one for the waterpark Tuesday and scored a one he loves!😉👍

Ive been all over and I still enjoy this Walmart ad it seemed pretty stocked up and looked cleaner than others Ive been to.

Sunny was a lot of help, made running an erand much easier.4/5 because the store listed 29 10-11 sized aqua shoes and none were found

Went there looking for deals on Memorial Day decorations. They had their remaining decorations at 50% off, so I bought enough for next year. Since I had 2 carts full, I brought the decorations out to the car, and came back in to finish my shopping. When I went by the decorations a half hour later, they were marking the remaining decorations down to 75% off. I brought my receipt to the customer service desk, along with pictures of the new 75% off prices. They cheerfully refunded the difference. I was very happy !

Staff was very nice and got my pilot charge done after than expected.

Unfortunately this is one of the worst Walmarts you can visit. I the grocery part of the store is constantly out of stock items. The employees are rude and considerate and cut you off while doing the shopping for people that order it online and theres constantly lines because nobodys ever had a register to help people pay and get out all he can use is a self-checkout

Did the first time car pick up. It was very convenient. Suzy came out and put the groceries in my truck and off we were. I would do it again. It was pretty quick also.

Mostly a great store- sometimes shelves seem a little bare.

Shelves always stocked but only 2 people working check out lines with numerous people having full carts! The customer shouldnt have to check out there own items. Can understand if its 10 items or less not full carts!

I love this store. This is the farthest location from my home but I always go to this location now. I do the order on the app and pick up and my goodness the convenience is amazing! Having two little kids under 5 and trying to plan when I can go alone to get groceries is so tough so doing the pick up has been a lifesaver. Thank you Elk River Wal-Mart for making grocery shopping nice and easy. Highly recommend!One thing that would be nice to maybe add to your app or an email with order details is to say you guys will accept used clean plastic bags when you are loading up vehicles. A lot of plastic bags are used when making these orders so it would be nice for people to know that after they shop to keep the bags and next time you have a order to leave them in the trunk for the associate to grab so they can be recycled again, just a thought 😊

This location, along with many others, keeps a lot of their clearance items labeled out of stock when they inventory said items. As a result, clearance items will not continue to go down in price like they normally should because the computer only updates prices on items that are in stock. An example is some of their electronics. There are Bluetooth speakers on clearance for a month now. Every location that has had them in stock has had the prices drop down to between 7 and 12 dollars for the speakers. The stores that havent dropped in price for the same speakers are still showing a price for the first stage of clearance pricing. Roughly around 35 dollars.Some items dont get marked clearance at all because of this issue.Another example with that is cereal. Every single location has roughly 20 different kinds of cereals on clearance for around 1 dollar per item. This location has all of the same cereal but only half are clearanced, unlike the other stores. Take a wild guess as to why the remaining 10 cereals were not on clearance here? Thats right! OUT OF STOCK!Its time to take a stand for what we believe in. Make our voices heard. Make these corporations know that we will make a stand. We wont keep our heads down. Tell them what we actually think....I HATE KITTENS!

Shelves getting empty, to many associates shopping for the lazy people that cant come in or wont come in. These people could be stocking, or even checking people out. Always a long wait

Your standard walmart experience. Usually dont have many problems. Although some workers are rude, Ray is the best! Always there to give a high five. I wish there was more of that in this community.

The store is good as far as shopping but the auto center is horrible they are never staffed I call to make a appointment they tell me walk in only but when I get there they tell me they are not talking walk INS they are short staffed and there was only one other car there for a battery change. Its so frustrating dont tell me one thing over the phone then another in person and its like this all the time only either the auto center

I got the jab there. They poked me in the arm quickly and efficiently. Otherwise its like any other Walmart youve ever been in though the staff is probably a bit nicer in this one than others.

I like this Walmart.. the only thing negative I have about Walmart in general is they really should have more checkouts open and dont rely solely on self checkouts. Youd be surprised how many more people would or say they would shop there if they had more checkouts open. This is to ALL businesses that are leaning towards self checkouts.

This place needs a huge makeover. It’s dirty and always looks rundown. While I live only a mile from the store I stay away because of the dirty feeling the store gives us every time we walk inside. Customer service folks are also not the most friendly and not very quick. We will continue to drive a few extra miles to our friendly consistent Target in Otsego.

Not a Wal-Mart shopper. I was in the area and short on time. My family was celebrating birthdays so, I picked up a birthday cake. I gave this Wal-Mart three stars, because I had to wait almost 5 minutes for the employee to come over and write on my cake. However, the cake tasted fantastic. It was one of the best tasting cakes Ive eaten.

The store seems kept up, organized, bright, and clean. I like the groceries as thats mostly what I go there for when picking up prescriptions as their pharmacy is cheaper. So many people shop groceries at Target but Target is always out of several items on my list or they just dont carry them. Walmart usually has everything or at least a substitute and the prices are always good!

Walmart elk river has problems in parking lot with rude people walking in middle of the lanes with carts,do not allow cars to drive by to park...the lot provides space for carts to be pushed in crosswalks made for walkers..

This is the worst Walmart ever! The products are not kept stocked. For instance I have been checking every day for almost a week for certain ice cream and there is NOTHING available!!

A lot of Wal-Mart stores have peticular areas that slack inventory. This store needs help in their home/bedding section and there isnt a jewelry department anymore.-sorry no pics until next time

A lot of young people working at this location this evening. Good for them except 95% were standing in groups appearing to look busy while really doing nothing except chatting.

Went there to grab tanning lotion but they are really stocked on essential. Love it

There werent very many customers from 9:15 on. Maybe half of what I normally see. The customers all seemed pleasant, chatting with one another and not one disruptive child. The employees which I passed and greeted were unpleasant, rude and noncommunicative. In fact, I needed to get a basket because I was going to purchase more than I anticipated. I tried to let an employee know that I would be right back to pick up the items left on the floor. Well, he attempt was futile. She didnt care to listen or care. Not one greeting, good bye, thank you, nothing from a single employee, except the woman overseeing the self-checkout area. The women who checks receipts and sees off your loyal customers, well she only grunted to me after I had said a very energetic and happy good night and happy Thanksgiving to her

Purchased a set of tires that I couldnt find anywhere else.

Spent 45 minutes shopping to spend 70 minutes in the checkout line. Never again. Done with Wal Mart. Not only this one, but all of ‘em. From now on, I’m getting my stuff from local grocers/stores. For the extra couple bucks, it’s worth it.

The customer service was absolutely terrible. They kept having to call different employees and all I wanted to do was PRINT PICTURES! I kept having problems with the photo booth so I just asked for assistance and they kept saying they didn’t know what to do. Every single person. I came back a few days later and got the kiosk to work on my own. It was supposed to be a hour hour wait. But when I tried to pick up my pictures for a consecutive 3 hours they still weren’t done. So I went home and figured I could just call and ask someone if they were ready to pick up later. BUT NO. Phone services were terrible as well sat on the phone for 45 mins and they kept asking how they could transfer my call 4 different times! I finally gave up. Absolutely ridiculous. Never coming back.

Bought a phone, took 3 employees almost 2 hours to get it activated. One of them kept telling me he is the district store manager. Was only supposed to be 40 a month. First bill 4 days later was $76. Sprint told me Walmart did not set it up with auto pay for the $40 a month. Returning it was hell too. 3 employees trying to do the return. They dont know how. Over an hour again. Serious training issues .
