I dont know if its the same lady that I keep getting thats extremely rude and unprofessional. It took her 45 minutes to figure out how to process my brothers prescription and insurance. And the lady seemed rather annoyed that she had to do whats shes getting paid to do. This time, I spoke with a Linda. Not sure if its the same lady we saw in person, but very condescending and arrogant. These people need to learn some customer service skills. We will be changing our pharmacy so we dont have to deal with these people, who obviously hate their job.

The staff here are so RUDE and unprofessional. The pharmacist are great but the staff need some HELP!If you use a savings card.. they get upset with you because they have no idea what they are doing. They will tell you that the card is expired and you need a new one but yet I just got a new one a month ago 🙄Number of times I’ve got sent the wrong dose of medication home.. 90day supply when it should of been 30 dayI’ve also got told to bring medication back to them once I brought home.. I didn’t even know they could do that?!I call and ask what medications I have ready the lady who answered “sighed” and said 7 I had to ask her what are the names she read them off fast... I asked if one went through the saving card her response was it was charged for $0.00 but if you like it to be charged at cost I can do that for you.I just hung up on the lady!Picking up medication I feel so judgedBeing looked at up and down Pam is one of the ladies... and another lady with glasses and medium short hair ... wish I knew her name because she needs to be called out!Stay away from this place! I’m finally done with them... and going somewhere else!!

I really want to give a shout out to the pharmacist, Lisa that was working last night. She helped find coupon cards right before they closed for my grandfathers heart stent medicine after he was discharged from the hospital. One medicine initially cost around $300 and with the coupons she found, it brought the price down to $65 for all 5! We need more people like you in pharmacy. Thank you for your kindness. P.S. yes, he has insurance but only at the VA which was closed so needed to pay out of pocket.

Pharmacists are great! But alot of the staff are very rude and difficult to talk to and deal with.

I love this pharmacy! Ive never had a bad experience here, the pharmacists are so nice and helpful. This is where we have all of our prescriptions done, partially due to convenience but also because we always get such wonderful service. The techs have always been super helpful as well, helping me find over the counter items.

Nothing but problems here!! I have new insurance and they can’t seem to get their act together to figure out how to process it—I have no other insurance and they say they can’t do anything about it until I clear the other one!! Also, a staff member asked me “Can’t you put it under your husband’s insurance?” I’m not even married!! RUDE!! I THINK I WILL GO ELSEWHERE!!

Never had a problem. Ryan has been very nice & helpful. Ginger has also been very friendly.

I recently moved and there was a huge problem linking my account from Monticello to Elk River — but Brooklyn (an associate) took super good care of me with outstanding service. So for that reason, I will give four stars.

I agree with another commenter on here. I switched to Walmart pharmacy because the other pharmacy I used never had my prescriptions ready. Everyone here seemed nice EXCEPT Janelle. She is rude and talks over you and acts like it’s a chore to deal with you. Very poor attitude and customer service. Transferring my prescriptions out of there and would not recommend based on her

Everyone there is kind except on left is wound up, and so rude. She interrupts me. She calls me hun, and is argument Ive and hellish basically. Too Mich drama with Janelle. I cannot handle being talked AT like Im a child and so disrespect

Worst place ever never has enough medication on hand to fill a script. I still had to have my doctor call and had to wait to get it

Very poor customer service. on the phone, and when i go in to pickup my orders 9 times out of 10 they say we do not have anything for you, so i tell them i received a auto call telling me my order is ready for pickup. they look again and find it
