Probably a good thing they are closing. I will however never shop office Max again. Drove 40 minutes to pick up an item they said theyd have in stock. Got there and they said their inventory must be off. After finding something that would work but was twice the price, I asked for a small discount for my time and trouble. Got a flat no from the manager. Wouldnt even honor a military discount.

Went in today for a large-format poster to be printed and could not be more happy with my experience! The customer service was above and beyond (I think the printers name was Jeremy) and they were able to get this to me same-day. I used to get my prints done at the OfficeMax Maple Grove, but I was disappointed with the service and quality too many times - it is SO nice to know that another location can give such great care and service! Thanks Again!

I went to office max in elk river on freeport. An item. Was. Out of stock and the manager Ben Boyd would. Not sell me the display. Model I will never be back that like saying duck you

Could an office supply atore be exciting? Yes. The location is great and the staff are superb!

I was greeted as soon as I walked in the door and asked if I needed any help finding anything, I didnt yet so I wandered on. Just as I was about to go ask someone where to find a certain marker I was approached and asked if I was still doing ok, the kind young man showed me a few options and made sure I was good to go! Very pleasant experience!!

This print shop always does a fantastic job with my flyers, certificates, and other print needs. I wish they were slightly faster but the quality is even better than what I receive when I select mail to home. Theyre very accommodating and have great staff.

Always great customer service when I go to this location. The copy department is so helpful. I document cemeteries, and sometimes I am at a copier for an hour or more, copying old records and journals, and I have never felt rushed or like Im in the way. Im no technological wizard, and make plenty of mistakes, but they are always patient to set me back on track. Am more than happy to give them a 100% satisfaction rating. Ive been going there since the store opened. Im not a huge client, but no matter how small needs, they always treat me as good as their largest company clients. Thank you- always refreshing in todays world where customer service is too often forgotten in most stores.

I went in to have some printing done and Im ashamed to say I didnt get the name of the guy who helped me, but he was great! Really helpful, even edited what I needed printed after I noticed a mistake. If OfficeMax reads this I was there around 11:15AM on 4/8/2019. This employee deserves a shout-out or something. I also bought other supplies that I needed while I waited for my printed items.

Ive been printing at Office Max for over a year and LEANNE their copy/print person is crazy good and fast ... NOW it appears she is gone and the service is HORRIBLE ... please get Leanne back. ... I now have to find another printer... I was standing in line with 3 other frustrated customers ... we now have to wait 24 hours for printing??? The whole idea of Office Max printing is quick and while you wait printing. I didnt even know I needed this project yesterday ... Losing customers fast!

Like most office supply stores, they are shrinking their product line, so its difficult to find some rather common items.Customer service is spotty, on occasion, I get someone who knows their inventory and what theyre talking about, but generally, I get someone who is just punching a clock and ringing people up. Make online shopping even more tempting.

Great customer service. Good tech people to help out with computer questions and employees that actually know where stuff is and can answer questions.

Long story short: We ordered an item that we were told would be delivered to us by Christmas. We found out two days before Christmas that the item wasnt going to make it on time. We talked to Danny the store manager and he made it right and then some. This kind of customer service is what will allow companies like Office Max to compete with Amazon, Ebay, Etc. From this experience I will definitely opt to spend a few more dollars at Office Max when compared buying online.

Ive had to get a few different things printed here and everything turned out perfect! They were all done on different dates and done earlier than excepted

I am not the office supply purchaser for our company, so I do not shop here frequently, but when I do, the store is bright and clean, the service is very good and they always have what I needed. You cant ask for much more than that.

This is my choice to have copies made for my business. I do a lot of public speaking with handouts. Office Max has a relationship with AMAC (Google AMAC) todays copy charges were $81 retail after AMAC discount I paid $24. No exaggeration at all. Great store! Great discount card!

Good selection of office products (paper, envelopes, flash drive, etc) that I was in need of. Friendly staff.

I was in a rush one morning to get something printed, which can sometimes be annoying to printers, but the customer service (Jeremy was his name) was very thoughtful and understanding. I got what I needed printed within just a few minutes, and even made it to my destination on time! This I call a miracle :-). I may make this office max, Jeremy in particular, my new go-to printer!

I ordered custom printing. It came out better than expected and it was done the same day. I will be back in the future.
