Great paint and worth the expense. I have dealt with the assistant manager a couple of times now. Every time I have he speaks to me condescendingly For example on my last purchase laughing and smirking at me for requesting a quart of paint, assuming I didn’t know what I was doing and trying to correct me that I would need more. I corrected him by informing him it was for a single wall. All other associates have been very pleasant.

The sales team is very knowledgeable and easy to work with. No need to shop anywhere else.

Very disappointing service. The person helping us was not an expert and seemed very incompetent. If youre gonna hire kids you must train them to understand paint, stain and wood at a paint store. Also if you want me to spend over $400 on paint you should provide professional service. also his resource was extremely unavailable and didnt even try to help the kid answer our questions.

I know nothing about DIY projects and these guys walked me through all I needed. This, after buying things from a major chain that screwed up my paint job! The sales person was thorough and patient and asked the right questions. They gave me options and got me what I needed. The value is there to go to this store. Highly recommend.

Arrived at 6:00 PM looking to buy paint. I am painting EVERY room in a 3000 square foot home. The worker NEVER a knowledge me my wife or two children. Nobody was in the store. After looking at paint swatches and supplies, we left. They dont need my business and will never get it. I went to home depot instead.

Great guys to work with.

Purchased a quart of their Emerald line per their recommendation for my project. Painted one side and it was watery so I called and they gave me some “tips” which I tried to no avail. The paint was still thin and watery and leaving drip marks, etc. so I went in to return the following day. The worker refused to return it stating it was “the nature” of the paint. Stating I should’ve used a darker primer (was never mentioned to me when purchasing) a different roller/brush, etc. This is NOT my first time ever painting, quite the opposite and the only time I’ve had paint of this quality was when I purchased the cheapest paint at a bargain store. I’ve never had someone talk to me like I had no clue what I was doing. Very rude, poor customer service. I will NOT be back and I WILL let everyone know why I won’t purchase paint from here again. I’ve purchased paints from them many times in the past and haven’t had issues. The one time I do it was not handled properly at all.

The product we asked to be held for us was waiting and ready for us to pick up when we arrived. It was a pretty expensive purchase, 15 gallons of white duration, and we are confident that it will upgrade our old barn to a new beautiful look. We are having a professional do the work and it is not done yet.

The absolute WORST Sherwin Williams store I have ever gone to. They treat customers like absolute garbage...like we are wasting their time to even be shopping there. They refuse to recycle paint even going through all the hoops this store requires you to go through to recycle them. My previous store never once made us do anything to bring in paint to recycle. Also they tell customers false information to up-sell them on more expensive products and also try to prevent customers from using their valid coupons. I had to correct clerks on more than on occasion that they did not apply coupons correctly. I will drive the extra miles to go to a better managed store where they appreciate customers and genuinely want to help and have the customers best interest in mind.

They have always been very helpful and guided me to the right product.

Not an expert on painting so thinking they would help me out went here looking for expert advice could not get anyone to help me for 20 min. I could hear someone in the back office finally walked back in there ended up being the manager sitting on his ass. Got him to help me finally he seemed short and rude with me. Told him money was important hoping he would find me what I was looking for on my budget. Well he didn’t.Instead he said I needed to get one of the most expensive paints saying it would be the only one that would work for me I talked to a family member that is a contractor after the purchase because I had a gut feeling I payed way to much for 5 gallons of paint ending up being $190 when there was some I could have gotten for $50 also he was trying to say I needed to buy double the amount of paint I needed for the rooms I was painting. luckily I had a fishy feeling and only bought two cans for each room which was plenty enough. So find different store for paint or different location you will have bad experience if u go to this one.
