Sales department was professional and courteous.We have always enjoyed our Toyota’s throughout the years. I bought 3 brand new vehicles costing well in excess of $100,000.00 . A new vehicle for each my son, daughter and wife.. The Service department is a scary mess. Total lack of communication. People scheduling services with customers and then NOT ACTUALLY SCHEDULING THEM. This has happened more than once . And the most upsetting has been going in for an expensive oil change on a BRAND NEW VEHICLE… and being LIED TO, AND the computer RESET on my 4Runner to reflect a first service oil change that was never performed. SCAM ALERT ! And a waste of my afternoon! Service dept. is poorly managed and has broken my trust by lying and attempting to scam my family members. BEWARE!

Made appointment for an oil change. my scheduled time was 1045 am .I arrived at 1030 and was told it would take 45 minutes .After 1 hour I walked back to see how my 45 minute oil change was progressing..I was told it was about done .Service advisor processed my invoice and at noon I was able to leave. 90 stinking minutes for a 20 minute service appointment. Never again .I will go to a dealership that doesnt require an appointment and be at most 30 minutes .

I called and spoke with Donovan after checking into Heart City’s inventory for Rav4 Hybrids. I was looking into a certified pre owned vehicle to take advantage of the 0% financing offer. After a discussion about the inventory with Donovan, I was able to make a deposit and drive from Cleveland, OH to purchase the vehicle. The car was waiting for us to arrive and we were in and out of the dealership within an hour after test driving and inspecting the vehicle. I would definitely purchase from Heart City again. I got a good deal on the car, but beware of the service department. They lie to the customers to get them to spend unneeded money. I bought a brand new car. The first time I took it in was for my 5,000 mile tire rotation. I was told that I used 40 percent of the tire tread. Each 5,000 miles that I took it in, told the same thing. Funny how the more I drove the less ware was put on the tires? What finally did it was at my last visit, I explained that I had a low tire and asked them to fix it. I was told that the tire could not be fixed. The screw was to close to the side wall. I would need to get a new one. I took the car to a real tire store in another town. They fixed the tire. I was shown where the screw was and it was almost in the middle of the tread, no ware near the side wall. I dont recommend you use there service department.

This review is for the service department. The young guy that checked me in with the iPad was very friendly and helpful. I asked for some specific things to be done for my 30,000 mile check up on my 2018 Toyota Camry se. Everything was done to perfection. He then came into the lobby and told me some of the normal work for 30,000 miles didnt need to be done so he asked me if I still wanted it and I said no. When my car was finished he told me the technician made all the changes already, even the ones that didnt need done but he told me he wouldnt charge me for the service. This is the kind of honesty that is hard to come by. I will be servicing my car here for all my future car needs. Well done heart city Toyota! Keep up the good work!

Great people make for a great enterprise. That is a maxim that is seemingly lost in the world today. Most employers treat their payroll as just that; a payroll. By addressing the human side of the payroll, an enterprise can become great. By ignoring it, the enterprise will decay. I stopped by this dealership while researching my next vehicle purchase. It was close to closing time but Freddy answered my questions and when I gave him my contact information and asked that he not badger me he agreed to only text me. I told him I would be able to come in the following Saturday and possibly test drive a car I was interested in. Freddy kept his word and sent me a thank you text and one with the dealerships Saturday hours. When I returned on Saturday Freddy was very helpful but did not pressure me just as I had asked. I took the car for a test drive and loved it. I discussed the financing I wanted and Freddy got everything ready and then introduced me to Brett to go over the paperwork. I was shown the additional warranties available but not pressured to take anything I was not interested in. I also met David, the used car sales manager and he approved a new set of floor mats that I really wanted. The staff at Heart City was very friendly and professional. I felt that I was treated fairly and have never had such a relaxing and actually fun car buying experience! I will definitely buy from this dealership the next time I am in the market for a vehicle.

My husband and I just purchased a used 2008 Toyota Highlander from Heart City and we are very satisfied with our purchase. Our salesman Leon, it was his first day at Heart City...he was nervous, but very pleasant and very helpful! We have had our Highlander almost 2 weeks now and we heard some noise in the front end. I talked to Leon and he contacted their sales department who then contacted me immediately and set up an appointment for us to bring it in to be checked out yesterday. And it is being fixed today without hesitation from Heart City! This is not our first experience with Heart City. We also had bought a used 1997 Toyota Tacoma and drove it for 6 years. Best truck we ever had! We absolutely loved this truck and we received a recall from Toyota on the truck frame not being properly under coated. I took the truck in to Heart City for the recall and they came in and told me that they couldnt let me leave in my truck that I loved so much because the frame was about to break in half. SIGH!!! But they told me NOT to worry that they were going to take care of me. They drove me down to get a rental car that they paid for until Toyota decided what they were going to pay me for my truck that I no longer had. It took about a month, maybe a month and a half. But they bought back my little red 4x4 Toyota Tacoma for Almost $400.00 MORE than what I paid for it 6 years Pryor! WOW! I didnt expect that! But I have to give it to Toyota......they do have the BEST vehicles and they do stand by them 100%!! Nothing but excellent experience with Heart City! I would definitely recommend them to anyone!! Bought a certified used highlander a few months ago and have had nothing but positive, helpful experiences. From the sales guys to the service guys to the ladies on the phones and in the office. Top notch customer service!

We had car trouble with our formerly trusty 2008 RAV4 while passing through Elkhart. It only had a little over 200,000 miles! Our 2008 limped into Heart City shortly after 4 p.m. when they were closing at 5. The service manager had our cars problem assessed as best he could with limited time, then gave us a complimentary loaner vehicle to get to a nearby hotel. The next morning, after a diagnostic assessment, he called us with the results. Based on the information available, we determined that we needed to replace our RAV4 with a new one, something we had discussed earlier in the year. Since this was the news we had expected, I had reviewed Heart Citys online inventory overnight as well as other RAV4s available in the area and competitive pricing and we selected several RAV4s which would meet our needs. We returned to Heart City and met with Donovan, a very competent salesperson. Donovan expedited our test drives, provided additional information about the RAV4s, efficiently took care of the sales process with no pressure and assisted us in transitioning to our choice. A big thank you to Heart City Toyota and your capable and friendly staff!

Price was right and experience was fantastic. I was never pressured. I traveled in from out of state to pick up the truck. Kendall and Cindy had all of the paperwork ready and I was in and out in no time at all. Truck was detailed and ready to go. Kendall was very thorough in covering whatever details I wanted to cover and was more than willing to spend as much or as little time as I needed before taking delivery. The service department has been going downhill . We have utilized Heart City for more then 10 years .The last service on my Tundra left hand prints (oiled) on the drivers side exterior just sloppy work.We also experienced issues with a recall repair on our Rav 4 .This case st us a set of tires, Heart City did replace after I asked to see the Toyota Rep regarding the alignment and original repair performed.We have purchased form Heart City and would continue to utilize their services.I do suggest you check there work.We see turn over in the department that may explain our experience.

This was my second time buying a car and the first time was the worst. I came here and didnt feel pressured to buy. Scott helped me and he was amazing he even spent a little extra time after his job had already ended to show me things he knew about the car. I live an hour away from here but if I ever need a car again or if anyone asks this is the best place to go!

They need to give a credt card for their customers. For the car wash instead of handing out paper recepts. They are waisting paper and polluting the world, with excessive paper. And entirely cutting down trees to do so. Causing global worming. The paper receipt are not all being used and out of date when you use them. And being printed to only last for about 4 car washes. And people are still getting them without even driving a Toyota car . Ive seen Nieson Buick, Oldsmobile, Suburban, Subaru drive through it. What waist of my time and effort.

My parents were treated very well here actually so was I. Excellent for new or used vehicles and Toyotas are very dependable. But if something does happen they will fix you up proper.

Bought my used SUV 🚙 from Elkhart in the summer and it has since had a few issues. I was able to work with them at Elkhart to get it running better than the day I drove it off the lot. The people here, especially Brent, really work with you and making sure youre taken care of. Ive recommended them to the few people I know in the market for a new car. Had a torque converter change. They pushed back the deadline for me 4 times on the date it would be finished. It irritated me but they made an exception for me and it was completely covered under this hidden extended warranty they brought to my attention. Great customer service too tho

Went in November with my 85 year old mother who needed a new car and always buys Toyotas. Almost every aspect of our buying experience was great. Eric the salesperson was so easy to work with. She got a shiny red Certified Pre-owned Corolla and is very happy with her purchase. The only downside was that they they failed to ask us to sign a loan document so we had to drive back for an emergency signing event. Oh well. Still love the car.

Id give them a -5 if I could. Took a car in for an oil leak from the valve cover gasket. Shouldve cost a couple hundred bucks. They quote me $4500 and wanted to replace tons of parts. I paid the $120 diagnostic fee and took the car to another shop. My bill came to $204 bucks. Bunch of dang thieves in that shop, theyve got that million dollar building to pay for.

Have had a 4Runner for 3 years and always service at this dealer. Never has it been done in less than 3 hours. On 10/7 dropped it off at 830. Called at 1130 and was told it would be ready in 20 min. Get there at 130 and its just went up on lift. I was out right lied to by service advisor. Service department is D- at best. My next visit will determine if my next vehicle purchase(within 6 months) is a Toyota or not.
