We had a great experience here. Andy came out right away to help us and was patient with all my questions, it was my first time trading in a car. They gave us a great trade in value and we walked away with a perfect vehicle for us.

We came in after my husbands work car finally broke down and quit on us. From start to finish the process was easy and comfortable, and even though the truck we originally saw online was not there yet we got into a truck that was in my opinion even better and fit our needs. The salespeople and sales manager were all friendly and accommodating, and the sales manager even got us some food while we waited for the bank to process our paperwork. I would definitely come back again if we needed a new vehicle in the future.

Just a little disappointed about the $1000 I put down and not getting a refund when I found the same truck with upgrades and half the distance a couple days later. Make sure you are committed when you put a deposit down because they will not refund your deposit.

Back in September of 2018 my husband and I were looking to buy a new truck and we had been actually looking out of town. This place is a joke. Customer service is junk. They are all happy to help you at first but once you buy the vehicle you can’t get ahold of them. Watch out because a lot of their vehicles are from Canada and have frame rust and they cover it by painting the frames. Classic used car dealership trick.

We recently purchased a truck from Ruby Mountain in Elko despite hearing claims of people having trouble registering vehicles brought in from canada (the truck we bought did come in from canada.) Unfortunately I did not look through all of the floor compartments and compartments under the seats. After we got the vehicle home and really started to look through all the storage compartments, we found several bags of spare parts in one of the under seat compartments. One of the bags contained 4 out of the 6 body bolts from the cab of the truck.Additionally the keyfob was bad, remote start wouldnt work, doors wouldnt lock, and occasionally the truck couldnt recognize the keyfob so it wouldnt start. This information wasnt disclosed by the dealership either. We had to take the truck into the dealership and pay an additional $300 for a new keyfob.
