Amazing service!! They answered their phone the first time I called, and within an hour someone was at my house diagnosing what was wrong with my vehicle. They were completely upfront about their charges, and they did amazing work replacing my alternator quickly! They are trustworthy mechanics and in a time of crisis, they were the only mobile mechanics I found that were available.

Roman is very knowledgeable and an excellent mechanic. He was relentless at getting our vehicle back on the road. He was more than fair to us with a very difficult fix for our car. He would be my go to mechanic at home if he was there. I hope you dont break down, but if your car needs attention, take it to Roman.

We had a confusing experience. He did not give clear information as to what was going on. He made us pay cash before he started working and when he decided that we needed to put in a different part than we originally thought, he did not give us our money back. He increased his hour worked from 1.5 to 2 (it was actually one hour) charging us $50 extra to justify not giving us the money. Our original part was supposed to be $100 but the part we installed was $40. It took less time than we originally thought and we still paid the same price. Trying to reason with him was impossible. He started going on about unrelated things like how rich people are greedy. I think he meant us? Basically, overpriced, confusing, time consuming and frustrating.

We were passing through the area and had a car issue. This was the only place open before 8, so we stopped by. The mechanic got in the car with us and as soon as he heard the sound, he knew exactly what the problem was. We went back to the shop and he got it all fixed up. Great guy, solid work - very knowledgeable and courteous!

When we were driving across the US, our car was badly damaged by someone who fled afterwards in a parking lot at night. We need to continue the trip ASAP but were not sure if the car could make it to the next city. It was Saturday so most shops were closed. However, the mechanic here really helped us a lot by examining the damage and providing many useful suggestions, so we could continue our journey.

I have tried to go to him twice and he told me to go to a different mechanic he even made me ask around to see the best quotes only to tell me to go to a different shops and he doesnt listen I have heard good things about him but sadly the customer service isnt there
