Service was above average and the French vanilla with chocolate chips was great!! Most of all, had a great time with my son who came from California and he was able to get his daughter so we can all enjoy ice cream with Grandma too.

Amazing pizza, horrible service. Everytime I call to order takeout, I get put on hold for 20 minutes plus. Cant you guys get online ordering or a better phone system that bothers the employees until they answer the phone?

Very surprised to find a Blind Onion Pizza here in Elko, NV. Pleasantly surprised! I have been to the ones in Portland, Or. and Vancouver, Wa. and this is essentially the same. Slightly different menu items, but the pizza was very similar.Its good and I highly recommend it.

Pleasantly surprised. We are just traveling through and staying in Elko for the night. Nice selection of items from pizza, to wings, chicken strips, and salads. Also, theres a ColdStone Creamery inside! We didnt realize that, and the kids were very happy to find out!

Love doing the mix and match, whether it be bowling and pizza with the kids or beers and pizza with the friends. Very accommodating and fun time. Pizza is so good.

Waited for a hour and 45, ALMOST two hours for a pizza. Server was rude. Pizza was great. But service and wait was trash. Also order wings and they came out cold. I’m super disappointed. I’ve never been one to complain either but this wasn’t cool at all. Cashier couldn’t even apologize for it either.

The atmosphere was fun for all ages. Respectful astonishment. Great employees. The bartenders were fun and fantastic.

Have you ever had a pesto sandwich? If it wasnt from The Blind Onion in Elko, I dont believe you. Whether you order a slice, wings or a sandwich, your taste buds will be satisfied.

During these COVID times you’d think they’d help with delivering curbside, but I guess not? Or maybe not? We’ve had it done before, but when my wife called this time they refused. When we got the pizza home there was hardly any Canadian bacon, or jalapeño, but a TON of red onion (fine by me). The pizza was incredibly flat, floppy, and dry. The crust was still full, albeit doughy, but still edible I guess. The onion rings were slightly over-cooked and somehow smelled sour like body odor? Maybe coming of the containers which makes me suspect they got wet or something. I’m highly disappointed in my birthday meal tonight. I’m glad I have a homemade pie to look forward to, since I didn’t have a dinner worth talking about.

Really good pizza for a good price. Dont come here expecting a $5 pizza from Dominos, this is cooked to order and you can get two large slices and a draft for $6. Fantastic deal if you ask me! I got two slices with pepperoni, mushroom, spinach, and feta. Fresh ingredients, not too greasy, and excellent crust!

Youll either love it or think it so-so. Thin on the sauce and cheese but generous on the toppings.

What a gem. A pizza place in Elko with true gourmet pizza. We loved the Greek pizza (pesto sauce to die for ) and the vegetarian (with added meat 😁). The gluten free crust was yummy and the regular pizzas were HUGE. Our fussy daughter in law 😄🥰 loved the Margherita pizza with artichokes.The GF pizza is not prepped on its own line so if you are sensitive be aware.Excellent pizza, strongly recommend

Drove into town late for work and looking for a vegetarian place to eat after 9pm and found this place. Veggie and margherrita pizza were delicious! Crust was good! So glad theyre open most eating places were already closed by 9pm.

Your ice cream is good, but we stood in line for five minutes and when she came out she didnt smile, acted like it was a chore to help us

This place has won every single award they proudly display on their walls! The service is ALWAYS amazing. The pizza is quite literally the best Ive ever had. The drink prices are CHEAP. The entire place including the bathrooms is impeccably clean which alone would gain it a top notch rating IMO. They have an AMI jukebox so you can be your own DJ, 3 pool tables, a few arcade games, a bowling alley and maintain a family friendly environment! This combination of a great place to drink + family friendly is exceptionally rare across the country! My wife and I have become regulars and will continue to be as we pass through the area!

Pricey but Delicious

First and foremost the staff are what made the experience a very enjoyable one. They were attentive and as I had never been there before they explained the menu options that were best for my friend and I. The pizza I ordered was cooked just right. Something I did not expect was how delicious the pizza crust was, it was soft and tasted like fresh baked bread. This is the only pizza restaurant I have eaten at that I enjoyed eating the crust. When I am in Elko again I will make sure I have a delicious pizza.

Ordered our pizzas, waited at our table for over 60 minutes and then was told they gave one of them to someone else. They said a new pizza would be ready in 10 minutes - 25 minutes later we got one hot pizza and one cold one.

We loved this place. Stopped in for the night and got a great pizza and shot at the bar. Way friendly and nice.

Best pizza worst price.Honestly, the pizza is top notch! Definitely best in town. Far better than the pizza barn (whos liable to steal your stuff, yes it happened) and much nicer people. However the prices are more than you would pay in downtown San Fran. $6 + per slice is highly unreasonable and is more like you would see at a music festival or other large event where bottled water is $4. I travel everywhere, its even high for gourmet pizza. This isnt California, its Elko, Nevada. Honestly, if they brought the prices down from outer space id give this place 5 stars in a heartbeat. All that said though, they have my vote. Anytime Im in this town and want pizza, prices aside, Ill still only come here for sure.

While I was not expecting much coming in (we just wanted quick pizza before everyone shut down for the night), this place was suprisingly good, easily surpassing our expectations. The pizza is good, and they have a nice thick crust that works well with their wide variety of pizza options. Then, after a filling meal, you can get ice cream right there! While my stomach certainly complained about the large amount of pizza I consumed followed by a similarly large amount of ice cream, this place is a great pizza place to grab a bite and get some dessert too!

Ordered blind onion yesterday 2/23/2020. 1 star is for being open on a Sunday so I actually got a 1 star pizza for nearly 30 bucks. However, my xl pepperoni that I requested extra sauce extra cheese had little to no sauce and barely any cheese like others have said. This was my families first time eating blind onion and sadly it might be the last since they have bowling may have been a great stop for our family of 8 but not if they dont step the pizza up. Whoever heard of a pizza not being saucey or cheesy, blind onion go back to the basics!!

Overpriced burnt pizza 2 times in one week (the first 2 times I have been to this branch), called and complained about it each time and was not offered a different pizza, much less a discount on the next one because I picked it up and it was too close to closing each time I went there; therefore, there wasn’t time to replace it. Apparently there wasn’t time to take my name to make it right at my next visit. Sorry some people work for a living, get out late, and expect a pizza place to have mastered making a pizza without burning it. They offer a happy hour online but food is not discounted like the 5 blind onion pizza restaurants in Reno, and when I asked the staff what the happy hour from 330 to 530 consisted of, I got a deer in the headlights look from them, then they looked at each other and didn’t know there was a happy hour posted. 1 star because I can’t rate it lower. Will never go back and recommend avoiding this place if possible.

This is the only place I know where you can custom order a single slice of pizza. And what they give you is so massive that as a courtesy they cut it in two. Thats right. Order a slice. Get two slices.Docked one star for old lettuce in salad. Almost added the star back just because they have a Cold Stone Creamery under the same roof.

One of my favorite pizza places. Just as good or better than the ones in the Reno area. Slices are great and the bar tender took good care of us.

Pizza was pretty good for it being Elko, but the service takes too long. We ordered pizza, drinks, and an order of fries. It took our entire visit to get our fries, even we asked several times for them, every time we got different answers. Fries were cold once we got them.

For what it is, its great. The best place to bring kids and still get a drink at the bar.However, there can be quite a few more adults than kids here, so that can be unnerving for its own reasons, and if you dont like kids at your bar scene it can also be a problem

I ordered the Greek pizza and was really impressed, lots of toppings,cheese and soft crust. They definitely are have the best pizza in town. The customer service can be hit or miss, just order Togo and you won’t have a problem.

The Blind Onion serves the best grub for pizzas, garlic knots, and ice cream. The Cold Stones Creamery is a nice touch after a hearty pizza. Then you can walk a room over and enjoy a shot and a beer with a couple games of pool, and then dive into a game of bowling the next room over. Bowling, pizza, and pool is what I live for. What a bada** joint!

The best pizza and pizza crust I have ever had.

Corporate needs to go in and retrain the staff on how to make a Blind Onion pizza. Ours was very dry and little to no cheese. And it was over cooked. My Caesar salad was slightly wilted but that was the best part of my meal. When I reheated the pizza, it was hard as a rock.

My favorite pizza place in Elko. I recommend the Wes Special and Greek pizzas. Half off large and XL pizzas on Fridays. They source local beers, have a bowling alley, pool tables, and bar. An awesome hangout spot for all ages.

My husband and I eat here every time we travel through elko. This place is hands down some of the best pizza we have ever had! Mind you we travel all over the world eating different food and this is one of the top comps for pizza. I love the environment and the nice staff. We recommend it to everyone passing through.

I love Blind Onion Pizza and have eaten at the south Reno location many times, so I was excited to see this place as an option in Elko. I pass through town several times a year. The pizza was great, but I think my timing was not. I stopped in just before noon on a Sunday, and there were only two people working. The rest of the staff didnt arrive and start cooking for another 10 minutes or so (12:00?). Needless to say, the slices my family ordered didnt arrive for another 40 minutes. The slices were also slightly undercooked, likely because the staff were rushing to get orders out. I will give this store another try, because I really want it to be a good option on road trips! Maybe we caught them on a bad day?

Stopped in Elko, NV for a night to sleep on a long road trip. We had a teenager with birthday and it was perfect for a celebration! We had made to order pizza, went bowling and then Coldstone Creamery all in one building. Fantastic set up for us and for locals as well. There was a celebration dinner for a local baseball team and plenty of room for everyone

Staff has always been nice when going in for ice cream but for the price of the pizza I was expecting much better considering the other reviews. Extremely disappointed!

Elko, Nevada might not have a ton of restaurant choices, but if you find yourself in this little northern Nevada town, dont pass this place by. Its kind of a one stop shop in that its a pizzeria, an ice cream shop, an arcade, a bar and it even has a bowling alley attached to it. Its not just good pizza for Elko, its just damn good pizza period.

I really enjoyed the food and the service. I will see about a thicker crust next time.

Waited in line for half an hour just to be able to order. Later to find out they gave the pizza we ordered to a couple of their friends instead. Probably some of the most unhelpful staff I have ever encountered that acted like what happened was completely normal. After about an hour and a half we finally received our order only to find out the pizza was subpar anyways. I can honestly say this was the first pizza that has every made me feel sick after two pieces. I guess on that note its a good thing they didnt offer any sort of compensation for all of the errors they made on our order because there is not a single reason I will every return to this shitty place.
