A friend took us out for coffee & the young fella that took our order did not ask or take our friend’s phone #. We know that your point system ( towards a free drink) is linked to a phone #. The customer that came after us had the same experience. Maybe this fella is new & needs a bit more training or guidance. Would you please remind him to ask for a phone # when taking orders? We all enjoyed our beverages.

Recently, I have been taking friends here and there’s a guy there that is rude. I asked him what kind of ice cream they had and was answered bluntly. Not only that I set up a rewards with a lady there and I have to remind him of my phone number these last two times. However, I will say the ice cream was great and so was the brownie sundae thing I got. Customer service by MOSTLY everyone else was also great after that👍🏻

Neither the espresso or ice cream are very good. Wifi never works. Not worth visiting.

I ordered an assacreamie. Basically its 2 cappuccino beans floating in a slightly used debutante slipper. (Now its really important that the debutante in question has only worn this shoe for this occassion) heres the recipeMarinate the cappuccino beans in the debutantes nose for 3 daysAdd in a snippet of self righteousness and a drop of vanillaMash thoroughly and let soak in a solution of denial and shamePour through a cheesecloth and enjoySome people are taking me seriously right now to those people I say try it with ice if you didnt enjoy it hot. Either way I have made the character limit required so as long as I dont swear this has to stay up.ENJOY

I go here when I crave a Matcha latte. They are the only coffee shop with sn amaxing matcha latte. The Manager is always a sweetheart and knows my long extras I add to my latte.

Tried Starbucks but that sucked.This is THE BEST COFFE you will get in the area. We had amazing lattes, coffee, and a really good all fruit smoothie. Super warm people here too. Have a drive through to make covid easy.

Fantastic coffee and ice cream. Its nice because parents can sip their coffee while the kids have a treat. Also, this is the only place in elko that actually sells real Superman Ice cream. Nice staff.

Fantastic place, in my top 5 of places to be in Elko. Not that many seats but outdoor seating is an option as well. Great view and phenomenal staff. I love that they open at 4 AM. Could use a little more variety in food and drinks, and as for ice cream, non-dairy/almondmilk option for lactose intolerant persons/vegan dieters? 4 stars because of product availability/diet friendliness. I pretty much only drink tea and apple juice here. Otherwise this place is top notch!

Stopped by this evening and picked up ice cream for my son and myself. Got mint chocolate chip for my son which was delicious as always and I decided to get coffee icecream for myself, it was horrible had a nasty taste and neither my son nor myself could eat it very disappointed

Dropped in here for a quick breakfast with friends before leaving Elko. Best coffee I had all weekend. Im not much of a breakfast eater, so I just had a bagel, but hubby had the breakfast burrito which he loved. Next time Im in Elko Im planning on trying their ice cream, which I hear is wonderful.

Cool Beans is the Cheers of coffee shops. They know you by name and what your preference in drinks are. The owner and staff are warm lovely people. Their ice cream and Chai steamers are delicious. I am not a coffee fan but I have heard from friends that their coffee is excellent.

Incredibly friendly and competent staff. We arrived mid day on a Monday, so there were no other customers. I ordered an almond milk latte and went to the bathroom. When I came back out it was ready, but it was hot instead of iced ( my fault for not specifying) I asked if I could just have it dumped into a cup with some ice but the batista insisted on making me a new one properly so it wouldnt be watered down. Its a simple act but one that shows they care about the product going out, regardless of whether or not its going to a local or someone they may never see again. Its stuff like this that makes me remember your establishment, and make a point of going out of my way the extra two blocks from the freeway so I can avoid the Starbucks.

Have been a regular customer of cool beans. Went in there last week to get a smoothie. When I walked in there was a mexican girl working. She came over to register to take my order until she seen her sisters or friends walk in. Then she ran over to the end of the ice cream case while they told her what they wanted. She ignored me and went over to make their drinks then they walked out without paying.

The owner and staff are very welcoming. And they always know your name and actually like visiting with you! Great drink choices and ice cream as well.

I dont know about cool beans when I ordered two burritos they were hot fresh spicy delicious and almost free because the price was so cheap Im coming back with the six pack of friends

Not only is the drive threw a mile away and completely out of the way down a dirt alley, but they were out of almost everything on their menu. Then they over charged us and took nearly ten minutes to get our simple order (as they were out of everything else) I try and support local businesses but this was ridiculous.

If you decided to drive a half mile further than Starbucks, you have chosen wisely. This is a great local coffee shop. No flim flam—just good coffee and ice cream.

The best Italian sodas you can ask for. Ive been to a few different cities to find a good place. Cant beat cool beans!

I love this place! I found it while I was waiting for my husband who was taking a test nearby and to my delight found the best Caramel Frappuccino Ive had so far! (Ive had many!) Lol! I highly recommend this place! One of my favorite places to stop in Elko!!!

My favorite is the tiger spice chai its delicious! They have outstanding customer service and its so comfortable and calm.

Showed up and it was closed but it says it should be open. It is Sat and it is supposed to be open until 9pm. It is 7:30pm. The website says its open. The door says it is open. The local book says it is open. Very disappointing!!!!!
