I order all of my auto parts from here. I usually order online and the parts are ready by the time I drive there. The prices are great and by ordering online you usually get anywhere from ten to twenty percent off your order. The staff is very knowledgeable and courteous. I would recommend them to anyone for your auto part needs.

Advance used to be my parts place until recently when I purchased parts that came in wrong. I got a hard time with a threat thrown in about not exchanging any more purchases for Me ! I contacted head quarters but received No reply from corporate after two attempts, they dont care about customer service or good customer a so decide for yourself if you want to spend money with Advance Auto Parts !

Oh yeah you can get anything you want for your vehicle. Theyve got it all! I cant say much for the service or the attitude of the workers I dont know they may not have a good pay not sure but at least you can get what you need for your vehicle there

Old guy who was there couldnt run the computer no help at all

Came in to get a replacement battery for my wifes car. George was extremely friendly, knowledgeable, and provided outstanding customer service. I was able to get the best battery at a good price, have the battery installed, and even learned a couple of things. Advance Auto Parts in Elkton will be the first place I go to next time the need arises!

I came in needing a pair of windshield wipers and they found the exact lengths I needed. Plus one of the cashiers volenteered to give me a hand with putting my wipers on, and showed me how to do it for next time. 10/10 would come again.

This day was difficult. I thought I needed back brakes only. Come to find out at the shop that I also need to have a ceased caliper replaced. I wasnt counting on spending the additional money. I went to the nearest Advanced Auto and Jamile was awesome. He was polite, helpful and knowledgeable. I found out that the part would come in the next day because I missed the order time to get it same day. I lived 20 minutes away from the shop and had my Grandchildren in the car with me. So driving back home on a ceased caliper and needing brakes so desperately was nothing I was going to do. Long story short thr Elkton Advanced Auto had the part. So I ordered part 2926 with Jamile in Wilmington and paid for the part $149 which included core. I had to have a family member drive his car from Wilmington to Elkton to get the part. I drove back to the shop and waited for him to bring the part so I could get my car fixed. Well the guy had my tire and brakes and caliper off when the part arrived. Sadly Elkton sent THE WRONG PART. They gave the family member 2996! I called the store and the manager said are you sure? Did you order the correct part? I was livid! Obviously I did order the correct part because the order was for 2926 and some person pulled 2996. Well he went to check the shelf and the part I paid for and ordered was still sitting there. He offered me a lackluster apology which wasnt helpful because now I had no brakes, a ceased caliper and was short $149 with the wrong part. They said I could bring it back to get the correct part, 40 minutes away! Needless to say that I strongly suggest that if you can choose a part place, dont go to this store!! Thank God the repairman could fix my car without needing the caliper. I took back the wrong part to the Wilmington store and went home. Hours later than I planned. Do not use this Elkton store, ever. I know I wont again.

I went to the elkton advance auto to have my mothers car put on the obd2 scanner because her Ford escape had the wrench light come on in her dash the only guy at the counter told me that that code would not come up if it wasnt a check engine light (moron). Needless to say I drove to auto zone..... I usually or use to at least only go to advance but they have lost my business cause of the laziness and ignorance of this one employee. I am handicapped and it is hard for me to get in and out of a vehicle as it is and his lack of trying to help me with so.ething they offer as a service merely because he didnt have back up to go outside was unprofessional. Told me if I had a gym he would be able to help me... advance u lost a customer today and anyone else that will listen to me I will tell then to stop going there as well auto zone plugged it in no problem and gave me the code right away ....

Returned defective wiper blades should of been a 5 mins job turned into 35 mins. Had to call the 800 number explain to them what was wrong and needed an exchange. They then called the manager told him to replace them. Then I go back inside and get questioned like I was lying I had to physically show them it they were streaking. Unfriendly manager and my experience sucked I will not return to this location.

Asked for a carb rebuild kit for Vw karmann ghia. It used the same carb as all the other vws of that time frame. The carb is still made and can be purchased new fo around 100 bucks. They informed me the dont make a kit for it anymore but they had a holly and a Edlebrook (not edelbrock lol) that would fit on it . I went to autozone they had it for me same day. Advance auto as a whole is quickly evolving into the laughing stock of auto parts stores

Looking for G12 grade coolant and the associate was looking around confused for where the coolant section was. After he found a small section he stared blankly and stated that they didnt carry the product. I was about to walk out the door when suddenly, i saw the coolant i needed. Right behind the register where the associate was standing. Seriously? If you dont know what/where the product is, ask a freakin manager. He would have lost a sale if i didnt see it behind the counter before i left. Idiots.

This place always either gives me the wrong parts where I have to come back 3 or 4 times or the parts are faulty and dont work thats the electrical sensors that are faulty and dont work some of the hard parts like brake calipers and rotors and stuff thats fine
