I Called & they said they had the part shown online. But I had to come the following Monday. And when I drove 90 mins down there they said they never had the part.

Bad attitude and horrible delivery, after 3 days of excuses part still never arrived. Had this happen before but thought maybe it was a one off but apparently not.

Echo another review that the guy on the phone has an attitude that he is going way out of his way to check if they have something. He didnt listen to a specific request asking about a color. Their prices dont make car part websites.Ive done fleet management for over 10 year & this by far the worst place I have to called & you arent even getting a good price for their horrible service

I own Pa. Dent Repair, LLC and have opened a department to swap factory used auto parts for customers. Paul received my call and was polite and simple to work with. I ordered a door that was delivered to my shop 62 miles away. The doors condition passed our inspection according to the damage codes listed before purchase. Over all positive experience and we have since created an account to continue doing business with them. Thanks and keep up the good work.I believe negative reviews can be very harmful at a glance when scanning the internet for a quality business. I have read through some of the most recent ones and it seem some people are confused and directing their frustrations at this company. I do not believe it is paradise autos responsibility to solve your problems. If the package is late, then its late. It happens all the time with USPS. I dont feel Paul or this company deserves to have 1 star reviews because of a few misguided people. There needs to be a way to give these jerks a negative star review. I called and ordered a car door. Was told that they would deliver it the next day or 2. After phone calls every day, and the daily excuse / bs story that it would be delivered that day / following day, etc, the door was delivered 17 days later. And, it was black, not red as specified and called out on the purchase ticket. Staff on the phone are rude, and just straight out lie to you. I really wish I had read these reviews before calling them. Stay as far away as you can.

Ordered a part COD and paid when it arrived. Returned Sept and still waiting for a refund as of Dec 13th. Left multiple voice mails, spoke with sales and got bounced around. Spoke with A/P, mailed copy of credit invoice and nothing. Save yourself time and aggravation.

I called talked to Paul they had the part I needed for a very fair price two days later drove down everythings like he told me got home and installed the part good to go again they made it very easy for me. Thanks guys

Horrible all around. I ordered a part they had in stock on the 29th of June. They told me theyd call me when it was ready, which would be Friday, the next day. Well, I never got a call, so I called Saturday and was told they were still working on it. Okay, fine, I called Monday and they told me they broke the part taking it out on Friday! They have me the run around saying they were looking for a replacement part. I asked for a refund and they said that theyd have to contact their accounting office and would call me back. They never did, these people are notorious for not calling people back. I did get my money back after one heated phone call.

The service was good. It was more expensive then I thought it should be. I was charged $50 just to install a wheel on a car and another $50 for a used tire and rim. I couldve saved $50 and did it myself. ..

Dont really go there much but when I did I didnt like it. Reason being I originally called to get a price on something and they happened to have it and gave me a price over the phone which happened to be the cheapest so I went for it but when I went there they gave me a different/higher price and actually had to send me someplace else. On top of that they werent very professional or welcoming. I wont go back there again.

As a body shop parts manager, this is hands down one of the worst used parts yards Ive had the displeasure of dealing with (I deal with dozens weekly). The counter personnel is rude on the phone, their drivers are even ruder. This place needs to be shut down and put out of business. Good reddens

Terrible with their delivery. Always telling you its going to be delivered even after calling several times on the delivery day. Its not just once its all the time. This place will be loosing my business all together. As a business owner, I dont see how they stay in business. We cant guarantee our customers a time frame dealing with a company like this. Also they are rude on the phone.

Stay away from this place, Paul is the worst. i ordered a part from him on Monday and he said he will have it delivered on Tuesday, Tuesday no sight of the part called Paul he said driver on the way, called hour later again Paul said driver on the way. Called Paul at 5pm told him we still dont have the part. Instead of Paul apologizing for his mistakes he starts yelling and cussing at me. His driver finally comes on Friday with completely wrong part. I called Paul to explain that the part he sent is completely wrong again he starts cussing and telling me i have to pay a restocking fee for his mistake, I cant believe a person with that type of attitude is even employed or maybe hes the owner not sure but will never deal with this company or B&H auto parts there sister location.

They have the absolute worst customer service. I have been trying for two months to receive a refund for a part that was returned and they either hang up on me or tell me the check is in the mail. The owner is never in when asking to speak to them and they will give them a message to call me back which doesnt happen. Do yourself a favor and do not to business with them.

Honestly Ive no idea how does place like this one still exists?? This is the absolute worst place to do any business with !! I spoke with this guy Kevin from Paradise Auto Parts Inc and he convinced me that as soon as I am done putting my new engine ( the engine that I bought from them ), they will come and pick up my old engine and refund me with $75 ...After 2 weeks waiting and multiple calls he told me that they will come whenever they decide ??? Really ?! Very bad customer service, very rude, very unprofessional. Stay Away from this SHADY PLACE!

I called and asked for a subframe for my ford escape. they knew what i was looking for had it in stock and reasonably priced they pulled the part for me and had it ready 1st thing next morning for pick up.

I can not understand how these people are still in business. I ordered a part 2 days ago, they said it would be delivered the next day, I called the day after that and all I could get our of the guy on the phone was that it didnt make the truck. I said okay, well that was yesterday, what about today, and all I could get was a no. I cannot believe that they actually stay in business.
