The only thing good about this Wallgreens is a cashier at the front with long gray hair. She is helpful and very thoughtful. Which no one else in that store is. Including the manager which was a young heavy set. The Pharmacy is the worst.
Was told my prescription would be ready for pick up today by the doctor at 8am this morning. Called Walgreens around 1pm for an update on the status. They reported back that it was still being processed. At 7pm I call back and they said it was still being processed and that it would be ready by 8pm. Go there and it’s still not ready. Say to come back at 9pm. The pharmacy closed at 9pm! Why would they tell me to come back at 9pm? Check online about my status at 9pm and the prescription is ready for pick up! Will defy be switching pharmacies!
Went to pick up my medicine that was sent this morning. One prescription still was not verified until I came to pick it up. The cashier left in the middle of a line. She left right as it was my turn to go. The service here is terrible. Long lines, unorganized, and you can never reach a pharmacist. I waited 1hr to speak to a pharmacist only for them to pick up and hang up. Just get your medicine somewhere else. Northside pharmacy is not a big corporation pharmacy. They are family owned and ran. The only reason I’m at Walgreens is because the pharmacy down town closed.
Came for a shingles shot and was told it would be 45 min wait for paperwork, even though I made an appointment. The website doesnt tell you this. It should.
If I could give zero stars, I would. Service is horrible. Prescription refills not refilled, doctors office never called for refills, and very, very slow. Its worth the time to go ten minutes up the highway to the Walgreens just across the Delaware line.
I’m hardly ever here but when I do it’s nothing but attitude and hard times. Coming in 10 min before closing you see employees just looking at each other annoyed, an obvious stare at the clock and annoyed warning that they’ll close in 10minutes. Weeks ago My Catalina didnt scan due to horrible printer quality from a different Walgreens location, and been told that they can’t accept a register reward if it doesn’t scan on its own. Mind you that’s an actual Walgreens coupon and absolutely possible to be entered manually. I returned something the other day and for the first time in many yrs shopping at Walgreens stores I had fill out papers with name, address etc and sign something, even though I brought my receipt along to return. I just don’t get it that every single time I come here it’s something!
Worst pharmacy ever!! I have had rite aid for years until my insurance company decided to no longer be contracted and since I’ve used Walgreens I can never reach a representative, they never have my medication on stock and there rude!!
Read some of the bad reviews but it’s close to me so I still went...wow, this place it bad. Hands down the worst service I’ve had in a LONG time lol. Definitely won’t be going back for prescription service.
As I stood there in pain, the clerk told me my prescription would take 2 or more hours because COVID testing was the priority!!
Worst pharmacy I ever had the misfortune of dealing with... I really cant think of a worse shopping experience, everyone who works there especially the people in charge put more effort into trying to avoid customers than they would actually trying to help..... Walgreens needs to get rid of everyone working there from the top to the bottom... if I could give negative stars I would...
The Walgreens store itself is great, however the pharmacy is terrible. They repeatedly get my insurance mixed up which delays my refill. I have waited for refills for over an hour that are on auto fill. There were 3 of us in line the other day and we had been in line for 10 minutes. When 1:30 came, they closed their window and walked out of the pharmacy, telling us to come back after 2 pm. This pharmacy has no clue what customer service is. I have moved my prescriptions elsewhere.
Absolutely the worst service I have ever had! The first day I came to pick up my prescription, the entire pharmacy staff was on break. Not one person left behind to cover anybody for pickup or simple drop offs. Second time I came, they had put my prescription back on the shelf because I didnt get there the day before when they were closed. Told me I had to come back an hour later. Which put them on their break again! Third day I show up and I sit in the line at the drive-thru for 25 minutes waiting to pick up a prescription. I couldnt back out because I got blocked in otherwise I would have left. Their pharmacy manager should be replaced, no ifs ands or buts!
To many really young people working in the pharmacy that refuse to listen, think they know it all, and seem really confused about doing their job so they fake it to make it...Great store with pretty good prices but majority of people there are working in the wrong areas.

When ever there is a new pharmacist, they are always messing with my certain medications. Which I have been receiving for over 9 months time. My pain doctor also has access to my prescriptions. But why make me suffer? Im not taking the Ativan, on a daily basis and I only take them, when needed. I dont take the Znaflex, this makes me dopey. But I do suffer from Chronic pain. This service at the Pharmacy has improved with the addition of Nicole, a pharmacy technician that knows her stuff! She is very helpful and goes the extra mile for the consumer.
I Choose Walgreens Store Because The Store Has Àlot Of Options Of Skin Care Lotions Needed. All Hair Products And Beauty Supplies Are Available. The Walgreens Pharmacy Is Helpful ForMedications. Anything You Need For YourSelf Walgreens Usually Does Have It Available.

I had such a great experience with the photo department I decided to use the pharmacy. Unfortunately there was a 45 minute wait after the previously call in the prescription. Disappointing.
Pharmacist named “Jude” judged me based on my purple hair, tattoos and piercings and refused to fill my husbands medication that he’s been getting filled there for a year. Asked all kinds of questions like “why is he taking these medications?” I don’t understand how a pharmacist can pick and choose whose prescriptions to fill. This was a legal prescription, not early. Extremely rude to his staf as well. Heard him screaming at the girls that his job is not to answer phones. Nasty will be in touch with a human rights attorney
Im not even a customer to this pharmacy. I just go and pick up my fiances prescriptions when she asks me to and every time I go its horrible. Youll prescription will be ready in a half hour. I go to pick it up in two and then get told its going to be another half hour. What? No. Then she calls it in and the message says itll be ready by 10am. I go at 11 and its still not ready. Thats only two stories out of the multiple times Ive gown. Ive constantly had to wait. The attitude is not appreciated either especially from the blue haired chick that works in the pharmacy. Im good at biting my tongue but Im super close to saying something to her the next time it happens or even to management with her there. Youd think after multiple complaints here on Google reviews or in person to management, something would be done about the pharmacy.
This place is dirty inside. Clean your counter and your floor and walls . I noticed all this as I waited for an hour to get a flu shot and was not informed I would be waiting that long . Other time I went waited a half hour to find out that I needed to call my pediatrician back which they could have informed me I had a sick child waiting on meds . Final thought if you are always backed up and that busy, Hire more people or lose customers.
Long wait at the pharmacy today as they were doing inventory of the entire store, bad timing for me to be sick lol but I was waiting there with my daughter, we were in no rush and the staff was very helpful! Shannon helped us at the desk at the pharmacy and was very personable and sweet! There was even a typo on my insurance to where it didn’t go through, she caught it and fixed it right away! She is awesome! Also the actual pharmacist was very sweet, he spoke to my daughter and I as he passed us multiple times to administer flu shots in the little shot room.. he also became concerned when he noticed we had been sitting there for about an hour waiting so he personally took my info and made sure my order was being processed quickly! I also had a mixup between my doctor and I where I did not receive part of my script, but my doctor was able to call in the script for me and I was able to pickup via the drive thru within 20 min! Yes there are long wait times here, but the staff really makes up for it! 5 stars, thank you for helping us today!
Over the past year, the service at this pharmacy has taken a major nose dive. They are rude and the one gentleman working has messed up on my childrens prescriptions twice now. Corporate office really needs to come in and clean house and find out why the reviews on this location have not been all that good. Pharmacists are quick to get an attitude if you ask them a question.Update: prescriptions sat for 4 days saying being processed. I was told they had to contact doctor for approval? Doctor never contacted. Always a canned response as to why its taking too long. Glad this wasnt life or death medication. Corporate really needs to figure out what is happening at this store. A lot of negative reviews.

This place has gone down in the past two years nothing is ever in stock, the the pharmacy makes sure im without my prescriptions for one week out of the month every month,this is the only location I have ever had a problem with and it gets worse each month.
Drive thru or not to drive thru? When it was my turn they got my rxs took my payment and was on my way. I was just picking up. But it was peak evening rush. Only 2 cars ahead of me. Staff was nice and efficient. It was the friggin CUSTOMERS who slowed things by not ready... i suspect thats what happened anyway.
Ive never experienced such a long wait at other pharmacies.

Worlds slowest pharmacy. Been on the phone on hold for over 20 minutes and still waiting. The drive thru line always takes at least 30 minutes. This is my last time dealing with them.
