I must say I was a wawa fan however I have switched to Royal Farms. It is very clean inside and bathrooms sparkle..Wawa is disgusting at everyone they have stepped down from a ten to 2. Royal never runs out of food they sell. The parking lots are big and always clean. Its an all around better experience..

I stopped going to RoFo when they switched to self checkout. I thought maybe i was overreacting so i gave them another shot..... yup still BS.

9 out of 10 times the deli is closed between 10pm-midnight even though theres always food sitting in the case!

Awful staff and no doubt similarly poor management. Couldnt make a food order properly, substituted with another item which was a lesser price, then couldnt even do simple elementary school math to reimburse me the 3 dollars they owed me. They thought 64 cents was sufficient. Not even a napkin in the place. Of course the manager wasnt there right now when I asked to speak with them, assuming if they were a manager they could possibly figure out that $5.50 minus $3.99 is $1.51 x 2 sandwiches for an overcharge of $3.02. After trying to teach an apparent moron simple mathmatics, I finally gave up and left short my money before things got any worse. Never again. This store is the WORST.

The only reason Im giving one star is to leave a comment! Ive been fighting and going through all kinds of bs over and over again between the help desk, and the very unhappy, unhelpful employees and managers when it comes to why Im not able to redeem my 4000 rewards points for items allowed but I can spend money and accumulate them by swiping my card and I keep getting the run around and told the same thing get a new card make new email add new card and just swipe WELL IM STILL BEING CHARGED FOR ITEMS THAT SHOULD BE FREE SINCE IVE GOT 4000 POINTS AFTER TRYING FOR OVER 2 YEARS IM DONE WITH GOING TO ROYAL FARM, THERE ARE MANY OTHER PLACES THAT HAVE A REWARDS PROGRAM WITHOUT THE UNNEEDED STRESS AND HASSEL!

Royal farms is a good place to get all kinds of odds and ends when you just dont feel like grocery shopping.. And you can get in and get out very quickly

Apparantly This royal farms is temporarily not 24 hours anymore! I was advised the new hours are 5:30am - 10:30 p due to the Covid.Not a positive thing !

Ive been a regular here for about a year now and today 6/12/17 I bought 2 Pure Leaf Sweet Teas around 12:15 p.m. I was supposed to get one of them for free with my rewards card because it was the 6th tea I got and the 7th is supposed to be free. They are supposed to honor that and they didnt. The cashier deliberately took my $3.00 even after seeing the total at $1.50. She straight up robbed me of my reward. I guess she had a drawer shortage she needed to make up for.

Its 3/19/20 and apparently you should not ask for certain pieces of chicken in the cases because you receive the most overcooked dried out pieces in the case so much for customer service any more I did ask and she said you get two thighs right and I guess thats what theyre calling the dried out husk I recieved so much for good fast good any more will NOT be coming here again they just dont care

The customer service is excellent .. kinda like cheers they all know my name .. lol .. great prices on gas and smokes .. the food is always nice and fresh ..

Nasty chicken

VERY RUDE. Lady named Dixie was at register and was the rudest person ever. I go in there every day at least once sometimes twice and most of staff swem good. But this lady was soooooooo rude. I thought she looked familiar and I was right. As soon as I got in the car my daughter reminded me who it was. She use to work with the kids with disability. She would always scream at this one girl who really couldnt understand what you were telling her to do.To be honest I would rather her be at royal farma being rude to the customers then back at the school treating rhe special kids mean.But to all other employees I have come across in there you do a great job. And a big shout out ro the younger guy qho works early morning with the tattoos, he is always so respectful and fast.

Good subs, great chicken, reasonable prices for a convenience store.

I personally think this is by far the best royal farms in Cecil County, great friendly service, fresh food and fast service, extra clean bathrooms, just a great royal farms all the way around !!!
