Rim Repair- Great service and very professional. This was my first time using a wheel repair service. I looked at reviews and picked Advance Services (Rim Fix). I am glad I did. He worked with the warranty company, negotiated the price, and then came to my house (additional charge) to repair my rims. I had my rims repaired yesterday. I chose advanced services because they have great reviews and a three year warranty on their work. Scheduling was easy and Rob gave us all the info we needed beforehand so we understood the process. Ryan was also great and the whole repair only took a couple of hours which is great because I don’t live in the area so I didn’t have to wait around all day for the repair. My rims are black and the repair looks great and they look good as new. If you’re looking for a rim repair company I highly recommend advanced services!

Will and Rob, are amazing when it comes to customer service. They are amazing and efficient. They fixed all my wheels and they came out very well like new from the factory.

I contacted Advanced Services via email regarding curb rash on an alloy wheel on my vehicle that was less than two months old. Needless to say I was more than upset to have this happen on my new vehicle. However, all worked out with Rob to the rescue!! William, my tech, was on time and explained the process and timing and every detail along the way. Called to inquire about straightening a bent wheel. Despite the shop not offering this service, Rob was incredibly helpful and informative about the pros and cons of repair vs. replacement, and ultimately found me a replacement wheel at a good price and advised me on where and how to get it replaced. It was wonderful to have someone so friendly and knowledgeable talk me through this when I had initially felt overwhelmed by the entire situation. Overall, it was a great experience and I would trust this shop to be fair and thorough in any repair they performed.

What an easy experience to get my rims repaired!I had some curb rash on one rim, but when my friend accidentally did some major damage to my other, I sought help right away.This company was my choice of 3 for a few reasons:1) warranty2) length of tenure with staff doing the work3) professionalism and response timeAfter the work was done, I knew made the right call! My rim that was so busted I was worried it would need replacing. It looks flawless and new again!They work out of auto shops in multiple locations and I was able to get an appointment only 30min from my home within a timely fashion. I wanted to share my experience with Advanced Services LLC. I scraped my rim on a curb and needed to get it fixed ASAP. This happened a while back it’s another vehicle and I went to someplace and had to sit around for four hours until they got to my vehicle and pretty much wasted a whole day. With advance services LLC. it was easy as pie, these guys came to my house and took care of everything while I was inside working. It’s seriously can’t get any easier than this plus you get a 3-year warranty on their services. Speaking of the service, it was great and the price was also good. I hope this helps people who are looking for a good shop for rim repair or refinishing.

Robert and his team are Awesome! I was looking for a place to get my rims fixed on my Tesla and Robert spoke to me in depth on the phone and explained everything to me. I didn’t ever feel like he was treating me as just a customer for money, he genuinely cared and wanted me to make sure I knew I was in good hands. Advanced Services provided fast, professional and very detailed service.Rim had a deep chunk that needed repaired due to hitting a curb. The damage also crossed two different colored coatings on the rim, as well as being directly next to a factory logo. Not an easy repair to say the least.After the repair, the damaged area is impossible to find. The rim looks like it did when it came out of the factory.Rob did an excellent job of explaining the repair process and provided and extremely competitive price.

Had a mechanical issue and called Rob for help, he told me they couldnt take care of it but was extremely helpful over the phone and gave me his recommendation on where to go and what I can expect from the place in great detail. If the car service is as good as their customer service its a terrific place to go. Will definitely contact them if i need any rim repair in the future!

Advanced Solutions did a great job fixing the rims / repaint the Rims on both of our cars. They look like new again! Rob worked with us to find a convenient location and did so in a timely matter. Will and Ryan were professional and were great to work with also. They really know what they are doing. I programmed them in my phone so I can use them in the future.

My whole experience with Advanced Services was positive. Most importantly, the work was superlative. Had them repair 10 wheels on 3 different BMWs. I cant tell the difference between factory-new and the restored wheels. Just outstanding. Technician, Ryan, arrived early, worked late, and didnt take a single break. I hit a curb in my new car and scratched the rim fairly badly. I had to get it fixed ASAP before my husband noticed! They responded promptly to my inquiry and got me in the next day. Scratched my Tesla Model S drivers side rims on the rail of an older self service car wash. (My bad). Contacted Rob at Advanced Services who got back to me immediately. Quoted a fair price and scheduled in three days. Offered in house or mobile service. Mobile service was only slightly higher. Ryan showed up at the scheduled time (not a window like some contractors). My plan was if the it was not a super top job, I would replace the rims when I purchased new tires in the future. Ryan spent 2.5 hours working and made the rims virtually identical to the original rims. No need to replace! For the reader’s benefit, the cost of the repair was less than half the cost of new rims offered by the dealer. Would highly recommend this company for quality work, professionalism, and a competitive price without reservation. (Tip - be carful of the rails at self service car washes.]

I was extremely satisfied with the rim repair service. The tech and I agreed to meet at a dealership in Bowie. It was touch and go due to the possibility of rain. We decided to go for it and when we both arrived it started to pour. However the tech was very resourceful in that he secured use of one of the detail bays. There were scratches, some pretty deep, on all 4 of the wheels of my Jeep GC Overland. I couldnt imagine how something like this could be repaired, much less while the wheels were ON the vehicle. I made an appointment with Frank to meet at the dealership and within about and hour and a half, he had fixed all of the dings to the point that I almost couldnt believe it.
