New management and Jack does such an amazing job. Hes ASE certified and specializes in BMWs. However, hes capable of working on all types of cars. Hes worked on my Toyota Camry, Highlander, and BMW 330i.One thing that really stands out with Jack is his experience and quality of work. Furthermore, he uses high quality parts ranging from the simple things such as windshield wipers to more complex things like car parts. All my cars that came out of his shop was running better than before.Have him look at your car and youll see how knowledgeable he is.

Best Technician I know he works everything fix the first time and he checks the car out and tells you what you need, have had no issue after getting my car repair

*OIL CHANGE* - this post is specifically for the oil change. Synthetic oil change came out to be $85. The lady at the counter does NOT give you a heads up on the price before you agree to the oil change service. I asked her prior how much it would be but she responded dismissively that I can pay after and find out. This was partly my fault as I should have pressed on about the price. Anyways, this is just a heads up to anyone who is looking to get a synthetic oil change here. FYI the standard/ average price of synthetic oil change (6 qrt) is about $60 NOT $85.

I have a love for my car. I still do, but its gone. Why? Because of Norris Nissan. But before that, I want to point out that the people fix my car up so good, it ran another 70,000. It was a Nissan Quest 2006. Great job! I really recommend this place.

2021 New Management.

Employee shut off our pump after we put 3 dollars in gas in our car. We asked another man for help with money because our card was not working and he was willing but she came out and told us not to talk with the other customers. Terrible and rude individuals, not friendly and or very good at communicating.

Dispenses ethanol mixture without disclosing that it’s ethanol (let alone what percentage) at the pump.So basically, you have no idea what you’re putting into your car. There are regulations requiring this disclosure.I spoke to the manager, who got indignant about it and said “Talk to Sunoco,” as if she had no responsibility whatsoever. Yeesh.Avoid (if you care, or need to know) what goes into your car.

Good service but I was overcharged for an oil changed. Cost $65, Ive never paid that much before. I went to another Sunoco twice before and charge $52 because I have a hybrid. The lady almost did not give me my change back either :/ From now on Ill go to the Sunoco in Southern Maryland while im down there or certain Honda service where they give your car a check up and wash it for under $50
