Once my husband and I opened the door to the main entrance, we were greeted immediately. We appreciated the knowledge of Jordan and then Damon came in to seal the deal. I had an awesome experience at Acura of Ellicott City last week!I arrived at 2pm, test drove 2 cars and decided on the 2020 Acura MDX (see photo). Bought 2 Acuras from here and had a good experience. Worked with Jordan (both times) and Dre this time. Obviously given the current climate, vehicle availability is limited and prices arent great at any dealer. But in my case I needed a car rather fast, and they both made it pretty seamless. Waiting on my permanent tags as it has only been a week but all-in-all I recommend that if you want an Acura, this is a good place.

The worst place to be. First they made a service appointment for my car and then when I went there on 10/01/21 at 07:30am in the morning, they refused to honor my appointment saying that others need to be done first and that the wait time is 3 and half hours. They should not have made me an appointment if they do not want to serve. Never going there back again. Frustrating and pathetic customer service!

Great experiences. I knew I was going to purchase something from this dealerships. When I first walked threw the doors, I was greeted right away with a very friendly sales person Thank you Morgan -assisting me with my decision.

Horrible!!! Horrible Horrible!! I had an appointment to get my Acura serviced. I arrived early only to be told that they were backed up and I could reschedule. I didnt want to reschedule so I ask my other options. My options were to wait 4 hours there or to get an shuttle/Uber home and they would call me when they finished. I was told that it would be a complimentary ride home and back. After 5 hours of waiting I called continously over 20 times. The lady finally answered the phone to let me know my battery was dead and for them to replace it would be 390.00. I decided to pick it up instead. She let me know that she was sending me an Uber. I waited it was almost..7pm closing time. I continously called again. I finally got through another department would said that She never called an Uber, and she left the building and my car was still there. 😔. The guy had not a clue to what was going on but managed to send me an Uber and leave my car keys at sales. I picked my car up and the next day took it to Auto zone to test my battery that was 100% good. Smh! Never Never again will visit this Acura dealer I was so disappointed !!

I recently bought 2020 Acura RLX, my experience was absolutely terrible! I had paint chip on car and mentioned to them and they promised me they will repaint that area so when the car was returned it looked even worse! Then had to take it back for them to do it correctly. Then my tag holder was broken and they didn’t even bother to replace it until I mentioned it! Now my temp tags are expired and still haven’t got a call or email! I had called them and the man told me they use a processing place and he will find out what’s going on but needed me to email him. So I did and still no response! Again my tags are expired! The amount of money got this car I would expect better service! I wouldn’t send my enemy here!

This Acura service center has been a pleasure to deal with. As someone with a decent amount of automotive knowledge but unfortunately not a lot of time to do my own work I can honestly say these folks are not out to rob your last dollar, they are much more pleased with the customer leaving with a smile and gaining the trust that you will come back. The service advisor Anisha Mills was upbeat and professional and the technician Christopher Irwin was thorough and paid attention to the needed details. My MDX is not brand new but it sure does idle and drive better than a some of the brand new vehicles coming out these days. Thanks again! I will be back!

DO NOT GO HERE! Worst car purchasing experience EVER!! Bought a car 3/19/2021...they didnt have the title yet to the car when they put it for sale on there lot..I DID NOT finance i bought the car flat out, and they did not tell me they did not have the title when they sold me the car....I live in PA and JUST RECEIVED MY TITLE on 7/3/2021 and my temp tags have been expired since 6/17/2021.....it took over 3 months to get my title and they blamed the MVA, when in actuality its totally their fault because they should not have sold that car outright knowing they didnt have the title in the first place...the 60 day temp tag period is supposed to be for me to do what i needed to do such as get it inspected, registered, and pay my PA taxes and none of that could be done due to them not having the title and using my 60 day period for themselves to receive the title from them purchasing the vehicle...So i paid over $17,000 for a vehicle that from 6/17/2021 i have been unable to drive legally....they stopped taking my calls on purpose and had very bad attitudes, but i can guarantee if they would have been in this situation themselves they would be just as upset.. they only care about making sales there is NO CUSTOMER SERVICE WHEN IT COMES TO THIS PLACE and the GM (Riley) was just as uncaring and unprofessional... they didnt wanna deal with the mistake they had made or take accountability WHAT SO EVER..i had to get a lawyer involved and file a complaint to BBB......DO NOT GO HERE!!!

Very unprofessional dealership I have ever encountered, my husband & I had our MDX serviced and it took almost a week for anyone to get back to us about what was wrong with the car. They claimed that they called & left a message, but I had to keep calling the service representative to find out what was going on because my calls were not returned. We received a call to say the car was ready finally. When we got there the cashier was very unprofessional and horrible customer service and to be a place of business she wasnt dressed professionally either. There was absolutely no reason why we werent informed and updated about our vehicle. We will not be going back.

Every other chance I give this place they fail. There was the unprofessionalism from one of the service members For which I wrote the dealership owner and the Better Business Bureau. now I have waited 3 1/2 hours for a oil change while others who came in after me were serviced before me. It wasn’t until I came Out into the bay to find out what was going on with my vehicle only to hear the service “advisor” l(Bryan)telling other people to hurry up with my car because they had not touched it yet, he directed the technicians to not do any other cars until they do mine as my car had been sitting. The problem is had I not come out I would have still been waiting, when you purchase a luxury vehicle and bring it to be serviced I expect complete order in your business there’s very little room for error. I did speak to the manager of the dealership who was very kind and descalated the situation with great professionalism however I still cannot get back my time. From now on I will drive an extra 15 minutes to Cockeysville to have my vehicle service it’s a shame. If you’re going to go to Acura of Ellicott city allow Dylan to be your service advisor not Bryan Kaline Who is careless, waste company time lollygagging, and had a callous response when error is pointed out. He never apologized for allowing other Vehicles to be serviced before mine. Bryan you could stand a class in business etiquette and professional customer service! Always a good experience. The staff is knowledgeable and friendly, keeps the customer informed in person and, or by text. The wait room chairs are spaced for covid and the snack area is well stocked and clean.It would be nice if there were more seating outdoors other than the smoking bench. My car was completed earlier than the estimated time.

I am a single mother other 3 I can’t afford to purchase another vehicle right now at tbd expense of their negligence. This entire situation is very stressful. Acura should be ashamed of themselves.

This is our 2nd time in 3 years buying 2 MDXs at the same time (for my mom and myself) at the same dealer. Their competitor dealership did not even come close in pricing (again). Ji the sales associate and Riley the manager were amazing. Super attentive, polite and most importantly professional. I always say customer service goes a long way and Acura of Ellicott City has once again proved itself (that’s 4 brand new cars from them in 3 years). I also want to point out that that even though they are a bit out of the way for us and there is a closer dealership- we always go for oil change to them because they are just that good!

I took my truck here for a service and diagnostic and they didnt do what I thought couldve been a better diagnostic...(Edit post) Service department advised me that they couldnt find what the reason was for my truck cutting off bc it hasnt cut off since they had my truck, However when I went to pick my truck up it cut off on me a block down the street from the dealership which had me wondering how could they have test driven it to say it didnt cut off on them but cut off on me not even a mile away from the dealership and I had to get it towed AGAIN. BUT I will say the customer service from the service department employee that I was working with was GREAT so I came back to add 2 more stars for him.

After an arduous search for a used car I finally found myself at the Acura dealer five minutes from my office. I found a car on my credit unions car finding service and was contacted in short order by a salesman named Ji Kim. Ji was fantastic through the whole process, he was very helpful and made the experience a very pleasant one. I hope my future car purchases go as smoothly as this one with a salesman as great as Ji. This is the only place I’d ever consider getting our MDX serviced and that has everything to do with my service advisor, Anishia. She is honest trustworthy and has nothing but the utmost professionalism and excellent customer service! She always makes us feel welcomed and in excellent hands.

We were very satisfied with the excellent customer service that our sales representative, Larry Snyder, provided. We coordinated an appointment time for us to visit the showroom and test drive a new Acura MDX. Larry had 2 different trim models ready for us to look at when we arrived. Larry was knowledgeable about the differences between the two models and made sure we understood. We took a test drive with one of the vehicles. We then sat down to discuss the sales price. Having already done our research online via TrueCar, we were able to narrow down the sales price with the sales Manager, Jordan. They also gave us a fair price on our trade-in. We were able to reach a suitable price that was acceptable to the dealer and us. They quickly got the new car ready for delivery while we processed the sales paperwork. It was a fairly efficient process from the time we arrived at the dealership and took possession of our new MDX. It took a total of 3 hours to drive out with our new car. I honestly don’t know where to begin..... walking into the dealer I felt a warm welcome with no intentions on making a purchase just window shopping for some numbers. There was no pressure upon making a decision, these guys were patient, friendly & overall very helpful! Wasted my time and Im pretty sure just assumed Im some wreckless driver who cant afford the car.Response: good to know when I was invited I guess the guy who knew my name and that I was going to be there was a hallucination. The person who is going to buy that car will buy it with 0 miles on the car. Basically you have to buy the car before you can test drive. Dont worry, another dealer has my business.

I had a great service from Donnell and end up came home with new MDX they offered me great deal so I couldnt come out without it. All staffs were friendly and kind Ill definitely recommend to all my friends and family 👍👍👍

I love Norris Acura. It was not a hard sale. My salesman, Damon Braxton was very polite and an overall expert in his craft. Even the after-sales spokesperson, who usually makes you buy up to 2,000 additional things, was very polite and did haggle me. I did buy two essential things: Gap insurance and tire protection after my purchase, but there was no pressure.
