There was an issue with my tires after 5,000 miles of owning the vehicle. After speaking with the GM he was more than accommodating. I greatly appreciate everything he did to help rectify the issue. Bought the car from them on line, out of state. They were professionally and efficiently responsive and answered my questions and addressed my concerns. They negotiated a great price. I flew out to test drive the car. They met me at the airport, and had the car ready for review and the drive. The entire staff made the process wonderful! Went there on a Wednesday and Mr. Turner was very helpful. Gave and guidance like he was my father, very pleasant. Unfortunately that day I didn’t get a car I had wanted, but very thankful that Mr. Turner gave me all the info needed without the need to run a credit check and do an application. The next day on Thursday, I found a car I like (Q50). Me. Turner was not working that day, but Mr. Moore was just as helpful. Help me make a sure decision and helped me through the process of getting my Infiniti that I love so much. Very helpful and understanding at this dealership. 100000/10 recommended this dealership.

From start to finish this was the best car buying process that I have ever experienced and I have purchased 6 vehicles before. I was pleasantly greeted while looking on the lot by Mr. Turner(sales professional). He was very knowledgeable and didn’t haggle me which I appreciated. He was very pleasant and professional throughout the process. Mr. Williams (manager) introduced himself and assisted me with getting the vehicle that I wanted within my budget. Mr, Richardson (Finance and Warranty Manager) was thorough and explained my financing and warranty information in detail. These guys worked very hard to make sure that I was completely satisfied. I felt like I was completing a business transaction with family! This was the smoothest car buying experience for me and I would definitely recommend JBA Infiniti to anyone interested in purchasing a vehicle! I was not paid to do this review. As I was driving with my son my engine just went completely out. My car has been there for over 30 days and nobody can give me updates. Lonnie tried to tell me he couldn’t give me updates on my vehicle. Last week the new engine got there Ken advised me it would be done by the end of the week since putting in a New engine takes a few days. Friday called and he said by Wednesday it would be done. Monday called and ken said he’s aiming for Wednesday now maybe Friday. I informed him I needed my car by the date he originally stated Wednesday. He said there’s a bunch of cars there’s nothing he can do he can’t just work on mine although it’s been there for a month. I called James the general manager who then says that he spoke with ken and ken never stated a date that my car would be done by he even assumed responsibility and admitted the timeframe was unacceptable but no updates. Mind you I’m pregnant and this has been the worst experience of my life.

Ive been a JBA INIFINITI customer for 7 years. Out of the many car dealers Ive encountered, JR & team provide the Best Customer Service EVER!! They treat MUSCLE (my car) as if she is their own, providing quality customer service with a complimentary car wash each time. My car looks brand new after each visit, with no smears. (They obviously use clean cloths & clean water with each car). JR pays close attention to details. This visit, after Muscle was serviced, I saw JR personally check, increase and balance the air pressure in each tire!Here is the point! Although Ive moved out of Maryland, I drive 14 hours round trip to get my car serviced by JR & team!! I actually TRUST them! They treat customers like family and provide Service with Integrity! ... Now thats a Core Value Statement!The attached picture was taken 1 week after the service. MUSCLE is still looking good!!

Initially I was disturbed because JR told me to be there at 1:30 pm. I was there but he was not. Lonnie looked for him but he was not there. I was told I could wait for him or Lonnie could assist me. All of the people in the service department, especially the manager Ken K, are belligerent and disrespectful. Each time Im there, their attitudes are horrific. Last week, one of the agents and manager accused me of stealing my floor mats when theyre the ones who misplaced them during cleaning. Ive reached out to them several times to resolve this matter but given the cold shoulder. The aggressive manner in which both of the men behaved was frightening. Beware when getting your car serviced here because the supervisor took things out of my car.

Hey, My wife and I went today to purchase a suv. A lexus rx350 2015 white, I called before We came to make sure the vehicle was still available and a associate confirmed that it was available. We arrived at jba infinity get to the car to check it out and test drive and the damn suv battery was dead! While waiting for the associate to get the jump box, We did a walk around and noticed that the rear bumper was about to come off, the front grill was cracked up. Now we knew it was a used vehicle, but why wouldnt jba a invest $600-$1000 into the battery, grill and rear bumper. They amediately lost a sale. We are sooooo disappointed in Jba and I want an apology for wasting OUR time!

I want to start off by saying I didn’t get my car from this dealership. I got it from Bethesda Jim Coleman. So I have been going there for services very up until yesterday. Jba Infiniti is a lot closer to my home. I wish I would have came here from the beginning. I’m blown away by the customer service from these guys! I came in for a regular scheduled service and I know from Bethesda that they give your car a courtesy wash. Well they actually took the time and really gave my car a nice wash. When Bethesda “washed” my car it looked like they barely got a hose on there and rinsed it off. But is was free so I never said anything. Well I picked my car up today and my car has never looked so good. They did such a great job. And to top it off, they cleaned all the garbage out of my car too! I half jokingly but totally serious said to the guy, (I wish I knew his name) I’ll give you guys extra if you clean the inside too. Well they did and I’m in shock. The little things go such a long way with me. And I can’t be any happier with the service department. I know where I’m going when it’s time to trade up next year!

JR is a blessing! He was wonderful from start to finish. I had my car towed in late Wednesday evening before Thanksgiving and on Friday afternoon he was calling to say my car was ready at no charge because of my extended warranty which at a previous dealership covered nothing. He then told me the recommendations needed and was not trying to break me financially. He even suggested we do half now the more important items and the other later. And b4 my car was ready I called with a last minute request and he jumped right on it. He was just an absolute pleasure and my car rides better than when I first got it. It was a great experience. I went in for a routine oil change and Byron was able to also have my seat warmer button fixed which was still under warranty. All the work was done same day and with less time then originally thought! I was able to get a loner car which was so convenient. Byron was great and explained everything thoroughly. Had service done November 23, 2020 an alignment and the service member called informed me only 3 wheels could be aligned and if I want the job to be complete it would be $1200 .due to an alignment that was done previously there. Now nobody seems to take responsibility for this and I wore 2 rear tires and nobody is taking accountability for this. I would not recommend them to nobody. They always charged me and I had extended warranty. Would not touch my truck until I paid $1500 down to start the job that was covered by my extended warranty. I don’t even want an infinity vehicle anymore due to the set up on service this car/service lot does. Oh the kicker is I was charged full price for a 4 wheel alignment and only 3 were aligned and now need 2 $300 tires in the rear. Sad sad sad!Dr. Frank Snell II

I purchase a pre-owned 1 owner leased 2017 Q50 last yr with 18,000. Carfax report stated offered for sale as an Infiniti vehicle certified pre-owned certified 3 days before I purchased it but come to find out it wasn’t sold as such. Dealer never said it’s a cost for car to be sold as pre-owned certified. I don’t know if that’s true or not. As a consumer if the carfax report say vehicle was certified why would I not think it was certified. I guess I should have asked and not assume anything. Dealer also should have made that clear too.. I don’t trust this place, I will not have my vehicle service here either.

Got my oil change done here and found out they raised the price because they use quart bottles instead from the big drums of oil....??? Called another Infiniti dealer that uses the same oil ($89.95) but out the drum so maybe thats why JBAs has gone up is what the other dealer told me 🤷🏽‍♂️ I was told also all the discounts were applied that were possible to my bill, but when I got the bill none were on there. I asked for an explanation and they said we applied all that we could however military discounts on oil changes dont apply anymore so I guess they did apply all of the discounts that they could which was NONE. Couldnt they just had said we dont do discounts on oil changes to begin with for military or for that type of oil?The real thing that really pushed me over the edge to write this review was that I just got my cars interior detailed and didnt have my mats inside so that the carpet could properly dry. I had a paper mat in there temporarily from the detailer. JBA did the overpriced oil change and didnt even put a new paper mat in the car meaning someone with their work boots was in car without a mat. I did tell them too that I got the interior cleantoo before turning the key in but HEY, people forget and no one is perfect right....HOWEVER WHEN I ASKED IF I COULD HAVE A NEW PAPER MAT, THE SERVICE GUY SAID OH YEAH, THEYRE IN THE CORNER OVER THERE. GO GET ONE. I went to the corner and didnt see them right away... MAYBE BECAUSE I DONT WORK THERE!!!!🤷🏽‍♂️ HE THEN SAID YOU DONT SEE THEM? SO IM STANDING THERE LOOKING LIKE AN IDIOT UNTIL SOMEONE ELSE CAME OVER AND SHOWED ME THAT THEY WERE UNDER SOME TRASH BAGS AND HE SAID, FEEL FREE TO TAKE TWO. I did and put them in the car MYSELF. I only bring my car here for service.As soon as I drive a car into the service area, I am greeted by a service representative. The folks are very nice and respectful.Depending on the job needed, they may offer a loaner vehicle. This is a fantastic benefit as I may not be able to stay around long enough for the repair to be completed. Not only does it fill the need for having a vehicle to go about my day, but it also allows me to experience newer-model Infiniti cars without buying one!If you happen to wait around, the waiting room is a welcoming place. There is coffee and tea available as well as cold drinks including sodas, Gatorade, and water. There is also a decent selection of bagels, cream cheese, and danishes.The best part is that JBA offers a car wash with every service. It is wonderful to know that my car will receive the maintenance I came in for along with a nice car wash to spruce up the exterior and a vacuum for the inside. This type of complementary service is indicative of the care and attention they put into each car and customer.While car repairs are generally expensive, I do not find this location to be any more expensive than anywhere else. Given the superb customer service and nice waiting room amenities, I believe this is one of the better service centers. I recommend!

I know everyone has off experiences, so Im not saying dont go here but I was not pleased with how my transaction was handled. I walked in well researched and prepared but looking forward to talking to someone knowledgeable about Infinitis. I was immediately passed off to a very nice gentleman who was quiet and minimally informed - didnt appreciate the pass of and had to continue to walk back to the one I dealt with online to have questions answered. When I was given the hard sell on the warranty and refused, the entire tone of the transaction turned unfriendly. I do not see why I should have to pay $3000 for a 3 year warranty for an Infiniti that I bought not only for the luxury but the reliability. I resented the negative twist. Buying my first car in 13 years should have been a much more positive and happier experience. Not impressed

JBA TRIED TO CHARGE ME AN ADDITIONAL $850 to supposedly do a 5hr diagnostic to see why my computer is not communicating with other computers ( when that wasn’t the problem). The problem was my positive battery connector wasn’t plugged in to to start the car. A 5 minute fix that cast $125.JBA is trash and will try to get u if they can...Also a month ago I went in for a oil change and they suggested I get 4 new breaks & rotors for $900. They must be smoking they lunch. I paid$160 for the labor & and under $200 for the breaks & rotors. JBA WILL GET YOU IF YOU LET THEM. DONT SO IT PEOPLE
