Ive been seeing Drs. Generie and Dorsam for over 6 years now, and will continue to see them even after moving out of the area. They and the staff are very friendly and accommodating. I love that they keep up on technology as well, makes me feel confident theyre keeping up with the latest medical science and research.

I started going to this practice almost two years ago. I have been wearing glasses for almost 30 years (contacts for 17 years) and this practice is the best Ive been to so far. I have seen Dr. Generie once and Dr. Dorsam twice. I found them both to be really knowledgeable and personable. They answered all of my questions, explained things in a helpful way, and Ive never felt rushed. The other staff members have been great as well. Whenever I have called with a question or to schedule an appointment, the phone is answered quickly and the process is easy. The business is very clean and modern, and in a great location. I definitely recommend this practice!

Dr. Generie is wonderful. I have a very complicated and frustrating vision problem and she has spent so much time with me trying to make my vision more comfortable. She is so knowledgeable and has a great bedside manner. The office staff is great, everyone is so nice and helpful. I highly recommend Dr. Generie and this office!

Literally 10/10. Everyone in the office was pleasant, friendly, and accommodating. The doctor was very knowledgable but explained everything in a way that I could understand. If you are the type of person that gets nervous for appointments, this is a great place as Ive never felt more comfortable in a Drs. office.

This is by far the best experience Ive ever had at the eye doctor. The staff takes all the necessary precautions for Covid 19 and I felt very safe being in the office. I never leave reviews but I had to for this place. Ive had glasses since 4th grade so Ive had my fair share of eye doctors. Ive had some give me eyewear that did not fit well to some misdiagnosing me of having an astigmatism. Out of all my experiences, the team at revolutionEYES is probably the best. Not only are they professional, but they are also clear and thorough to explain EXACTLY what condition my eyes are in. They seem to genuinely care that I can see well and comfortably. Ive had both contacts and glasses through them, and I can only say positives about the experience.

This is the best eye doctor practice I have experienced.All the staff are pleasant and accommodating & Dr. Dorsam is wonderful- she is very personable. They have done a great job of implementing a sanitary facility- especially in light of COVID.

We were told by the receptionist that if we wanted to be seen in the next 7 days, we would have to pay out of pocket for the exam and lenses because they couldnt verify our insurance. They were vague about estimating the costs for the exam and lenses over the phone. When I called Professional Vision Associates five minutes later, they had no problems verifying my insurance over the phone. We have our appointment in 7 days, and the costs sounded transparent and reasonable.

We love Dr. Dorsum. She does a great job with kids - it feels more like they are collaborating with her to get the best prescription for them. She doesnt just ask them to read the lines, but also to tell her which is clearer, which is so much faster sometimes. She also really spends the time to get the perfect prescription and double checks it (this is especially important for the kids because the right prescription means theyre more likely to wear the glasses because they help so much more!)

Exceptional staff and doctors. Very thorough exam and the doctor really listened to my concerns. You will be very impressed, as I was, with everything about the office. I am a health care practitioner and own my own office so I know a few things about excellent health care service. Dont even think about going anywhere else!

Wonderful experience. I found them based on reviews from google and I was not disappointed! The receptionist was very friendly and organized. It wasn’t too busy and the Dr. went out of her way and gave me different brands of contacts to try on. She was also extremely informative on and explained everything to me.

The Kathy experience at reception/intake was the first sign that I was working with true professionals. Her customer focus is amazing and I always felt well taken care of.My experience with Dr. G was just more of the same! Professional, courteous, but most important was her obvious skill and expertise. Nice place to get your eye exam. The people in the front desk are very friendly. We had no problems with our doctor.The hours are just long enough for my parents to make appointments since they work all day.Havent gotten any glasses from there, but Ive tried on some that were partially covered under my insurance, and they fit nicely.

I was seen about two months ago; everyone was very nice and accommodating. Exam went smoothly and everything was explained very well. My glasses were ordered and I received them in a timely manner. What a friendly, knowledgeable and helpful group of folks here! I hadnt had my eyes checked in 10 years so was unsure of the checkup process but Dr. Dorsam and the rest of the staff made sure I understood every step before going through it. They also made sure to ask if I was comfortable with certain things like dilation and the eye pressure test. Eye stuff sort of creeps/freaks me out but I felt totally at ease here. When it came time to pick my first pair of glasses, a wonderful staff member took the time to make sure I picked the pair I was most comfortable with, and I never felt rushed to make a choice (lots of frames to choose from!). I have used Revolution Eyes for my last few sets of peepers. The office staff is helpful, service oriented, and very gracious. The service is quick and reasonably priced. AND they take my vision insurance! What more could one ask? Try them out. Youll love them!

Well.. I was blown away during my appointment. Did not expect a group a people to care so much about my eyes (Oxymoron). Every person was helpful in their own way, and Dr. Dorsam was Outstanding. I found revolution eyes as I needed a new eye doctor due to issues I was having with my current eye doctor at the time. They were conveniently located basically within walking distance of my house so I figured might as well try them out. They are all super friendly, the doctor is extremely knowledgeable and actually listens (she even remembered I had a son the second time I went back), and their recommendations for products are spot on. I desire to wear contacts but was having issues with my allergies, the recommended daily contacts have been a lifesaver. And they work with the insurance company and other discounts to make sure you get the best deal around.

Everything about this place was convenient, fast, and friendly. Booked an appointment through their website, fixed any insurance issues, and found myself in their store 2 days later. Kathy and Dr. Dorsam are a superstar team, straightforward and open, giving me plenty of options to think about without coming off as a pushy salesman.IMPORTANT: Another bonus, they have a line of frames specifically designed for Asians. This fits wonderfully around the nose, since most generic lines either pinch or slide down all the time.

My prior eye doctor/glasses supplier left me feeling neglected and ripped off. RevolutionEYES was different and Im glad I chose them. They worked with my insurance company to minimize my out-of-pocket cost, I got good explanations about everything going on during my (very thorough) exam, the consultant who helped me choose the frames was helpful and very patient. Their lab got my glassed done in under a week (my insurance companys lab was slower) and followup service has been outstanding. This place is just a one-off store, not part of a chain, but I feel like I got all the advantages of a larger company while getting the personal attention of a smaller operation.

I have never had to use glasses in my life, and never saw an eye doctor so I did not know what to expect. I really enjoyed the experience I had here and they stepped me through every part of the process and explained different lens types for computers (Im a software engineer so it makes a big difference), prescriptions, and the like. RevolutionEYES was hands down one of the best experiences Ive ever had with medical professionals in my life. My doctor was easy to talk to and had a passion for what she was doing. I went to revolutionEyes for the first time recently on the basis of its strong online reviews, and I was not disappointed. The optician who examined me was extremely friendly and professional and did a good job with getting my prescription right. I was then assisted in choosing the best options for my frames and lenses, ending up with a price (using my VSP benefit) that I considered very reasonable, far less than the last comparable pair Id gotten at a different shop using the same benefits. The glasses were available for pickup within about a week (it had taken several weeks at the last place I had bought glasses). The technician in the office worked patiently with me to get the fit exactly right. My vision with the new glasses (progressive lenses) is very good, I consider them an improvement over my previous, more expensive pair. Overall, I was pleased with just about every aspect of this practice. All the employees there are friendly and professional and care about their patients/customers.Their frames selection is a little smaller than some larger shops, but I consider this a good tradeoff to make given the many other benefits they provide. I have already referred a coworker and will be returning there myself.
