This new location is very nice. Barbra is really sweet, and hardworking. The only reason I give only 4 stars is because when my friend and I stopped in earlier to get gas and some other things we saw Barbra and the lady working with her wasnt treating her very nice, and was talking down to her. She doesnt deserve that. I didnt get the name of the blond haired lady but Im sorry, she needs lessons on how to talk to people and be more understanding .

The workers are the worst - it is amazing how rude they are. On two occasions magically did not have enough money and refused to pay off a scratcher. Their attitudes and service are just sub-par. Avoid this location unless you want to be treated like trash. They really are terrible!!

Brand new gas station and half the pumps dont work at all. The ones that work take a couple of tries to get started and then take forever to fill the tank. Keep going to the Sunoco up the street. Its usually the same price and the pumps actually work. Plus theyve got the good taco truck now.

Go for the cheapest gas and stay outside. DO NOT USE THE HAND SANITIZER! I had to go in for water, and I used the hand sanitizer. Didnt know because I had a mask on, but when I got to my car and took the mask off, the sanitizer stinks to high heaven - like Great Aunt Mildreds worst perfume. The strongest, most toxic sanitizer Ive used in the entire 18 months of the pandemic. Never, this whole time, had an allergic reaction to hand sanitizer but this was so heavily artificially scented I almost barfed in my car. Got my hands itchy, and tried to wash it off with my emergency water but it wouldnt come off til I got home and used soap. Hours later its still lingering in my skin.Also got charged $3 for a gallon of water that costs less than 50¢ and they even taxed it! Youll be bled dry if you make this store a daily habit. Stop for gas, and hit any one of the more reasonable grocery stores near by for snacks. And for Heavens sake, do NOT use the hand sanitizer!

This 7eleven was located right in front of Dollys car wash for many years but relocated a couple minutes down the road closer to Chatham gardens apartments. I never had any complaints but however tonight, I had walked in to make a purchase for an ingredient I needed plus to get gas; the Manager who rung me up asked me if needed a bag after charging me for purchase and was on his register for a good two minutes in my assumptions that he was registering the gas # I requested for my amount. I asked him if my order was complete and he had said Yes and I just walked out and didnt bother asking for the plastic bag I needed. I suspect management on duty here has dementia.

Been going to this 7-eleven for years and didnt have any complaints till recently. The middle aged lady that currently works there is very rude to the customers. Didnt happen to me but I saw her being nasty to many customers when they are having issues scanning. Ive seen this happen to more than one customer. She even makes me put all the supplies in the bag myself. I think she doesnt know how to do her job. They need to get rid of this lady and hire people with better customer service skills.

Nice workers and a good slushees

Very rude I work around the Ellicott city area I drive all day so I pack my lunch and when i go on break I usually warm up my food in this 7 eleven when I went in today the woman who works there said that she told me I can warm up my food numerous times i explained to her that she never told me that and if she ever did I would never came back there after the first time she told me she then told me to get out of the store another female employee included herself into the coversation and began to tell me to get out by saying bye bye bye bye repeatedly I will be reporting this incident to whoever owns this establishment i have never been more Embarrassed in my life

This location has the worst customer service ever...should have been an easy purchase. I walked in at about 6:55 pm and waited to be helped and when I got to the counter to make my purchase the cashier starts mumbling something and pointing...I asked her to repeat what she said...she told me I was going to have to wait for the other cashier who was helping someone else because it was 7:00...Really??.. it was 6:58 and your fingers couldn’t ring up what I was about to ask for by 7:00...I left and went to my friendly neighborhood 7-11 on Columbia Road.

Staff is rude and overcharges. Dirty store. Owner doesn’t care. Stay away.

This is the worst 7-11!! Most employees are RUDE!! The one lady (i think her name is Barbara) literally is nasty every time i see her behind the counter!! She has a serious attitude problem!! The older lady is also very rude!! The 7-11 owner needs to hire better and friendlier employees!! Thanks God we have the option of going to another 7-11 right up the street (2 minute drive) on fredrick road that has amazing customer service!!!

If your purchase requires your drivers license for age verification and the clerk cant get the bar code on your license to scan then you are out of luck. They have no idea what to do if the scanner doesnt work. No apologies. They blame you because their equipment doesnt work. This place is terrible.

Clean, quick, friendly service. The employees are always helpful and friendly. My toddler is usually with me creating a ruckus and they are always friendly and go out of their way to engage with him so that our trip is quick and pleasant. Nice little neighborhood shop.

Worst 7-Eleven Ive ever been to in my life. Every single time without fail, there is no one there to do a single thing. For example, make coffee or ring you up. I cant believe you havent gone out of business yet. Your store SUCKS!

I went into the 7 11 store expecting to get a ice coffee came out highly offended and the manager tells me youre gonna pay $2 for that not realizing then I had got a bigger cup I felt very messed up and angry because of the way he talking to me. There was no reason behind him being that way. True the more the sign of side roads state 99 cent for ice coffee is very misleading looking at the size of the cups.

The owner is very rude, bad and unkindly. Dont go that store!!!!!
