Love this place!!They are consistently stocked with wines we love. We have liquor stores around the corner from us, but we go out of our way & drive 10 miles to this location because of great prices and fantastic customer service!

I wanted to get a Nice bottle of rum for the hubby called every store in town no-one had the bottle and some had no clue what I was looking for, this was my last stop I called the gentlemen said they did not have it BUT he would see if he could find it. A week later I get the call they found the bottle and it was ready for pickup. Amazing Fast Service

This store is owned and operated by three brothers who grew up in the retail liquor business meaning they know how to keep prices reasonable and the importance of service and selection.Of all the other liquor stores on the I-40 corridor, only Jasons is really comparable to North Ridge. Twice a year Pine Orchard holds special sales that are worth considering - especially if you buy by the case.

Said they would order a certain wine me early 12/2016 and that it would arrive mid 1/2017. I emailed mid Jan because I hadnt heard anything to which the reply was not yet will email soon. Over another month goes by and I hadnt heard anything so I email. They said oh, it came in last week and I forgot to email you. Go to pick it up and its not there. One owner said that other owner probably ordered the wrong stuff. After specifying the vineyard via email that would be incredibly incompetent. Then the ordering owner says we got it in but the vineyard changed the label. Which was a lie, the wine I ordered was lemon and he tried to con me into believing that the wine he ordered was the same thing..it was peach. Also the price of the wine was conveniently $10.00 more per bottle.... so RUN!! They have poor business ethics.

Go here often. The staff is Friendly and helpful. They helped me figure out the name of a particular whiskey and special ordered it for me. Thanks a lot!

Worst experience EVER. 12 BOTTLES were in the wrong spot and the clerk blamed it on customers restocking things and wouldnt honor the cheaper price which of course was where the 12 bottles one of which I wanted was. HE was rude and stranky!!! Next time driving the extra 5 minutes down the road to JASONS 100000000 TIMES BETTER SERVICE!

I will never go there again. I went to get absolute vodka and the man waiting on me said that they put too many labels on the bottle and one time they put the gay colors on it and he sent it back. He was lucky he had already run my payment . I am gay and didnt appreciate it.
