There other phone companies or cell Providers that help people but this place is something else my bill was on the 27 so I paid it on the 3rd and when it became the 3rd after a few days they cut my phone off again! 8 day after I again paid but definitely next month definitely going to ATT metro definitely lost my Business

Would give 0 stars but at least employees were there. Dude didn’t know what he was talking about, including store manager. Asked why I wasn’t getting the same deal I saw literally from t mobile commercials and he didn’t know why. I’ve worked for phone companies before so I know it’s not easy but I knew the companies promotions better than the store manager did. They were both stumbling over words and saying “uuuummmmmmmmmmm” every time I asked a question. Bad customer service. Lost a potential new 4 line customer because of lazy pot head employees.

Can’t even get ahold of someone at the store website says there open but when i call it says not a proper number !!! If the number is no longer in service or no longer a working but they should update a working number

Been with Metro almost 1 year and have no complaints at all, the service at the store was fantastic and went above and beyond for my daughter. 4 lines for 100 unlimited and believe me we use it. Went from Elmira to Florida on vacation (driving the whole way) and had 4 bars the whole way.

Went in when my phone factory reset its self they told me for $30 they can fix my phone or buy a new one my bills played till August cant get no money back I do not recommend anybody go there they are a ripoff and keep closing storeshun I wonder why they suck dont go there this metro or any this chrisrin gie lies he tells ya what want to hear do not go threw them big mistake if u do

The employees are very rude and unprofessional. I brought them my phone with a screen not responding and they didnt even try to fix it or see the problem. I called them to see if my new warranty phone was in yet and the guy on the phone responded well did we call you and i said no i was told to call and check and he responded with well if it was in we wouldve called we will call you when its in do not call us. Not recomended at all.
