This was my first experience at this Verizon store...& definitely wont be my last!! Morgan was exceptional in tending to my needs...Very knowledgeable & easy to understand -- KUDOS to Morgan for her patience & pleasant manner!
My experience @ The Verizon Store in Elmira, N.Y. was absolutely a very positive one. Wayra was the sales person who waited on me there & she was so helpful, kind & exceptionally personable. She answered every question & was very knowledgeable. No question was too much for her to answer & she handled everything w/ expertise..She spent a lot of time w/ me & that means a great deal as a consumer in this world today. I also want to say that I would recommend that location to anyone & tell them to ask for her. She was so pleasant! All in all it was a very pleasant experience ☺️ I want to add that Nick helped in any way he could & offered his input & was very personable as well. They both make a great team & know their products well & couldn’t have been more helpful.There was no pressure @ all just an awesome experience.

I had the greatest experience at the Verizon store when I was coming in to add a line the sales associate Olivia opened up so many options for my Verizon. Account that I had no idea about. It was a breath of fresh air. I have been worried about certain details on my devices that I couldnt see an end to until I came into this store and spoke with Olivia. This location is my newest and probably permanent store I will go to for all my account and device need and the customer service is by far beyond what I expected 10 out of 10 will recommend to any of my family and friends

Was lookin for the latest and greatest device because my hunka junk electronic craposauras rex finally went extinct. Staff were friendly and when I had more in depth questions the manager jolly ole St. Nick was able to spread some informational joy. Not the biggest fan of the telecommunication situation in this country, but if we are forced to buy from a near monopolous and woefully under regulated market Im happy to recommend others and return myself to this store.
I came in because my phone broke and heather and Stephanie were able to help me right away! The service was quick and the process was easy, they even found me an awesome deal to get a galaxy watch that Ive always wanted! The experience was great and I will definitely work with them again.

110% worth the 20min drive from the valley store! The customer service is ALWAYS spot on & they keep the store extremely clean. Came in to the Elmira Verizon today to add a line and swap some phones around. Stephanie was our rep today. She was awesome! She helped me to save money plus she took care of all of our accessories. This store is always good, but Stephanie made today’s experience exceptional!!

The salesperson Craig was terrific helping me choose what options were best for me. He clearly explained all options with absolutely no pressure to go one way or another. The store was quite busy and he was great at multitasking and accommodating other customers while waiting for updates on my phone. The best experience I have ever had at a cellular retail store.
Went into the store on 3/10/2020 at about 10:10 am, with one other customer being waited on by a male employee who was talking to Verizon support (I assume) to help with the customers phone. I sat down, and waited at least 15 minutes, before another employee came into the store from the back. She sat down at the her computer behind the desk, and was finally prompted by the other employee (still on the phone) to see what I wanted. I asked her a few questions, and she seemed clueless, due to the fact she had to look over to the other employee (still, still on the phone), to get an answer.No acknowledgement that I was in the store, clueless employee = lost sale (phone[s] and plans).I understand that employees can get busy, but at least acknowledge the customer, and tell them they will get helped, as soon as possible. Wasted my time, and felt embarrassed. Wont enter that store again. Maybe ATT is looking for some business. Ignoring customers...very bad. NO stars, if I could!WAY better service this time around. The lady who waited on us was knowledgeable and wonderful.Thank you!

I would give no stars if I couldve. This store, I believe, takes advantage of seniors, or heck, maybe everyone, so beware. Dont leave without the box!!! They dont explain clearly or loud enough, that you will be paying for phone each month. Didnt give box and when returning within your 14 days, expect you to pay full price for turning in phone without box. If my husband said he didnt get a box, he did NOT get a box. You dont think the almost $20 he paid for initial set up is enough to pay for the box?? Well Verizon, youve lost one customer after almost 30 years and will be losing me, also!! I am talking about the manager and is not manager material!! He was waiting for us when we had to return when he was there. He was unpleasant when we arrived, was intimidating, had a harsh attitude and would not even try to keep us a happy customer. I called Verizon Wireless and ended up they wanted us to pay for half of the phone. What??? Who would pay for something they did not have as we left the phone at store. We will not be paying for the phone but will pay for the days we had and used the phone. Ill be cancelling my almost $70 a month after I find another reasonable plan. So folks, beware of this store and make sure you grab your box with your phone before you leave, just in case its a gimmick so you cant return it and cancel. We have never been late on a payment and are honest people and dont like to be taken advantage of. But, remember Karma!! What goes around, comes around. Sorry for the long rant, but hope everyone reads this and takes heed.

Went in today and was taken care of as my old phone with the bed.all if my info and pictures were restored and put on my new phone that I got in the mail . Very knowledgeable and professional. I will go there again

Tried to do a quick phone upgrade. There was one person ahead of us, sounded like they were there for awhile already. We left after 30 minutes. There was no sign of them being almost finished. Get more employees, work faster or learn how to juggle multiple customers.

Went to purchase new iPhone and active old phone for daughter. Walked out with to new iPhone. Slick talking salesman said one set price package deal would get me both phones and everything I needed. Covers,charger, and etc. when asked what covers I wanted I replied whatever comes with package. He showed me a few. I picked. Month goes by and start having 20 dollar charge on bank account from TCC. Called to find out why. They where billing me the 20 monthly to pay for the accessories. If I had known that I would have picked different accessories. Never told about monthly charge. Received no help by calling store or TCC help line. Was told management was in meeting. Moral of review. Shop Verizon store only. Would never recommend TCC to anyone. Watch what you sign. Was scammed. Dont let it happen to you. Watch what you signing
