Ordered a simple brewed coffee. Poured wrong one I noticed, I asked for the correct one and and an under the breath snide comment was made. Out of towner….locals were treated well.

Ride nearly 2 hours, by motorcycle, only to find out this Starbucks located in Target cant make espresso because their machine is not working. Pretty sad Starbucks you cant even do your primary job. Confirmed with employee they only have one machine. Good job Starbucks.

There service was nice but only one person was working and oven was not working either. We been to this place before but they were under staff and management need to fix this issue and customers left the spot with getting anything.

Always fast and friendly. This location is smaller than others so doesnt always have everything, but the baristas work hard to make everything right and Ive never had a problem!

Bad service. My order was wrong 4 times F O U R TIMES and I WROTE IT DOWN the 3rd time and they STILL got it wrong. Pathetic beyond belief.

Good value prices. Decent furniture houseware and food products that you need for your day to day life. I would keep going to it as often as I can if I had enough money to. Lol

Small location in Target. The staff does a good job with what they have to work with. They have a limited menu for the most part, but most of the common drinks are there. They also run happy hours at this location.

Its Starbucks, a modern coffee shop, wifi, in store dining. Cute baristas, and high priced snacks.They have the usual coffee is as it always is, better than McDonalds but not better than Dunkin donuts. Nice store and they do have their holiday fare out with the various spicy pumpkin lattes. Remember they are high calorie other mixed beverages.

Average drive thru wait - 30 minutes. Order on app? 45 minutes Way too long. Sometimes the coffee isnt made correct. Service needs improvement.

I work on the mall and so Im very happy to have Starbucks in Target. I go to Starbucks almost daily, and the staff are friendly, and accommodating.

Got my blonde latte this morning and then saw that the guy who made it wrote I really like your style on the cup. What a nice thing to write. It made me smile and I hope he sees this and is noticed for going the extra mile!

There employees always have attitude. I had to call and complain to target about there bad customer service and . Target dont care to take action either so basically if you love starbucks coffee you have to deal with there attitude or switch to different coffee.. i can provide the case number and everything of starbucks care about there customers. Its a nice place to stop and get a coffee and a bagel. Or a cookie because theyre pretty darn good. The regular coffee is your typical Starbucks coffee. The really delicious stuff is the frozen coffees. The seasonal flavors are usually very yummy. Youll end up spending a lot for just one drink, but its worth it. If youre one of those people, you can also bring your laptop and sit by the window sipping youre laté pretending youre doing something important.

I can’t add anything special about an Icon. They will take the Target Red Card for a discount. There is usually a wait

I guess I should be grateful we even have this Starbucks in our area. However if you want ambiance dont come here. Since it is part of Target there are a few tables and a bar. Right behind the counter where you order is the slushy machine...I think that says it all. As other people have said customer service is hit or miss. I have come here when only 1 person is working!!! So if you have 5-7 in line it takes FOREVER!!!!! Or they have 2 working and you in line and one goes on break!! However despite all that the workers are very friendly and do a good job of making my drinks. I always ask for extra hot and most of the time it comes to me piping hot.Side noteEven though your Starbucks card works here the deals dont always work. Meaning when you click pay many times their are discounts which they tell me dont work at the Target locations. So be prepared :(

Horrible service

Very fast service here at Starbucks. Ive never had a bad time here. The prices are a bit high but definitely worth every penny. I always need some extra energy and this place is the place to go. Very clean and very respectful employees.

As always, a great coffee without a ridiculous wait. Love that its also inside Target. Would give it 5-stars, but I strongly disagree with the prices at any Starbucks. Any coffee doesnt cost that much. Overall a great experience.

This is the only Starbucks in the area, inside a Target. Its been recently remodeled. I might have a slight addiction to SB iced tea and often hit one up wherever I go.This little place has very friendly service. I got the same barista each time I stopped here. Im giving it a top rating for fresh tea and great service.

Worst coffee compared to many fast food establishments. Have tried several, all did not have good tasting coofee. Go to Dunkin Donut, Even McDonalds. Our local shop is 10 times better, that being sugar & spice. Also many others.

Overpriced and pretentious

This is the Starbucks in the Target store. It doesnt have the full menu or the usual Starbucks atmosphere but I ordered my usual and it arrived and tasted like the ones do from stand alone locations. Would go there again :)

Excellent service. I was in the area for business and after 3 days they knew my name and my drink. If you get therea by before 830, theres no line but even with a line, they move through fast. Very efficient!

Did not have iced green tea but he offered to brew hot tea and poured over ice for me what a nice gentleman

The baristas at this Starbucks in Target are amazing!! I have been at Starbucks all along the Eastern Sea Coast, and none compare to this little Starbucks. The baristas are all very friendly, and quickly learn repeat customers preferred drinks! No matter how rough of a day I am having, I walk in to get a coffee, and my mood is improved by how wonderfully I am greeted, and treated.

Good coffee but way too strong and bitter for me gives me heartburn and caffeine level too high. Many like it and rave about it, not for me.

Im in Syracuse. Came down to Elmira due to my sister being in labor. Had no sleep for 26 hours, and needed a boost. So we ran all the way to this Starbucks for some coffee. I had LOUDLY said almond milk with my order, watched the man make it and he put in whole milk. Im allergic to milk and my Starbucks out here in Syracuse actually takes it seriously. I told him I asked for almond milk due to my allergy. The barista who took my order came over and said you never said almond milk - with attitude. When my step mother was right there with me and heard me say it and told the man who made it that I had said it.. Then the barista got all huffy and puffy with us and went on her break . I dont do the nasty customer service. I guess this Starbucks isnt as dairy allergy friendly as they advertise. NOT WORTH IT! If I wasnt watching him making my drink I would have been admitted to the hospital half way through the drink with severe chronic abdominal pain!! 👎

They are pretty much just like any other starbucls. When i went there it qas mildly dirty on the tables in the seating area. I want to give them the benefit of thr doubt and say that its probably not always like that. But it was not busy when I went there so its hard to say. The employees were not overly nice or overly rude. Just regular people. And of course the drink was good.

Corning need their own, stand-alone Starbucks. 20min wait inside of Target is a bit much....
